研究鳞石英结构碱土铝酸盐MAl2O4:Eu^2+,RE^+(M=Mg,Ca,Sr,Ba:RE=Y,La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Gd,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Ym,Yb,Lu)的荧光及长余辉发光性质。其发光由Eu^2+的4f-5d跃迁产生。RE^3+作为辅助激离子,提供合适的陷阱能级。即使用RE^3+的特性波长激发,在MAl2O4:Eu^3+的发光中也观察不到RE^3  相似文献

用液封坩埚下降(LE-VB)法沿〈100〉晶向成功地生长了非掺杂InP单晶.LE-VB晶体的4.2K光致发光谱包含束缚于中性浅受主上的激子发光、与Zn受主相关的施主-受主(DA)对发光及其声子伴线、以及与本征缺陷等有关的深能级发光三部分.通过与液封直拉(LEC)生长的籽晶的光致发光谱比较表明,在LE-VB晶体中,束缚于中性浅受主上的激子发光与籽晶中的相差不大;DA对发光的晶格弛豫比籽晶中的小;与本征缺陷等有关的深能级发光强度比籽晶中的弱.晶体的室温光致发光谱仅包含带—带发光,其发光强度形貌测试结果表明,LE-VB晶体的带—带发光强度比LEC籽晶的强.用Huber法对晶片腐蚀的结果表明,在LE-BV晶体中,位错密度仅为LEC籽晶中的三分之一.分析认为,在LE-VB晶体中,本征缺陷和位错等浓度较低,可能是其带—带发光强度比在LEC籽晶中强的物理起因.  相似文献

稀土离子Er注入多孔硅中.在350keV能量,1×10(12)~1×10(15)/cm2剂量范围内,注入后的多孔硅仍保持明亮的可见光发射.退火后,在近红外区测到1.54μm附近Er(3+)的特征发射.其发射强度比硅单晶对照样品明显增强,实验表明这增强作用来源于多孔硅的表面发光层.电化学制备过程中在表面层中带入的O、C、F等多种杂质可能是Er(3+)发光增强的原因.  相似文献

BaFBr:Eu^2 是利用色心存储电子-空穴对并用可见光激励读出存储信息(产生Eu^2 的4f^65d→4f^7的跃迁)的优良的光激励发光材料。通过热释发光技术研究了BaFBr:Eu^2 的热激活行为,对其低温段和高温段的热释发光峰分别进行了归属,通过对BaFBr:Eu^2 以及掺杂Na^ 或Al^3 的BaFBr:Eu^2 的热释发光(TL)谱和光激励发光(PSL)谱的表征,指出在BaFBr:Eu^2 中掺杂Na^ 或Al^3 影响了F(Br^-)色心,使其陷阱深度变涛,并从理论上加以计算,得出的热致激发能量的变化与光致激光能量的变化能很好地吻合。  相似文献

本工作以疏波短声作为刺激声在35位受试者(58耳)分别测出诱发性耳声发射(EOAE)、行为反应(BR)及听觉脑干反应(ABR)的阈值.闭值的主要分布范围:EOAE为10-45dB(nHL),占总数的86%;为10-25dB,占88%;ABR为10-35dB,亦占88%.所有受试耳的三种阈值的相关系数r:EOAE-BR为0.415(p<0.002).EOAE-ABR为0.501(p<0.001),ABR-BR为0.702(p<0.001),均呈显著相关.若仅取BR、ABR或EOAE阈值≥25dB的耳作统计,则EOAE-BR间的r只有0.176及0.292;EOAE-ABR的r只有0.310及0.300,无相关(p>0.05),而ABR-BR间的r仍有0.533及0.720,(p<0.05),这些结果表明EOAE与听阈之间只有在后者正常或稍升高时才有一定的相关,当听阈上升较多时相关即不存在.EOAE可以作为听力学检查的一种辅助方法,但不能用它推算听阈.  相似文献

应用ICP-AES法测定钨酸钇钾[kY(WO4)2]激光晶体中的Er和Nd。试样用磷酸分解,Tm被选作内标元素。Er和Nd的回收率分别为98.6%-105.3%和96.5%-105.8%,相对标准偏差分别为1.90%和1.60%。  相似文献

本文报道了Eu^2+:Sr9Ca(PO4)6Cl2的新型色心。它的吸收带主峰分别位于708,785,845及990nm。用对应于F心吸收带和这些吸收带波长的光束分别激励样品时得到相同的光激励发光。通过对比研究表明,这些吸收带是由F心的缔合中心,即由FA心产生的。由于这些色心的吸收带偏离Eu^2+的发射波长(450nm)更远,故更适应于Eu^2+:Sr9Ca(PO4)6Cl2光波励发光的研究和开发。  相似文献

在自建的多功能实时原位测量发光特性和光电导的实验装置上,测量了BaFBr,BaFBr:Eu2+和BaFBr:Ce3+单晶在X射线辐照和光激励过程中的发光强度和光电导。首次从光电导的角度测量到X射线辐照时,Eu2+并没有被离化,而Ce3+被离化,离化电子经导带被F+心俘获;明确证实了光激励过程中F心电子的隧穿效应。  相似文献

利用脱氯缩合聚合法合成了聚(2-甲氧基-5-丁氧基)对苯乙炔(PMOBOPV),聚(2-甲氧基-5-辛氧基)对苯乙炔(PMOCOPV)和聚(2-丁氧基-5-丁氧基)对苯乙炔(PDBOPV),聚(2-辛氧基-5-辛氧基)对苯乙炔(PD-COPV)4种发光材料。对反应体系的浓度,酸碱度,反应温度及时间等工艺条件和路线进行了细致的研究。结果表明:反应物的纯度,含量对合成产物的产率和性能有较大的影响;碱性是影响脱氯缩合反应的关键因素,而反应温度和时间对缩合反应影响则相对较小,在一定温度下当反应时间达到一定阶段后其转化率基本不变,对合成材料的化学结构,物理性能和发光特性进行了表征和检测。结果显示:非对称烷氧基取代PPV具有良好的溶解性,成膜性和稳定性;而对称性烷氧基取代PPV的溶解性和成膜性相对较差。以PMOBOPV为发光材料,采用旋涂工艺制作出单层和双层发光器件,并对器件的电致和光致发光性能进行了研究。  相似文献

Two-dimensional scanning of a 0.6328 mum guided-light beam has been realized using noncolinear acousto-optic (AO) coplanar Bragg diffraction together with colinear AO guided-mode to substrate radiation-mode conversion in a Z-cut Xpropagation LiNbO3 proton-exchanged (PE) waveguide. The two surface acoustic (SAW) waves utilized are at the center frequencies of 500 and 200 MHz, propagating in the Y and X axes, respectively. Two-dimensional scanning of approximately 720 resolvable light beam spots, namely, 18 40 (horizontal vertical) scanning, has been demonstrated using a light beam of 1.0 mm aperture. The total number of resolvable beam spots can be greatly increased from 720 by simply utilizing SAW transducers of larger bandwidth and a light beam of greater aperture. It should also be possible to significantly increase the diffraction efficiency from 3 % by optimizing the parameters of the PE waveguide and the SAWs.  相似文献

A simple technique of pulse compression, based on the linear chirp compensation of self-phase modulation (SPM) spectra in dispersion shifted fibers, is demonstrated. The optimization procedure is carried out, for a short span of a single-mode fiber, using a parabolic law, which describes the behavior of the squared output pulse width versus the pump peak power in the case of Gaussian pulses. The experimental results give a minimum pulse duration of 233 fs, which is in good agreement with the model. Shorter and coherent pulses, down to 90 fs, have been obtained by inserting an interference filter at the optical output.  相似文献

Results of a study of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of cadmium tungstate crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations are presented. Spectral characteristics of the nondnnnoped crystals are briefly described. Absorption and photo and X-ray luminescence spectra of the crystals taken before and after exposure to γ-radiation (5.5·104 Gy) are compared. It is found that the spectral characteristics of the crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations do not change markedly after the exposure. The relation between the type of impurity-induced defects, individual characteristics of the impurity cations, and the character of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of impure crystals is analyzed (preliminarily). A multi-conjugate adaptive optics (MCAO) can offer a possibility of widening field of view (FOV) characterized by the isoplanatic angle, and the choose of conjugate height becomes a basic problem for MCAO, which influences the size of iosplanatic angle. Considering the application of lidar, the isoplanatic angle's expressions of two deformable mirrors (DMs) MCAO for uplink and downlink are deduced. The effects of conjugate heights for dual-conjugate AO are thoughtfully discussed, and the isoplanatic angles are further analyzed. The results show that the isopanatic angle varies with the conjugate height and reaches the maximum as the conjugate height is at the optimal altitude. Moreover, the optimal conjugate height changes with the propagation distance.  相似文献

Due to the limit of response speed of the present single-photon detector, the code rate is still too low to come into practical use for the present quantum key distribution (QKD) system.A new idea is put up to design a quick single-photon detector.This quick single-photon detector is composed of a multi-port optic-fiber splitter and many avalanche photo diodes (APDs).Au of the ports with APDs work on the time division and cooperate with a logic discriminating and deciding unit driven by the clock signal.The operation frequency lies on the number N of ports, and can reach N times of the conventional single-photon detector.The single-photon prompt detection can come true for high repetition-rate pulses.The applying of this detector will largely raise the code rate of the QKD, and boost the commercial use.  相似文献

The Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF)booster ring,a full energy injector for the storage ring,is deigned to accelerate the electron beam energy from 150MeV to 3.5GeV that demands high extraction efficiency at the extraction energy with low beam loss rate when electrons are ramping.Closed orbit distortion(COD)caused by bending magnet field uniformity errors which affects the machine performance harmfully could be effectively reduced by bending magnet location sorting.Considering the affections of random errors in measurement,both ideal sorting and realistic sorting are studied based on measured bending magnet field uniformity errors and one reasonable combination of bending magnets which can reduce the horizontal COD by a factor of 5is given as the final installation sequence of the booster bending magnets in this paper.  相似文献

40-GHz clock modulated signal as a pump to improve the efficiency of four-wave mixing (FWM)-based wavelength conversion in a 26.5-km dispersion shifted fiber (DSF) is investigated. The experimental results demonstrate that the conjugated FWM component has higher intensity with the clock pumping than that with the continuous-wave (CW) light pumping. The improvement of FWM-based wavelength conversion efficiency is negligible when the pump power is less than Brillouin threshold. But when the pump power is greater than Brillouin threshold, the improvement becomes significant and increases with the increment of pump power. The improvement can increase up to 9 dB if pump power reaches 17 dBm.  相似文献

A.C mismatches are studied by Raman spectral characterization of PolyA, PolyC, and their equimolar complex in solution of 0.14 mol/L Na ,pH7.0.Experimental results show that A·C mismatches occur to be A/B (mainly A) conformers, and unlike Watson-Crick base pairing, this kind of mismatches is stabilized by only one hydrogen bond involving cytosine N4H2 and adenine N7.The formation of A·C complex makes the base stacking interactions much stronger, and conformation of the backbone more ordered, which leads to obvious Raman hypochromic effect with some shifts in corresponding bands.  相似文献
