A novel coordination polymer [Mg(L)(H2O)2]·H2O] (LH2=L-cysteic acid) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal crystallizes in orthorhombic system, space group P212121, with a=5.962(3), b=11.224(6), c=13.664(7)(A), V=914.3(8) (A)3, Z=4, Mr=245.50, Dc=1.783 g/cm3,μ=0.445 mm-1,flack parameter=0.32(16), F(000)=512, the final R=0.0458 and wR=0.1172 for 1578 observed reflections with I > 2σ(Ⅰ). The Mg(Ⅱ) atom shows an octahedral geometry defined by two carboxyl O atoms from two different L-cysteic acid ligands, one carboxyl O atom and one amino N atom from the adjacent ligand, and two aqua ligands. The Mg(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by L-cysteic acid ligands, leading to a 1D infinite zigzag chain. In the structure there are extensive hydrogen bonds,through which the complex completes its 3D framework structure.  相似文献

A novel tetranuclear zinc(H) coordination polymer [Zn4(o-bda)a(p-pbim)4]n 1 (p-pbim = 4-pyridylbenzimidazole, o-bda2 = o-phenylenediacetic acid dianion) has been synthesized by a hydrothermal method and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray singlecrystal diffraction. The title complex crystallizes in monoclinic, space group of P21/n with α = 14.231(1), b = 16.257(1), c = 16.794(1) ]k, β = 100.26(1)°, V = 3823.1(2)A3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.573 g/cm^3,β = 1.321 mm^-1, F(000) = 1856, R = 0.0420 and wR = 0.111. The Zn(1) atom assumes a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry, involving three carboxyl O atoms from two different o-bda ligands and two N atoms from two p-pbim ligands. The Zn(2) atom is coordinated by two oxygens from two distinct bda2- anions and two nitrogen atoms from two p-pbim ligands to form a distorted tetrahedral geometry. The Zn(Ⅱ) atoms are alternately interlinked by o-bda ligands in bis-monodentate or chelating-bidentate and monodentate modes into one-dimensional undulate chains along axis c with the adjacent Zn…Zn distances of 8.32 and 8.47 A. Such neighboring chains are further extended into a 1D bi-chain structure with two different subrings A and B, which are 32- and 14-membered rings through interchain p-pbim ligands. There exists a 2D supramolecular network linked by intermolecular hydrogen-bonding interactions between the uncoordinated carboxylate 0(4) atom or coordinated carboxylate 0(7) atom and the uncoordinated imidazolyl N(2) and N(5) atoms with the O...N distances to be 2.695 and 2.807A.  相似文献

A new 4-chlorobenzoic acid bridge Co(Ⅱ) complex [Co2(2,2(')-bpy)2(μ-L)2(L)2(μ- H2O)] (HL = 4-chlorobenzoic acid) has been obtained by hydrothermal synthesis, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis shows that it crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 22.537(5), b = 16.212(3),c = 15.306(3)(A), β= 124.37(3)°, V = 4616.1(16) (A)3, Mr = 1070.45, Dc = 1.540 g/cm3, Z = 4, μ = 1.012 mm-1, F(000) = 2176, the final R = 0.0338 and Wr = 0.0810. The title complex is composed of dinuclear [Co2(2,2(')-bpy)2(μ-L)2(L)2(μ-H2O)] molecules. Each Co(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from one 2,2'-bipyridine ligand, three oxygen atoms from three 4-chlorobenzoic ions and another oxygen atom from one water molecule. The two Co(Ⅱ) atoms are connected by two 4-chlorobenzoic ions and one bridged water molecule. The dinuclear molecules are interlinked by hydrogen bond and π-π stacking interactions into a three-dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

A mixed-valence dinuclear manganese complex, [MnⅡMnⅢL](ClO4)·1/2MeOH, where L is a macrocyclic ligand derived from the cyclocondensation of sodium 2,6-diformyl-4-methylphenolate with N,N-bis(2-aminoethyl)-2-hydroxybenzyl amine, was obtained and its structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The orange crystal is a monoclinic system with space group P21/c and lattice parameters a=1.1617(4), b=1.4005(3), c=1.4641(3) nm, β=113.03(2)°, and Z=2. The crystal structure shows that each pendant-arm is bonded in a bidentate fashion to the adjacent metal atom and that both the arms are on the same side of the macrocycle. The two Mn atoms are bridged by two μ2-phenoxy oxygen atoms of the tetra-imine macrocycle, and each Mn atom, locating in a trigonal prismatic coordination environment(N3O3), is six-coordinated by the two imine nitrogen atoms, one tertiary nitrogen atom and a pendant phenol moiety apart from the two oxygen atoms.  相似文献

A new coordination polymer, namely [Zn(pdc)(bbi)]n {H2 pdc = 2,3-pyridine dicar- boxylic acid, bbi = 1,1-(1,4-butanediyl)bis(imidazole)}, has been prepared under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21 /n with a = 8.436(3), b = 16.988(5), c = 12.106(4), β = 92.204(5)°, V = 1733.6(9)3, Z = 4, C17 H17 N5 O4 Zn, Mr = 420.73, Dc = 1.612 g/cm3, F(000) = 864, μ(MoKa) = 0.452 mm-1, the R = 0.0672 and wR = 0.1645. In the mononuclear complex, each Zn(II) is five-coordinated by one carboxylate O and one pyridyl N atoms from one pdc anion, one carboxylate O atom from another pdc anion, and two N atoms from two bib ligands. The Zn(II) ions are connected by pdc ligands to form skeleton chains, and bbi ligands further link them to construct a 2D framework. The thermal and luminescence properties of the complex were also investigated.  相似文献

The compound crystallizes in triclinic,space group P~(-)1 with α=7.376(3),b=9.990(4),c=11.950(5)(A),α=75.217(5),β=78.052(5),γ=70.655(5)°,V=796.0(5)(A)~3,C_(34)H_(26)Mn_2N_(6O)O_(10),M_r=788.49,D_c= 1.645 g/cm~3,μ(MoKa) = 0.866 mm~(-1),F(000)=235,Z=1,the final R=0.0425 and wR=0.0700 for 1971 observed reflections (Ⅰ > 2σ(Ⅰ)). In the crystal structure,the manganese atom is six-coordinated by two carboxylate oxygen atoms from two different PDC ligands,one aqua ligand,and three nitrogen atoms from 2,2'-bipy and PDC ligands,giving a distorted octahedral geometry. It exhibits a three-dimensional supramolecular network defined by O-H…O hydrogen-bonding interactions.  相似文献

A novel La(Ⅲ)-Cu(Ⅱ)heterometallic coordination polymer {[LaCu2(NTA)2(4,4'-bpy)(H2O)3]NO3 5H2O}n,where H3NTA denotes nitrilotriacetic acid and 4,4'-bpy denotes 4,4'-bipyridine,was synthesized and characterized by IR spectrum,elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction.The complex crystallizes in the triclnic space group PT with cell parameters a=1.33710(10)nm,b=1.44530(10)nm,c=1.0949(2)nm,α=71.905(7),β=74.327(7),γ=64.427(9),V=1.7912(4)nm3 and Z=2.It consists of heterometallic units,in which each La(Ⅲ)ion is coordinated in a distorted mono-capped square antiprism by three oxygen atoms from water molecules and six carboxyl oxygen atoms from five NTA3-ions,and each Cu(Ⅱ)ion is coordinated by one nitrogen atom from 4,4'-bpy and one nitrogen atom,three oxygen atoms from NTA3-.In the title complex,La(Ⅲ)ions and Cu(Ⅱ)ions are connected by the heterometallic bridging of NTA3-,constructing a two-dimensional network structure along the [110].And it is extended into an infinite three-dimensional network struc  相似文献

A one-dimensional chain coordination polymer[Cu(phen)(2,4,6-TMBA)2(H2O)]n has been synthesized by reacting 2,4,6-trimethyl-benzoic acid,1,10-phenanthroline and Cu(Ⅱ)per-chlorate and its structure Was characterized.Crystal data for this complex:tetragonal,space group I41,a=2.0293(3),b=2.0293(3),c=113758(2)nm,a=β=γ=90°,V=5.6657(13)nm3,Dc=1.379g/cm3,Z=8,μ(MoKa)=0.815mm-1,Mr=588.14,F(000)=2456,S=1.047,R=0.0459 and wR=O.1053.The crystal structure shows that two neighboring Cu(Ⅱ)ions are linked together by one bridging-chelating 2,4,6-trimethyl-benzoic group,forming a one-dimensional chain structure.Each Cu(Ⅱ)ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms from one 1,10-phenanthroline molecule,three oxygen atoms from three 2,4,6-trimethyl-benzoic acid molecules and one oxygen atom from one water molecule,giving a six-coordinate distorted octahedral coordination geometry.The cyclic voltamrnetry behavior of the complex was also investigated.  相似文献

A new complex [Cd(nph)(bix)]_n(1, H_2nph = 4-nitrophthalic acid, bix = 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-yl)-benzene) has been successfully synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Its structure has been characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, TG, single-crystal and powder X-ray diffractions. The Cd~(2+) ion has a distorted octahedral environment with four O atoms from two nph ligands and two N atoms from two bix ligands. Each bix acts as a cis-conformation bridging ligand to link the neighboring [Cd_2(nph)] subunit to form tetranuclear subunits with 42-ring, which are bridged again by bix ligands to yield a two-dimensional network structure. It was stabilized by C–H···O hydrogen bonding and π-π interactions, and extended into a 3D supramolecular architecture. Moreover, the luminescent properties of complex 1 have been investigated in the solid state.  相似文献

A new copper complex [Cu(pdc)(bpy)]·H2 O(1, H2 pdc = 3,5-pyridinedicarboxylic acid, bpy = 2,2-bipyridine) has been solvothermally synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, UV-vis spectroscopy and magnetic measure- ments. Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P21 /c, a = 10.893(2), b = 7.3641(15), c = 1.9921(4), β = 92.16(3), V = 1596.9(6)3, Dc = 1.676 g/cm3, Mr = 402.84, Z = 4, F(000) = 820, μ = 1.404 mm-1, the final R = 0.0237 and wR = 0.0693. The Cu(II) ion is five-coordinated by two O atoms from two pdc ligands, one N atom from another pdc ligand and two N atoms from the bpy ligand. The pdc anion, which acts as a tridentate ligand, links three Cu ions, forming(3,3)-connected two-dimensional(2D) sheets. We also studied the electronic structure and orbital energies of complex 1 by DFT methods, and the results are consistent with UV-vis spectrum.  相似文献

The complex crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 10.960(2), b = 9.4841(18), c = 20.599(4), β = 104.452(3)o, V = 2073.4(7)3, C48H36N4O10Zn2, Mr = 959.55, Dc = 1.537 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 1.225 mm-1, F(000) = 984, Z = 2, the final R = 0.0364 and wR = 0.0843 for 2788 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). In the crystal structure, the zinc atom is five-coordinated with two carboxylate oxygen atoms from different dpas, one coordinated water molecule and two nitrogen atoms from bipy ligands, showing a slightly distorted triangular bipyramidal geometry. Furthermore, it exhibits a zero-dimensional network structure with a sixteen-membered ring and shows yellow photoluminescent property at room temperature.  相似文献

A novel ternary complex of Cu(pcpa)2(aben)2 (pcpa=p-chlorophenoxyacetic acid anion,aben=2-amino benzothiazole) was synthesized by the reaction of copper acetate,2-amino benzothiazole and p-chlorophenoxyacetic acid.Elemental analysis,IR,UV and X-ray single-crystal diffraction were carried out to determine the composition and crystal structure.The crystal crystalli-zes in the monoclinic system,space group C2/c with a=25.795(4),b=7.384(3),c =17.741(6),β=107.47(2)°,C30H24Cl2CuN4O6S2,Mr=735.09,V=3223.2(18) 3,Z=4,Dc=1.515 Mg/m3,λ(MoKα)=0.71073 ,μ=1.022 mm-1,F(000)=1500,the final R=0.0464 and wR=0.1244.A total of 3218 unique reflections were collected,of which 2228 with I 2σ(I) were observed.The Cu(II) atom is four-coordinated with two carboxylate oxygen atoms of the two pcpa ligands and two nitrogen atoms in thiazole rings of two aben ligands.The analysis of crystal structure shows intermolecular and intramolecular hydrogen bonds between amino-nitrogen atoms of the two aben ligands and carboxylate oxygen atoms of the two pcpa ligands.The antimicrobial properties of the title complex and its two free ligands were tested against representative bacterial and fungal strains.Results show that the antibacterial activity of the complex is less than or equal to that of 2-amino benzothiazole,but for yeasts and moulds,it exhibits excellent inhibitory effect better than that of its two free ligands.  相似文献

The title compound [Mn(DPMT)2Cl2(H2O)2] (DPMT = 1-[[2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)- 1,3-dioxolan-2-yl]methyl]-1H-1,2,4-triazole) was synthesized by the reaction of MnCl2·4H2O and DPMT in ethanol solution and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 23.913(4), b = 7.8883(13), c = 8.6291(14) , β = 95.816(3)o, V = 1619.4(5) 3, Z = 2, C24H26Cl6MnN6O6, Mr = 762.15, Dc = 1.563 g/cm3, μ = 0.950 mm-1, S = 1.045, F(000) = 774, R = 0.0462 and wR = 0.0981. The molecular structure is a centrosymmetric conformation, and two ligands are symmetrically located on both sides of the Mn atom. The manganese atom is surrounded by two nitrogen atoms from ligands, two chlorine atoms and two oxygen atoms from water molecules to form a slightly distorted octahedral geometry.  相似文献

A novel cadmium(Ⅱ) coordination polymer {[Cd(1,5-nds)(Him)2(H2O)]·2H2O}n (1,5-nds = naphthalene-1,5-disulfonate and Him = imidazole) was synthesized based on the reaction of cadmium oxide and 1,5-naphthalenedisulfonic acid firstly, and then mixed with imidazole in methanol medium. Its structure was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and TGA, respectively. The crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P, with a = 8.5420(10), b = 10.2570(10), c = 13.361(2)(A), α = 100.704 (2), β = 100.195(2), γ = 108.873(3)°, C16H20Cd N4O9S2, Mr = 588.91, V = 1.0524(2) nm3, Dc = 1.858 g/cm3, Z = 2, F(000) = 592, μ= 1.294 mm-1, R = 0.0397 and wR = 0.1007 for 3180 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Structural analysis shows that the cadmiun atom is coordinated with four oxygen atoms from three 1,5-nds and one water molecule together with two nitrogen atoms from two imidazoles, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The molecules are linked to form a two-dimensional coordination polymer based on bridging ligands of naphthalene-1,5-disulfonate anions, the sheets of which are then interacted via hydrogen bonds, leading to a three-dimensional network structure.  相似文献

A ligand,(N,N′-dibenzylethane-1,2-diamine)(L),and its complex with copper acetate was synthesized and characterized by some spectral analyses.The copper ! ion is six-coordinated and exhibites octahedral coordination geometry,the coordination atoms are four nitrogen atoms from two(L) ligands and two carboxyl oxygen atoms from two acetic acid groups,respectively.After studying the interaction of the complex with calf thymus DNA through UV and fluorescence spectra,we can find that there is a strong binding and a large affinity berween the complex and calf thymus DNA.CCDC: 649416.  相似文献

The title compounds, [Co(H2O)6](OVA)2·2H2O 1, [Ni(H2O)6](OVA)2·2H2O 2 and [Zn(OVA)2·2H2O] 3 (HOVA = o-vanillic acid = 2-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoate), were synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR and TGA. Compounds 1 and 2 are both of triclinic with space group P1. The metal atom coordinated by six water molecules displays a slightly distorted octahedral configuration. Interestingly, the carboxyl group from HOVA ligand does not coordinate to the metal atom. Correspondingly, compound 3 belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c. Each zinc(Ⅱ) atom exhibits a distorted four-coordinated tetrahedral geometry. Two monodentate carboxyl groups link one zinc(Ⅱ) atom to form a mononuclear molecule. The structure feature is different from that of compounds 1 and 2, which could be attributed to the different coordinated numbers and radii of Co(Ⅱ), Ni(Ⅱ) and Zn(Ⅱ) atoms.  相似文献

The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1, with a = 9.9847(3), b = 10.9813(3), c = 15.2616(5) , α = 101.5310(10), β = 90.2610(10), γ = 116.4600(10)°, V = 1459.44(8) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.619 g/cm3, μ = 0.539 mm–1, F(000) = 734, the final R = 0.0292 and wR = 0.0745. In the crystal the MnII atom is six-coordinated by four carbonyl oxygen atoms and two pyridine nitrogen atoms from two tridentate pydc ligands to furnish a distorted octahedral geometry. The complex shows the A…D…D’…A’ H-bonded tetramer. The molecules are packed in a three-dimensional framework structure by the combination of O–H…O, N–H…O and N–H…N hydrogen bonds between (tataH)+, [Mn(pydc)2]2– and crystal water.  相似文献

A novel Zn(Ⅱ) complex, [ZnL_2(H_2O)_4]·H_2O(1, HL = 2-(nicotinoyloxy)acetic acid), was synthesized using Zn(OAc)_2·2H_2O and 2-(nicotinoyloxy)acetic acid as raw materials. Its structure has been elucidated by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The structural analysis revealed that complex 1 crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 and the Zn(Ⅱ) atom is six-coordinated with two N atoms from two different 2-(nicotinoyloxy)acetate anion ligands and four O atoms from coordinated water molecules. Complex 1 forms a 3D network structure by O–H···O hydrogen bonds. The antitumor activities of 2-(nicotinoyloxy)acetic acid ligand and its Zn(Ⅱ) complex were evaluated against human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells, human hepatoma SMMC-7721 cells and human colon carcinoma Wi Dr cells.  相似文献
