The title compound was prepared by arc melting coldpressed pellets of the elemental components with subsequent annealing at both 800°C or 1100°C. UCr4C4 crystallizes tetragonal, space group I4/m,a=0.79363 (4) nm,c=0.30754 (3) nm,V=0.19370 nm3 withZ=2 formula units per cell. The structure was determined from single-crystal X-ray data and refined to a residual ofR=0.027 for 16 variable parameters and 279 structure factors. The positions of the metal atoms correspond to those of the MoNi4 type structure. The carbon atoms occupy octahedral voids formed by four chromium and two adjacent uranium atoms. Chemical bonding in UCr4C4 and in other interstitial compounds is briefly discussed. The average valence electron number of the metal atoms is usually greater for the unfilled (host) structure than for the corresponding filled structure.Dedicated to Prof. Dr.Kurt Komarek and to Prof. Dr.Adolf Neckel on the occasion of their 60th birthdays.  相似文献

以水杨醛和5-甲基-4-异噁唑甲酰肼为原料,于中温混合溶剂热体系中合成出标题化合物水杨醛-5-甲基-4-异噁唑甲酰腙[C12H11O3N3,3],用单晶X-射线衍射(XRD)、紫外及荧光和热重分析等实验方法对其进行了表征。结果表明,晶体属正交晶系,Pna21空间群。晶胞参数:a=1.28783(6)nm,b=1.13108(6)nm,c=0.86535(4)nm,V=1.2605nm3,Z=4。标题物3的水溶液在486nm处呈现一强蓝色荧光发射峰,可归属于激发态分子内质子转移电荷发光;同时,标题物3对枯草芽孢杆菌、铜绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌等都有明显的抑菌活性;分子的静电势图(EPM)再现其具有较强的广谱抗菌活性。  相似文献

The phase diagram of the system Ag4SSe-SnTe is studied by means of X-ray diffraction, differential thermal and metallographic analyses and measurements of the microhardness and the density of the material. This diagram is divided into two eutectic-type subdiagrams by the composition Ag4SSe·2SnTe. The unit-cell parameters of the intermediate phases 3Ag4SSe·SnTe (phase A) and -Ag4SSe·2SnTe (phase B) are determined as follows: for phase A: a=0.7851 nm, b=0.7196 nm, c=0.6296 nm, =101.32°, =85.90°, =111.36°; for phase B: a=0.3662 nm, b=0.3303 nm, c=0.3343 nm, =90.74°, =108.94°, =91.91°. The phase Ag4SSe·2SnTe melts congruently at 615°C and a polymorphic transition of the phase takes place at T - =110°C.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

It has been demonstrated that Co2V2O7 and InVO4 react with each other forming a new compound of the Co2InV3O11 formula, when their molar ratio is equal to 1:1, or among CoCO3, In2O3 and V2O5, mixed at a molar ratio of 4:1:3. This compound melts incongruently at the temperature of 960±5°C, depositing crystals of InVO4. It crystallizes in the triclinic system and the unit cell parameters amount to: a=0.6524(6) nm, b=0.6885(5) nm, c=1.0290(4) nm, α=96.5°, β=104.1°, γ=100.9°, Z=2. The phase equilibria being established in the Co2V2O7–InVO4 system over the whole components concentration range up to the solidus line were described.  相似文献

The asymmetric binuclear copper(I) complex [Cu2(dppm)2(C7H7N)(μ‐HCOO)](NO3) (dppm=Ph2PCH2PPh2, C7H7N=4‐vinyl‐pyridine) has been prepared and characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods. The complex is photoluminescent at room temperature. It crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P‐1 with a= 1.2719(3) nm, b=1.8637(4) nm, c=1.1656(2) nm, a=97.16(3)°, β= 104.94(3)″, γ=89.39(3)°, V=2.648.1(9) nm3, Dc= 1.390 g.m?3, Z=2, μ=0.974 mm?1, R=0.0483 for 5716 independently observed reflections with I>2δ(I). The structure consists of [Cu2(dppm)2(C7H7N)(μ‐HCOO)]+cations and nitrate anions. The copper atoms show different coordination modes: Cu(1) displays a distorted trigonal and Cu(2) a tetrahedred geometry.  相似文献

4-(4,6-Dimethylpyrimidin-2-yl)-3-thio-allophanic acid methyl ester was synthesized with mixing 2-amino-4,6- dimethylpyrimidine, potassium thiocyanate and methyl chloroformate in ethyl acetate. Single crystals suitable for X-ray diffraction measurement were obtained by recrystallization from dimethylformamide at room temperature. The crystal belongs to monoclinic symmetry with space group C2/m, and crystal parameters of a= 1.7537(5) nm, b= 0.6759(2) nm, c=1.1148(3) nm, β=118.557(4)°, V=1.1605(6) nm^3, Z=4, De= 1.375 g/cm^3,μ=0.271 mm^-1, F(000)=504, and 1519 [1〉2σ(I)] observable independent reflections were used for the determination and refmement of the crystal structures with final R1 of 0.0372 and wR2 of 0.0992. The theoretical investigation of the title compound was carried out with DRT-B3LYP/6-311G, HF/6-311G and MP2/6-311G methods, and the atomic net charges and the population were discussed.  相似文献

In a reaction system consisting of FeCl2, tetrathiometallate and cycloalkylthiolate, two Fe4S4 cubanelike cluster compounds were obtained with the following crystallographic data: (PhCH2NMe3)2 [ Fe4S4 (SC5H9)4] (I), monoclinic space groupP21/c,a = 1.632 7(4),b=1.122 9(3),c = 2. 802 5(10) nm, β= 94.63(2)°, Z=4, andR= 0.074; (Et4N)2[F4S4(SC6HlI)4] (II), tetragod space group ,a = l.167 05(9),b = 1.167 06(2),c = 2.063 26(5) nm,Z = 2, Dobs = 1. 28 g/cm3, andR = 0. 078. The participation of cycloalkylthiolate ligand does not obviously arouse the change of the Fe4S4 core structure. Meanwhile, the influence of the cation on the structural symmetry of the Fe4S4 cluster dianion is also discussed. The selective identification of dopamine is a significant issue because this compound is an important neurotransmitter closely related to Parkinson’s disease and other mental disorders. 2-(4-Boronophenyl)quinoline-4-carboxylic acid (PBAQA) has been previously reported as a water-soluble fluorescent probe for catechol. However, there are no significant differences in the binding constants between catechol and catecholamines, such as dopamine or levodopa. Here a series of bis-boronic acid compounds based on PBAQA were synthesized and the binding activities were characterized. As a representative compound, the binding constant of 4-(4-((3-(3-borono-4-chlorobenzamido)propyl)carbamoyl)quinolin-2-yl)boronic acid to dopamine is up to 104?L?mol?1 and much higher than previously reported boronic acid probes. Dopamine selectivity may be achieved by the variation of the substituents in the probe molecules. 4-(4-((3-(3-Borono-4-methoxybenzamido)propyl)carbamoyl)quinolin-2-yl)boronic acid has a stronger binding affinity to dopamine (Ka=5204?±?106?L?mol?1) than catechol (Ka=2588?±?273?L?mol?1) or levodopa (Ka=2383?±?273?L?mol?1). This fluorescence response was used for determining dopamine in a range from 5?×?10?5?mol?L?1 to 5?×?10?4?mol?L?1 with a detection limit of 7.7?×?10?6?mol?L?1. This compound has been successfully used for the assay of dopamine in rabbit plasma, exhibiting excellent specificity. It is believed that synthesized compounds hold great promise as practical platforms to monitor dopamine levels.  相似文献

In this paper, we present the high-pressure/high-temperature synthesis and characterization of the potassium fluoridooxidoniobate K3Nb2O4F5. Single-crystal analysis revealed that the phase crystallizes in the trigonal space group m (hR18) with a=5.799(2), c=21.371(4) Å, V=622.4(4) Å3 and Z=3 at T=299 K exhibiting a structure type closely related to that of Ba2RbFe2F9. The assignment of the anion positions to oxygen and fluorine is based on crystallographic data and BLBS/CHARDI calculations. Further characterization via EDX spectroscopy was carried out, corroborating the ratio of K to Nb. Doping of the title compound with Mn4+ was achieved in a secondary step using a ball-mill, resulting in a red phosphor material, which was additionally analyzed by luminescence spectroscopy. The emission maximum is located at λmax=630 nm.  相似文献

本文首次合成标题化合物N-(4-甲基苯甲酰氨基)-N’-[5-(2-三氟甲基苯基)-2-呋喃甲酰硫脲。化合物(C21H16F3N3O3S, Mr = 447.43)单晶经测定为单斜晶体,空间群为P -1。在晶体中,存在一些分子内和分子间的相互作用,分子间还有C—H···π 的相互作用,这可能导致晶体更稳定的原因。目标产物的结构经IR, H NMR和元素分析测定确证。初步生物活性测试表明,部分化合物对棉花枯萎病、黄瓜灰霉病、苹果轮纹病和棉花炭疽病有较好的选择性杀菌活性;部分目标化合物有较好的除草活性。  相似文献

The title compound was prepared by reaction of N, N‐dimethyldithiocarbamate sodium with l‐bromo‐l‐(4‐methoxyphenylcarbonyl)‐2‐(1, 2, 4‐triazole‐l‐yl) ethane. Its crystal structure has been determined by X‐ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to triclinic with space group Pī, a = 0.7339(2) nm, b = 1.1032(2) nm, c = 1.1203(2) nm, a = 90.27(3)°, β = 102.03(3)°, γ = 104.91(3)°, Z=2, V = 0.8556(3) nm3, Dc = 1.360 g/cm3, μ =0.325 mm?1, F(000)=368, final R1 =0.0475. The planes of 4‐methoxybenzyl group and triazole ring are nearly perpendicular to each other. The dihedral angle is 83.97°. There is an obvious π‐π stacking interaction between the molecules in the crystal lattice. The results of biological test show that the title compound has fungicidal and plant growth regulating activities.  相似文献

The X-ray crystallographic structure was reported for a dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex with a tetraanionic ligand of p-tert-butylsulfonylcalix[4]arene [Cu2L(CH3OH)6]·4CH3OH (H4L=p-tert-butylsuffonylcalix[4]arene). The complex belongs to triclinic system, P1^-- space group, with a = 1.2303(3) nm, b = 1.2377(3) nm, c = 1.3110(3) nm, a =66.862(4)°, β= 67.206(4)°, γ=61.711(3)°, Z= 1, V= 1.5659(7) nm^3, Dc= 1.371 g/cm^3, F(000) = 682,μ(Mo Kα) = 0.883 mm^-1, R1 =0.0325, wR2=0.0870. In this complex, the calix[4]arene acts as a bis-tridentate chelating ligand with the 1,2-alternate conformation.  相似文献

The structures of [MCl2(C6H4B3CH2COPh)2] [M=Zn(II) (1), Co(II) (2)] have been determined by X‐ray crystallography. They were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, electronic spectrum and thermogravimetric‐differential thermal analysis. They all crystallize in the triclinic system, space pup Pi, with lattice parameters a=0.9449(2) nm, b=1.1291(2) nm, c=1.3637(3) nm, α=111.70(3)°, β= 94.33(3)°, y=90.97(3), Z=2 for compound 1; a=0.9437(2) nm, b= 1.1277(2) nm, c= 1.3650(3) nm, a=111.76(3)°, β=94.50(3)°, y=90.80(3)°, Z=2 for compound 2. The metal ions are all coordinated by two C1?‐ anions and two nitrogen atoms of 1‐benzoylmethyl‐bentriazole ligands. forming the distorted tetrahedral geometry. The Zn—Cl and Zn—N bond lengths are 0.2209(2), 0.2210(2) nm and 0.2059(4), 0.2067(4) nm. respectively. The CO‐Cl 3 and Co–N bond lengths are 0.2215(2). 0.2222(2) nm and 0.2028(5), 0.2045(5) nm. respectively. The thermogravimetric (TG) data indicate that they are nearly similar in TG curve, and there are not structural transitions in the two compounds. They all have a high thd stability. But, there is little difference in DTG (differential thermogravimetric) curves of those two compounds. Elemental analysis, electronic and IR spectra are in agreement with the structural data.  相似文献

A new compound,[RbHTNR]_∞[HTNR:C_6H(NO_2)_3(OH)O],was synthesized by the reaction of rubidium ni-trate and styphnic acid.The molecular structure was characterized using X-ray diffraction analysis,elementalanalysis and FTIR spectroscopy.The crystalline is monoclinic with space group P2_1/n and the empirical formulaC_6H_2N_3O_8Rb.The unit cell parameters are:a=0.4525 nm,b=1.0777 nm,c=1.9834 nm,β=90.47(2)°,V=0.96725 nm~3,Z=4,D_c=2.263 g/cm~3,Mr=329.58,F(000)=640,μ(Mo Kα)=5.165 mm~(-1).The thermal decompo-sition mechanism of the complex was studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),thermogravimetry-derivative thermogravimetry(TG-DTG)and FTIR techniques.At the linear rate of 10 ℃/min,the thermaldecomposition of the complex showed three mass reducing processes between 60 and 500 ℃,and finally evolvedRbCN and some gaseous products.  相似文献

基于四齿刚性羧酸配体H4L(H4L=4,4',4",4"'-silanetetrayltetrabenzoic acid)在水热条件下合成了2个微孔配位聚合物,分别是[CoL][NH2(CH3)2]2·2.25H2O(1)和[Co3L2]H3O]2·4DMA(2)(DMA=N,N-二甲基乙酰胺)。晶体结构分析表明这2个化合物均属于正交晶系,晶体1的空间群是Pbca,晶胞参数是a=2.2702(2)nm,b=1.4565(7)nm,c=2.8264(7)nm,晶体2的空间群是Pnna,晶胞参数是a=2.6982(3)nm,b=2.1882(2)nm,c=1.3821(9)nm。化合物1是由四面体型的单核钴和4-连接的配体构成的sra拓扑的三维结构。化合物2是由三核钴{Co3(COO)8}和4-连接的四面体型配体构成的、带有一维孔道的双节点(4,8)-连接的alb三维网络结构。讨论了由H4L构成的配位聚合物的结构多样性。  相似文献

The hydrothermal synthesis, crystal structure and some properties of a zinc phosphite with a neutral cluster, [Zn(2,2′-bipy)]2(H2PO3)4, are reported. This compound crystallizes in the triclinic system of space group P-1 (No. 2), a=8.3067(5) Å, b=8.9545(4) Å, c=10.0893(6) Å, α=95.448(2)°, β=99.7530(10)°, γ=103.461(2)°, V=712.23(7) Å3, Z=1. The cluster consists of 4-membered rings formed by alternating ZnO3N2 square pyramids and H2PO3 pseudo pyramids, with two “hanging” H2PO3 groups attached to each of the Zn centers. The clusters are linked together by extensive multipoint hydrogen bonding involving the phosphite units to form a sheet-like structure. This compound represents the first example of zinc phosphite with P---OH bonds. An intense photoluminescence was observed from this compound upon photoexcitation at 388 nm.  相似文献

[Me4N]10[Fe4(OH)4(PW10O37)2] · 15H2O was synthesized by the reaction of FeCl3 ·6H2O, with △-Na8HPW9O34 and Me4NBr. Crystal data: M = 6225.75, space group P21/c with the monoclinic parameters: a = 1.3228(5), b = 3.5634(3), c = 1.5226(2) nm, β = 94.20(2)°, V = 7.1576nm3, 7 = 2,DC = 2.888 g/cm3, Mo Kαradiation (λ = 0.071069 nm), μ= 168.534 cm-1, F(000)=5576, final R = 0.0428 and Rw = 0.1204 for 7086 observed reflections with I > 2σ( I) . The structure of the title compound is the first structurally characterized heteropolymetalate with hydroxo-bridging metal aggregation Fe4OH4 encapsulated in the dimer of Keggin polyoxoanion.  相似文献
