The coordination polymer [Zn(p-pdoa)4(bbp)]n 1 (p-pdoa = p-phenylenedioxydiacetate dianion and bbp = 2,6-bis(benzimidazol-2-yl)pyridine) has been synthesized by hydrothermal method and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The title complex crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1^- with a = 7.8383(2), b = 12.6610(4), c = 13.1792(5)A, a = 84.433(2),β = 74.2980(1), γ = 87.4290(1)°, V = 1252.93(7)A^3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.593 g/cm^3,/z = 1.038 mm^-1, F(000) = 616, the final R = 0.0361 and wR = 0.1139. The Zn(Ⅱ) atom assumes a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry, involving two carboxyl O atoms from two different p-pdoa ligands and three N atoms from the bbp ligand. The Zn(Ⅱ) atom is alternately interlinked by p-pdoa ligands in a bismonodentate mode into a helical chain with a long pitch of 12.661 A and the adjacent Zn…Zn distance of 11.056 and 12.245 A. There exists a 2D supramolecular framework linked by π-π stacking (3.312 A) between adjacent benzimidazoles of bbp ligands and intermolecular hydrogen-bonding interactions between the uncoordinated carboxylate oxygen atoms (O(2), 0(5)) and the uncoordinated imidazolyl N atoms (N…O distances 2.706 and 2.786 A). There also exist two interlayer π-π stacking interactions of 3.299 A between adjacent central pyridines of bbp ligand and 3.176 A between the phenyl groups of p-pdoa ligand. Such π-π stacking interactions extend the two-dimensional layers into a 3D supramolecular network.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer of [Zn(4-CPOA)(Phen)(H2O)]n (C21H16N2O6Zn,1,4-CPOA = 4-carboxylato-phenoxyacetate dianion and Phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR,TG,PL and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group of P1 with a = 9.622(3),b = 9.631(3),c = 11.526(4)A,α = 67.719(5),β = 71.203(5),γ = 83.552(6)o,V = 935.5(5) A^3,Z = 2,Dc = 1.625 g/cm^3,μ = 1.357 mm^-1 and F(000) = 468. The Zn(II) ion is surrounded by three carboxylate O atoms from two different 4-CPOA groups, two N atoms from the Phen ligand and one water molecule, forming a distorted octahedral coordination configuration. The Zn(II) ions were alternately interlinked by carboxylate groups of 4-CPOA with chelating bisbidentate and monodentate modes into a one-dimensional zigzag chain having an intrachain distance of ca. 9.631(1) . Under the direction of supramolecular recognition and attraction, the adjacent chains yield a double-stranded chain through π-π stacking between the phen ligands, which was further expanded into a 2-D framework via strong C–H–π interaction (ca. 2.95(1) ) between the 4-CPOA ligands and into a 3-D supramolecular network by strong hydrogen bond between terminal water molecule and carboxyl group. TG/DTG shows that its chain skeleton is thermally stable up to 419 oC and the blue fluorescent emission of the complex was determined at 471 nm in a solid state with its long decay lifetime of 1.83 ns.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer [Na2Cd(2,6-pyda)(N3)2(H2O)6]n (2,6-H2pyda = 2,6- pyridinedicarboxylic acid) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c, with a = 24.416(4), b = 10.7638(17), c = 6.9224(11) A^°, β= 106.124(2)A^°, V = 1747.7(5) A^°3, Mr = 515.64, De= 1.960 g/cm^3,μ = 1.365 mm^-1, F(000) = 1024, Z = 4, the final R = 0.0426 and wR = 0.1320. In the title complex, there exist two kinds of metal centers in the structure, cadmium ions and sodium ions. The Cd(Ⅱ) atom shows a distorted pentagonal-dipyramidal geometry defined by two O and one N atoms from one deprotonated pyda ligand and four N atoms from four μ-1,1,3 azido groups. The adjacent cadmium atoms are bridged via two μ-1,1,3 azido groups, along the c axis to afford an extended chain. There is also a 2D network which is comprised of binuclear subunits [NaE(H2O)6] connected by O atoms from coordinated water between the adjacent Cdn(pyda)n(Na)2n infinite chains. Furthermore, each cadmium atom is connected with four adjacent sodium atoms through the bridging N3- ligand in μ-1,3 patterns. Thus, the title complex exhibits a novel three-dimensional network structure.  相似文献

The new ligand 4-hydroxyl-5-sulfoisophthalic acid derived from 5-sulfoisophthalic acid ligand under an in situ hydrothermal condition. The crystal of the complex crystallizes in a triclinic system, space group P1, with a = 7.757(4), b = 10.663(6), c = 11.727(7)A, α = 94.272(4), β = 104.067(7), γ = 97.400(7)°, V= 927.4(9)A^3, Z = 2, C18H14N2O9SCu, Mr= 497.93, Dc= 1.783 g/cm^3,μ = 1.350 mm^-1, F(000) = 506, the final R = 0.0518 and wR = 0.1513 for 4180 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The central Cu(II) ion is five-coordinated by two oxygen atoms from the H2SIP-O^2- ligand and two nitrogen atoms of bpy ligand in a distorted square-planar geometry as well as a water oxygen atom in the apical position to complete a distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry. A novel end-to-end azido-bridged polynuclear Schiff-base copper(II) complex, [Cu(C12H15Br2N2O)(N3)]n, was prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the orthorhombic system, space group Pbcn with a = 24.588(5), b = 10.377(2), c = 13.022(3) A, V= 3322.6(12) A^3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.874 g/cm^3, Mr = 468.65, λ(MoKa) = 0.71073 A,μ = 6.130 mm^-1, F(000) = 1832, R = 0.0637 and wR = 0.1176. The Cu atom in the complex is five-coordinated in a square pyramidal geometry by three donor atoms of the Schiff-base ligand, and two N atoms from two bridging azide ligands. The [2,4-dibromo-6-[(3-dimethylaminopropylimino)methyl]phenolato]copper(II) units are linked by the bridging azide ligands, giving zigzag polymeric chains with backbones of the [--Cu-N-N-N--Cu]n type running along the b axis.  相似文献

A new 1D coordination polymer [Co(bpp)3Cl2(H2O)2]n 1 (bpp = 1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)-propane) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the orthorhombic system, space group Ibca with a = 16.569(9),b = 17.240(10),c = 27.087(16) ,V = 7738(8) 3,Z = 8,Dc = 1.306 g/cm3,Mr = 760.65,λ(MoKa) = 0.71073 ,μ = 0.623 mm1,F(000) = 3192,the final R = 0.0678 and wR = 0.2011. The Co(II) atom is coordinated in a slightly distorted octahedral CoN4Cl2 geometry by two Cl atoms in the axial positions, four N atoms from the two bridging bpp ligands and two pendant bpp ligands. The CoN4Cl2 octahedra are connected by the bridging bpp ligands to form a 1D neutral coordination polymer chain. The chains are linked by face-to-face π-π interactions between adjacent pendant bpp ligands to give rise to a 3D supramolecular architecture. The photoluminescent investigation indicates that the emission of 1 is attributed to ligand-centered emission. The variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility measurement shows weak antiferromagnetic behavior in the complex.  相似文献

A new two-dimensional Cd(Ⅱ) coordination polymer, [Cd(2,5-pdch)(H2O)]n·2n(ClO4)·nH2O (2,5-pdch = pyridine-2,5-dicarbohydrazide), was prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 10.905(2), b = 11.602(1), c = 15.034(2) A, β = 117.794 (10°, V = 1682.8(4A3, Z = 4, C7H13CdCl2NsO12, Mr = 542.52, Dc = 2.141 g/cm^3,/μ = 1.691 mm^-1, F(000) = 1072, 2(MoKa) = 0.71073A, the final R = 0.0608 and wR = 0.1329 for 2972 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the Cd(Ⅱ) atom displays a distorted pentagonal-bipyramidal geometry coordinated by three N atoms and three O atoms from three different 2,5-pdch ligands, and one water molecule. Interestingly, each two Cd(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by two carbohydrazide groups of the 2,5-pdch ligands to form a dimeric unit, and such dimeric units are further connected by the 2,5-pdch ligand to generate a two-dimensional (4,4)-network.  相似文献

Each Ag atom is coordinated by two S atoms from two bzdmpymt ligands and one N atom from the third bzdmpymt ligand, giving a trigonal planar coordination geometry. Interactions between the CH3 group of bzdmpymt ligand and one pyrimidyl nitrogen atom in an adjacent molecule afford a one-dimensional hydrogen-bonding chain running along the b axis. The luminescent property of 1.2MeOH was also investigated.  相似文献

A dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex[Cu2(TATP)2(L-Leu)2(CIO4)2]2·2H2Owas synthesized and characterized, where, TATP=1,4,8,9-tetraazatriphenylene, and L-Leu=L-leucinate. The complex was crystallized in the triclinic space group P1, with two independent molecules in a unit cell. A new mononuclear Cu(Ⅱ) dithiocarbamate complex CuI(prdtc)(phen) 1 (prdtc = N-pyrrolidinyldithiocarbamate, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 8.7110(9), b = 14.7143(14), c = 14.8507(15) A, β = 109.721(6)°, V = 1791.9(3) A3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.916 g/cm3, CI7H16CulN3S2, Mr = 516.89, λ(MoKa) = 0.71073A,μ = 3.178 mm^-1, F(000) = 1012, the final R = 0.0369 and wR = 0.0987. A total of 4082 unique reflections were collected, of which 2916 with I 〉 2σ(I) were observed. The Cu(Ⅱ) atom is five-coordinated in a distorted square-pyramidal geometry by one I atom in the apical position, two S atoms from a prdtc ligand and two N atoms from a phen ligand in the basal plane. There exist face-to-face aromatic π-π stacking interactions between adjacent phen ligands stabilizing the structure and making the complex assemble into a 1D structure along the a axis. It can be concluded that the difference of the dtc flexibility and reaction conditions result in the structural difference between complex 1 and CuI(dmdtc)(phen) (dmdtc = N, N-dimethyldithiocarbamate).  相似文献
