The twofold Heck reaction of the vinylpyrroles 3a and 3b with the iodobenzenes 4a-c led to the linear pyrrole oligomers 5, 6, and 7. The synthesis of both symmetrical and unsymmetrical oligomers, such as 10a and 10b, was also accomplished by a Heck reaction of 8 and 9 and by a Heck reaction of 3a and 11 followed by a Wittig reaction and a second Heck reaction with 8. The pentacyclic oligomers 14 and 19 were prepared by a twofold Heck reaction of 13 with 4 and by a twofold Heck reaction of 15 with 16 followed by a Wittig reaction and a twofold Heck reaction with 8. 相似文献

The palladium‐catalyzed Heck reaction is a well‐known, Nobel Prize winning transformation for producing alkenes. Unlike the alkenyl and aryl variants of the Heck reaction, the alkyl‐Heck reaction is still underdeveloped owing to the competitive side reactions of alkyl–palladium species. Herein, we describe the development of a deaminative alkyl‐Heck‐type reaction that proceeds through C?N bond activation by visible‐light photoredox catalysis. A variety of aliphatic primary amines were found to be efficient starting materials for this new process, affording the corresponding alkene products in good yields under mild reaction conditions. Moreover, this strategy was successfully applied to deaminative carbonylative alkyl‐Heck‐type reactions. 相似文献

Successful enantioselective Heck–Matsuda arylations were accomplished for the first time using chiral bisoxazolines as ligands. Enantioselective Heck arylations were performed with several cyclic nonactivated olefins to provide the Heck products in 63–96% isolated yields and in enantiomeric excesses of 54% up to 84%. 相似文献

α-Halo vinyl ethers were successfully applied to palladium-catalyzed Heck reaction. Reactions of α-halo vinyl ether with alkenes under various Heck conditions form a new carbon-carbon bond along with a vinyl ether functionality, which can be further manipulated. Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) was used as a means to directly identify catalytic cationic organopalladium species in ligand-controlled Heck reactions involving electron-rich olefins and different Pd-sources. In these high-temperature Heck arylations, the oxidative addition intermediates were observed as bidentate ligand chelated cationic aryl palladium species, suggesting that the used ligand attaches to the metal center at the very beginning of the catalytic cycle. This was also in agreement with the obtained regioisomeric profile of the isolated products. The investigation supports the standard Pd(0)/Pd(II) Heck mechanism and provides further insight regarding the conceivable composition of fundamental Pd(II) intermediates in an ongoing Heck reaction. 相似文献

We have developed a sequential and selective Pd‐catalyzed double‐Heck arylation of ethylene that results in non‐symmetrical nitro‐stilbene analogs of trans‐resveratrol at excellent yields. A catalytic system consisting of Pd(OAc)2 and P(o‐tolyl)3 permitted us to carry out the two consecutive Heck arylations without losing activity from the first to the second Heck reaction. After the first Heck arylation of ethylene, no isolation or additional catalyst loading is required for the second Heck arylation reaction. This protocol was applied to the synthesis of methylated trans‐resveratrol, which was obtained at a 65% overall yield. Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

Bidentate phosphine ligands in palladium-catalyzed intramolecular Heck reactions of 2-chloroquinolin-3-yl-(1-homoallyl)alcohols are described to afford facile synthesis of 3-methylene-2,3-dihydro-1H-cyclopenta[b]quinolines in improved yields. A novel enantioselective total synthesis of the oral contraceptive desogestrel (2) is described, in which the tetracyclic steroid core is formed by a sequence of two consecutive Heck reactions. Conversion of the known enantiopure diketone 7 led to the chiral bicycle 6 which was used for a diastereoselective intermolecular Heck reaction with vinyliodide 5 to give 15. In the following intramolecular Heck reaction, the tetracyclic ring system was formed to give 4, from which the synthesis of desogestrel (2) was furnished. 相似文献

[reaction: see text] Sterically demanding, sulfonated arylphosphines TXPTS and TMAPTS have been applied to the aqueous-phase Heck and Suzuki coupling of aryl bromides. TXPTS provides good yields of Heck coupling products from aryl bromides at 80 degrees C, while both TMAPTS and TPPTS gave significantly less active catalysts. TXPTS is the first ligand to promote the aqueous-phase Heck coupling under such mild conditions. Mizoroki–Heck couplings of aryl iodides and bromides with butyl acrylate were investigated as model systems to perform transition‐metal‐catalyzed transformations in continuous‐flow mode. As a suitable ligandless catalyst system for the Mizoroki–Heck couplings both heterogeneous and homogeneous Pd catalysts (Pd/C and Pd acetate) were considered. In batch mode, full conversion with excellent selectivity for coupling was achieved applying high‐temperature microwave conditions with Pd levels as low as 10?3 mol %. In continuous‐flow mode with Pd/C as a catalyst, significant Pd leaching from the heterogeneous catalyst was observed as these Mizoroki–Heck couplings proceed by a homogeneous mechanism involving soluble Pd colloids/nanoparticles. By applying low levels of Pd acetate as homogeneous Pd precatalyst, successful continuous‐flow Mizoroki–Heck transformations were performed in a high‐temperature/pressure flow reactor. For both aryl iodides and bromides, high isolated product yields of the cinnamic esters were obtained. Mechanistic issues involving the Pd‐catalyzed Mizoroki–Heck reactions are discussed. 相似文献
