用实验方法研究了一种新合成的绿光敏感光致聚合物的高密度全息存储性质.结果表明该种光致聚合物具有较高的衍射效率、大的动态范围和折射率调制度,适合做高密度数字全息存储的记录材料,但材料的灵敏度需要提高,同时读出过程必须考虑曝光过程所导致的布拉格偏移;利用角度复用技术在样品的同一位置记录了20个数字化数据信息页,存储密度达到0.125GBcm3,平均误码率达到5.15×10

研究一种新型的并列式的高密度存储材料ADPA-PVK-PBA-TNF聚合物薄膜.在非吸收区用光抽运测试法研究了薄膜光致双折射,获得光致双折射变化值Δn=1.3×10-3,分析了该聚合物薄膜光致取向增强的物理和化学机理.探讨了抽运光对光致双折射的增强和抑制效应.在此基础上初步实现了多重角度复用信息存储、获得了较为清晰的全息存储图像.并讨论了图象存储的增强/抑制效应,利用这种效应可对存储图像处理或删除.

红敏聚乙烯醇/丙烯酰胺体系光致聚合物全息记录材料的空间分辨力增强研究 总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7
针对目前聚乙烯醇/丙烯酰胺体系光致聚合物材料的空间分辨力不高的问题,提出了一种采用低相对分子质量的聚乙烯醇作为成膜剂来改进光致聚合物分辨力的新方法.采用不同相对分子质量(72000,15000,9000)的聚乙烯醇成膜剂制成光致聚合物,对其衍射效率和空间分辨力等指标进行了对比实验.实验表明选用低相对分子质量(9000)的成膜剂可将该体系光致聚合物的分辨力提高到3000 line/mm以上,实验中仅需40 mJ/cm2左右的曝光量即可获得85%的衍射效率.另外,还对该材料的全息存储特性及其在角度复用全息存储方面的初步应用结果进行了报道. 相似文献

研究了一种新型的对红光和蓝光敏感的非水溶性光致聚合物材料的全息存储特性。该聚合材料由复合单体、复合光敏剂、复合引发剂、链转移剂及成膜物等成分组成,它具有防潮、后处理简单、分辨率高及耐高温等特点,对红、蓝光2种衍射效率均不低于75%,灵敏度为(45~65)mJ/cm2。对该材料先后进行了双波长复用存储实验和角度复用存储实验,当用红光或蓝光再现时再现图像清晰可见,相邻2副图像之间无明显干扰,说明该材料具有良好的存储性能,适合作高密度数字全息存储的记录材料,可用作光通信中的波分复用器及其他光学元件。 相似文献

制备了一种以番红花红T为光敏剂的新型全息存储材料,主要用Ar+激光器的514.5nm波长的绿光研究材料的全息特性.研究表明,该材料具有较高的衍射效率、曝光灵敏度和较大的折射率调制度,衍射效率近40%,灵敏度为7.22×10-4cm2/mJ,折射率调制度为3.65×10-4,同时,在读出时必须考虑布拉格偏移对全息存储的影响.在介质膜中存储了全息图像,再现图像较为清晰,说明该材料适合用作高密度全息存储介质.

A general strategy for fabricating thick, optically flat photopolymer recording media with high dynamic range (M/#) that exhibit low levels of recording-induced Bragg detuning for holographic data storage is presented. In particular, media with M/# values as high as 42 in 1-mm-thick formats are obtained. We believe that these results are the first demonstration of a holographic storage medium with a dynamic range of this magnitude. In addition, we report the holographic recording and recovery of high-capacity (480-kbit) digital data pages in these media, further illustrating their data-storage capabilities. 相似文献

Dimensional changes in polymerizable storage materials during exposure are a source of pixel misregistration in digital holographic storage. 提出了适用于光聚物厚膜盘状高密度全息存储的角度空间复用相结合的存储方法。研究了光路设置对记录容量和密度的影响 ,分析和计算表明 :对全息光盘光聚物全息存储介质来说 ,新方法可以获得比空间角度复用存储方法高近一个数量级的存储容量和密度 ,当使用平面波做参考光、介质内参物光入射角度在 32°时是获得最大存储容量和密度的最佳设置 ;对 5 0 0 μm厚的光聚物介质 ,存储密度可达到 42bit/ μm2 ,用CD ROM同样大小的全息光盘 ,在其相同的有效记录面积上 ,其总容量可以达到 40 0Gbit,表明新方法是实用化光聚物盘状全息存储比较理想的方法。 相似文献

A novel wideband sensitive dry holographic photopolymer sensitized by rose bengal (RB) and methylene blue (MB) is fabricated, the holographic storage characteristics of which are investigated under different exposure wavelengths. The result shows that the sensitive spectral band exceeds 200 nm in visible light range, the maximum diffraction efficiency under different exposure wavelengths is more than 40% and decreases with the decrease of exposure wavelength, the exposure sensitivity is not change with the exposure wavelength.This photopolymer is appropriate for wavelength multiplexing or multi-wavelength recording in digital holographic storage. 相似文献

We present holographic storage of three-dimensional(3D) images and data in a photopolymer film without any applied electric field.Its absorption and diffraction efficiency are measured,and reflective analog hologram of real object and image of digital information are recorded in the films.The photopolymer is compared with polymer dispersed liquid crystals as holographic materials.Besides holographic diffraction efficiency of the former is little lower than that of the latter,this work demonstrates that the photopolymer is more suitable for analog hologram and big data permanent storage because of its high definition and no need of high voltage electric field.Therefore,our study proposes a potential holographic storage material to apply in large size static 3D holographic displays,including analog hologram displays,digital hologram prints,and holographic disks. 相似文献

In this paper, we evaluate photopolymer media using a polycarbonate (PC) substrate. In holographic data storage medium, substrates that sandwich the photopolymer material are needed to protect the photopolymer material against exogenous shock and open air. An optical glass such as BK-7 is normally used as a substrate, but a PC substrate has a cost advantage and is easy to fabricate compared with optical glass. For holographic recording and reading, however, the high birefringence and high thermal expansion of a PC substrate are significant problems. First, we analyze the degree of degradation of output power by the polarization change and estimate the threshold value of birefringence to record hologram normally. Next, we estimate the temperature tolerance of hologram readout with polycarbonate substrate hologram medium. These analyses results indicate the possible usage of the PC substrate as holographic recording media. 相似文献
