We established a method on measuring the D0-D0 mixing parameter y for BESⅢ experiment at the BEPCⅡ e+e collider. In this method, the doubly tagged π(3770) →D0-D0 events, with one D decays to CP-eigenstates and the other D decays semileptonically, are used to reconstruct the signals. Since this analysis requires good e/π separation, a likelihood approach, which combines the dE/dx, time of flight and the electromagnetic shower detectors information, is used for particle identification. We estimate the sensitivity of the measurement of y to be 0.007 based on a 20fb-1 fully simulated MC sample.  相似文献

A study of the dynamical fluctuation properties at various c.m. energies in e+e collisions is performed using the Monte Carlo method. The results suggest that, after the normalized factorial moments of 3-dimensional phase space are analyzed using an isotropical phase space partition, the NFM describing non-linear dynamical properties show a power-law scaling, i.e., the dynamical fluctuations in higher dimensional phase space are isotropic. For c.m. energies √s≤80 GeV, the scaling exponents φq increase rapidly with the c.m. energy and for c.m. energies √s>80GeV, the φq gradually saturate.  相似文献

We investigate the D0-D0 mixing through the doubly Cabibbo suppressed (DCS) channel D0→f0(980)K*0 and its charge conjugate channel, in which the K*0 meson is reconstructed in both K+π and K0 final state. Although the decay D0→f0(980)K* has a small branching ratio, the final state mesons are relatively easy to identify. The f0(980) meson can be replaced by the S-wave π+π state, or a longitudinally polarized vector meson ρ0. All mixing parameters, including the mass difference and decay width difference, can be extracted by studying the time-dependent decay width of these channels. We show that the method is valid in all regions for mixing parameters and it does not depend on the strong phase difference.  相似文献

We present recent results from BABAR experiment for D0-D0 mixing measurements. Mixing parameters can be measured in different ways using different D0 decay modes, here we discuss the most sensitive analyses such as D0→K+π where we had the first evidence of charm mixing, the measurement of the ratio of lifetimes of the decays D0→K+K and D0→π+π relative to D0→Kπ+, the time dependent Dalitz plot analysis of D0→K+ππ0. New limits on CP-violating time-integrated asymmetries in D0→K+K and D0→π+π are also discussed. The analyses presented are based on 384 fb-1 data collected with the BABAR detector at the PEP-II asymmetric B Factory.  相似文献

In this work, we tentatively assign the charmed mesons DJ(2580), DJ*(2650), DJ(2740), DJ*(2760), DJ(3000) and DJ*(3000) observed by the LHCb collaboration according to their spin, parity and masses, then systematically study their strong decays to ground state charmed mesons plus pseudoscalar mesons with the 3P0 decay model. Based on these studies, we assign the DJ*(2760) as the 1D(5/2)3- state, the DJ*(3000) as the 1F(5/2)2+ or 1F(7/2)4+ state, the DJ(3000) as the 1F(7/2)3+ or 2P(1/2)1+ state in the D meson family. As a byproduct, we also study the strong decays of the states 2P(1/2)0+, 2P(3/2)2+, 3S(1/2)1-, 3S(1/2)0- etc, which will be valuable in searching for the partners of these D mesons.  相似文献

Based on the nonrelativistic QCD factorization approach, O(αsv2) corrections to J/ψ plus ηc production in m e+e- annihilation at √s=10.6 ≥v are calculated in this work. The numerical results show that the correction at αsv2 order is only about a few percent of the total theoretical result. This indicates that the perturbative expansions become convergent and that a higher order correction will be smaller. The uncertainties from the long-distance matrix elements, renormalization scale and the measurement in the experiment are also discussed. Our result is in agreement with the previous result by Jia.  相似文献

Experimental data of nuclear β+-decay half-lives are systematically analyzed and investigated. We present an exponential law between the half-life of β+-decay with the same forbiddenness and the nucleon number (Z,N) of parent nucleus far from the β-stable line. A formula with four parameters is proposed to describe the β+-decay half-lives of nuclei far from stability. Experimental β+-decay half-lives of the first and second forbidden transitions are well reproduced by this simple formula. The physics of the exponential law is related to the statistical properties of β+-decay far from β-stable line.  相似文献

The Babar Collaboration announced two new excited charmed baryons Ξc(3055)+ and Ξc(3123)+. We study their strong decays assuming they are D-wave states. Some assignments are excluded by comparing our numerical results with the experimental values of the total widths of Ξc(3055)+ and Ξc(3123)+. We report results of experiments performed with the KEDR detector at the VEPP-4M e+e collider. They include precise measurement of the D0 and D± meson masses, determination of the ψ(3770) resonance parameters, and a search for narrow resonances in e+e annihilation at center-of-mass energies between 1.85 and 3.1 GeV.  相似文献

The proton alignment in 82Sr has been investigated by the g-factor measurements of the ground state rotational band levels up to spin I=8+. The g-factors were measured by a transient-magnetic-field ion implantation perturbed angular distribution method. The obtained g-factors increase with the increasing of spin along the band and clearly show the g9/2 proton alignment that starts at I=6+.  相似文献

In order to check the conceptual design of the subcritical blanket in a fusion-fission hybrid reactor, a depleted uranium/polyethylene simulation device with alternate shells has been established. The measurement of the 238U(n, 2n) reaction rate was carried out using an activation technique, by measuring the 208 keVγ rays emitted from 237U. The self-absorption of depleted uranium foils with different thicknesses was experimentally corrected. The distribution of the 238U(n, 2n) reaction rate at 90° to the incident D+ beam was obtained, with uncertainty between 5.3% and 6.0%. The experiment was analyzed using MCNP5 code with the ENDF/BVI library, and the calculated results are all about 5% higher than the measured results.  相似文献

Previous experimental results of (EC+β+) decay for the medium-heavy nuclei reported by our group since 1996, including 153Er, 157Yb, 209Fr, 128Ce, 130Ce, and 128Pr have been briefly summarized. The observed low-lying states in their daughter nuclei have been reviewed in a systematic way and compared with different model calculations. We have employed the shell model and Skyrme-Hartree-Fock methods to investigate the structure of the neutron-rich nucleus 19N. The level scheme of 19N from the shell-model calculation with the WBT interaction is displayed. The potential-energy-surface calculation with the SGII interaction implies that 19N should be a deformed nucleus. The theoretical β-decay half life of 19N reproduces well the available experimental data.  相似文献

In contrast with B0-B0, Bs-Bs mixing where the standard model (SM) contributions overwhelm that of the new physics beyond standard model (BSM), a measured relatively large D0-D0 mixing where the SM contribution is negligible, definitely implies the existence of the new physics BSM. It is natural to consider that the rare decays of D meson might be more sensitive to new physics, and the decay mode D0→μ+μ- could be an ideal area to search for new physics because it is a flavor changing process. In this work we look for a trace of the new physics BSM in the leptonic decays of D0. Concretely we discuss the contributions of unparticle or an extra gauge boson Z' while imposing the constraints set by fitting the D0- D0 mixing data. We find that the long-distance SM effects for D0→l1 still exceed those contributions of the BSM under consideration, but for a double-flavor changing process such as D0→μ±e+, the new physics contribution would be significant.  相似文献

We discuss the production of ηc(2S) through the process e+e-→γηc(2S), where the leading contribution originates from 1-loop electroweak corrections. Adopting some reasonable light-cone distribution amplitudes, we analyze the cross section of this process. As the electron-positron center of mass energy √s=3770 MeV, the typical production cross section of this process is about 1 fb.  相似文献

The extoic structure of 29P was investigated by measuring its magnetic moment in the ground state with β-NMR method. We got the experimental value of 1.2346 μN after diamagnetism correction. It is very close to the calculated value of 1.1009 μN computed with shell model. The shell model calculation also gave a proton density distribution of 29P with a long tail. The present results show that 2s1/2 proton in the 29P may lead to the proton-skin structure.  相似文献
