基于光学和扫描显微平台的微尺度实验力学检测技术和装置研究

本文基于光学和扫描显微平台,介绍了本研究组在微尺度实验力学检测技术和设备方面的最新研究成果。在检测技术方面涉及显微散斑干涉技术、微标记阵列检测技术、晶粒变形分析技术、光学探针动静态变形分析技术;在检测系统和装置方面介绍了新近开发的双视场薄膜检测系统、散斑微干涉系统、微标记检测平台、AFM和SEM单轴拉伸装置、三维微定位与加载系统、微力传感器及其标定装置、微动平台驱动装置等。探讨了微尺度实验力学检测中的问题和新的检测技术,给出了一些典型的应用和相关装置。     

Synthesis,Crystal Structure and Characterization of a Ni(Ⅱ) Complex of Constructed 2,6-Bis(benzimidazol-2-yl) pyridine

A fluorescent Ni(II) complex 1, [Ni(OH-H2Bdc)(Bibimp)]n·nH2O, constructed with 5-hydroxyisophthalic acid(OH-H2Bdc) and 2,6-bis(2-benzimidazolyl)pyridine)(Bibimp) has been synthesized by hydrothermal methods and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, TG/DTG, fluorescence spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The title complex crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 10.187(2), b = 10.273(2), c = 13.401(3), α = 69.65(3), β = 69.66(3), γ = 70.61(3)o, V = 1196.8(4) 3, and Z = 2. The adjacent chains of complex 1 are stacked offset with respect to each other in an ABAB fashion by van der Waals interactions, and only a weak interlayer nonclassical C–H···O hydrogen bond has been observed. Complex 1 displays strong blue fluorescent emissions at 483 nm in the solid state upon photo-excitation at 365 nm at room temperature.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Novel Tetranuclear Zinc（Ⅱ） Coordination Polymer [Zn4（o-bda）4（p-pbim）4]n

A novel tetranuclear zinc（H） coordination polymer [Zn4（o-bda）a（p-pbim）4]n 1 （p-pbim = 4-pyridylbenzimidazole, o-bda2 = o-phenylenediacetic acid dianion） has been synthesized by a hydrothermal method and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray singlecrystal diffraction. The title complex crystallizes in monoclinic, space group of P21/n with α = 14.231（1）, b = 16.257（1）, c = 16.794（1） ]k, β = 100.26（1）°, V = 3823.1（2）A3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.573 g/cm^3,β = 1.321 mm^-1, F（000） = 1856, R = 0.0420 and wR = 0.111. The Zn（1） atom assumes a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry, involving three carboxyl O atoms from two different o-bda ligands and two N atoms from two p-pbim ligands. The Zn（2） atom is coordinated by two oxygens from two distinct bda2- anions and two nitrogen atoms from two p-pbim ligands to form a distorted tetrahedral geometry. The Zn（Ⅱ） atoms are alternately interlinked by o-bda ligands in bis-monodentate or chelating-bidentate and monodentate modes into one-dimensional undulate chains along axis c with the adjacent Zn…Zn distances of 8.32 and 8.47 A. Such neighboring chains are further extended into a 1D bi-chain structure with two different subrings A and B, which are 32- and 14-membered rings through interchain p-pbim ligands. There exists a 2D supramolecular network linked by intermolecular hydrogen-bonding interactions between the uncoordinated carboxylate 0（4） atom or coordinated carboxylate 0（7） atom and the uncoordinated imidazolyl N（2） and N（5） atoms with the O...N distances to be 2.695 and 2.807A.     

ON SETS OF ZEROES OF CLIFFORD ALGEBRA-VALUED POLYNOMIALS

In this note, we study zeroes of Clifford algebra-valued polynomials. We prove that if such a polynomial has only real coefficients, then it has two types of zeroes： the real isolated zeroes and the spherical conjugate ones. The total number of zeroes does not exceed the degree of the polynomial. We also present a technique for computing the zeroes.     

水杨酸甲酯在β-环糊精水溶液中的双重荧光光谱

研究了β-环糊精(β-CD)及其衍生物甲基-β-环糊精(M-β-CD)、羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)对水杨酸甲酯(MS)双重荧光光谱的影响,并将其与MS在不同溶剂中的荧光光谱进行对比.结果表明.MS的双重荧光与所处微环境的氢键性质密切相关,β-CD取代基的大小会导致空腔口处的极性和空间位阻不同,相应改变了分子间氢键相互作用.当MS分子进入β-CDs空腔时会引起其基态互变异构体之间平衡的移动.从而导致光谱的变化.包合物稳定常数测定表明.三种β-CDs对MS包合能力的大小为M-β-CD>HP-β-CD>β-CD.     

ON THE BOREL DIRECTION OF K-QUASIMEROMORPHIC MAPPINGS

For the K-quasimeromorphic mappings, a precise fundamental inequality for the angular domain is established. From this, the Borel direction of the K-quasimeromorphic mappings of zero order is derived.     

烟草中β-胡萝卜素的热裂解产物的研究

为了研究烟草中β-胡萝卜素的高温裂解产物对卷烟抽吸品质的影响,利用热裂解气相色谱/质谱联用仪在不同裂解氛围(空气、氮气中含10%O2及N2)和不同温度(300,600和900 ℃)下对β-胡萝卜素进行裂解,裂解产物用固相微萃取装置进行吸附,然后将吸附到的裂解产物用气相色谱/质谱联用仪(GC/MS)进行分析。结果表明,β-胡萝卜素在不同裂解条件下主要的裂解产物是甲苯、对二甲苯、1,2,3,4-四氢-1,1,6-三甲基萘和2,7-二甲基萘等化合物,另外还生成异佛尔酮、β-环柠檬醛、β-紫罗兰酮、二氢猕猴桃内酯等香味化合物,这些物质随裂解温度和裂解氛围的不同其含量有所差异。     

载药微乳液相行为的研究

提出了一种基于相图研究实现纳米药物载体可控制备的方法.采用微乳液控温相图绘制装置绘制了硬脂酸聚烃氧(40)酯(S-40)/聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚嵌段共聚物(F-68)/单硬脂酸甘油酯(GMS)/水体系的拟三元相图,基于电导率测定值确定了微乳液的结构(W/O、双连续相和O/W),该体系同时存在液晶区域.乳化剂S-40/F-68的质量比为7:3.研究了脂溶性药物维甲酸(RA)对微乳液相行为的影响，结果表明RA的加入对微乳液的相行为影响较小.基于相图研究结果制备了维甲酸固体脂质纳米粒(RA-SLN),亚微米粒度分析仪(PCS)测定的平均粒径和透射电镜测试都表明RA-SLN为10 nm左右的球状粒子.     

水杨酸-2’-乙基己基酯在胶束中的增溶位点

考察了阳离子、非离子和阴离子表面活性剂存在下水杨酸-2’-乙基己基酯(EHS)的吸收光谱和激发态分子内质子转移(ESIPT)荧光光谱. 结果表明, EHS可增溶在胶束中, 2’-乙基己基碳链朝向胶束内核, 而水杨酸基朝向胶束-水界面; 胶束环境有利于EHS分子对紫外光的吸收和分子内氢键的形成, 从而使ESIPT 荧光显著增强, 激发态分子以发射可见光和非辐射去活化方式衰减; 并根据EHS和表面活性剂分子的结构和大小, 解释了EHS分子在胶束中的结合位点, 荧光猝灭和酯水解的光谱测量进一步为此结合位点提供了佐证.     

工程教育认证背景下《高分子材料成型加工》教学模式探讨

随着高等工程教育改革和社会发展,工程教育认证已经在我国高等工程专业实施。工程教育认证是高等教育工程观的重要转变,主要倡导学生中心、产出导向、持续改进三个基本理念。本文介绍了常州大学高分子材料与工程专业的专业核心课程高分子材料成型加工的建设与教学改革做法,以学生为中心,以毕业要求达成为目标,从教学目的、教学内容、教学方法和手段、持续改进等方面深程度对课程进行改革与实践,积极探索以学生为主体的教学新模式。
