采用测定化学需氧量(COD)法和有机溶剂抽提法分别对企业常用的两种锌矿原料(A,B)有机物进行监测。通过采用测定化学需氧量(COD)法对锌矿原料中含有的有机物进行定性及半定量分析,实验结果表明,矿粉A中COD为84.9mg/L,矿粉B中COD为96.9mg/L,各自进行了3次平行实验,都能得到稳定的结果,同时确定矿粉A和B中分别含有不同量的有机物。采用有机溶剂抽提法来确定锌矿原料中有机物的含量。考察了溶剂种类、溶剂量、抽提时间对矿粉中的有机物提取效果的影响,得到最佳实验条件,对矿粉的测定结果为:矿粉A中有机物含量为7.6‰,矿粉B中有机物含量为10.1‰。在各自的最佳实验条件下,进行了3次平行实验,都能得到稳定的结果,方法准确、可靠。  相似文献

对几种煤和城市固体废弃物(MSW)如PVC和纤维素中的主要可燃成分进行了实验研究,热重-质谱-红外(TGA/MS/FTIR)分析以原料和其混合物为对象,收集得到的燃烧特征图显示出不同的热力学行为。结果表明共燃中快速加热比慢速加热形成有机化合物的可能性要大,管式炉中的实验表明在MSW燃烧过程中Cl2是生成有机氯化物的重要媒介,提出的形成机理包括Deacon反应,用纯有机化合物进行的实验证实此反应为一可能的途径。燃烧过程中SO2对Cl2生成的作用也被检查,结果表明SO2的加入可以降低Cl2的生成量,从而大大减少有机氯化物的生成。  相似文献

Poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide)(PLGA) microspheres were prepared by emulsion solvent evaporation method. The influences of inner aqueous phase, organic solvent, PLGA concentration on the morphology of microspheres were studied. The results showed that addition of porogen or surfactants to the inner aqueous phase, types of organic solvents and polymer concentration affected greatly the microsphere morphology. When dichloromethane was adopted as organic solvent, microspheres with porous structure were produced. When ethyl acetate served as organic solvent, two different morphologies were obtained. One was hollow microspheres with thin porous shell under a lower PLGA concentration, another was erythrocyte-like microspheres under a higher PLGA concentration. Three types of microspheres including porous, hollow core with thin porous shell(denoted by hollow in brief) and solid structures were finally selected for in vitro drug release tests. Bovine serum albumin(BSA) was chosen as model drug and encapsulated within the microspheres. The BSA encapsulation efficiency of porous, hollow and solid microspheres was respectively 90.4%, 79.8% and 0. And the ultimate accumulative release was respectively 74.5%, 58.9% and 0. The release rate of porous microspheres was much slower than that of hollow microspheres. The experiment results indicated that microspheres with different porous structures showed great potentials in controlling drug release behavior.  相似文献

Abstract

A rapid and continuous analytical method based on flow injection analysis was developed for the determination of chemical oxygen demand due to organic substances in water pollution. Potassium permanganate and sulfuric acid solutions were individually pumped up as an oxidizing agent and glucose was used as a standard substance. The results for filtered organic waste and water samples were as reasonable as compared to those measured by the manual acidic permanganate method.  相似文献

测定了25种成品卷烟的15种有机酸含量,采用逐步回归分析法建立了卷烟感官风格品质与有机酸之间的关系模型。根据逐步回归模型选择的变量,评价影响卷烟香韵表现与感官品质的关键有机酸成分。将回归模型成功地应用于试制卷烟香韵表现和感官品质得分预测,证明了模型的有效性及有机酸对卷烟香韵表现和感官品质的解释能力。研究结果表明,异戊酸、丙二酸、苯乙酸和柠檬酸等有机酸对卷烟香韵表现或感官品质存在正面或负面的不同影响。  相似文献

The effectiveness of organic peroxides as initiators in the polymerization of high-pressure polyethylene has been studied in order to assess the most successful from a technical and economic view point. For this purpose polymerization experiments were carried out with ten different peroxides which are effective at various temperature ranges, e.g., 110 to more than 300° C. The organic peroxide consumption per kilogram of polyethylene produced was determined as a function of reaction temperature, pressure, organic peroxide concentration, and the mean residence time in the reactor. Also the dependence on the intensity of stirring inside the reactor was studied. The organic peroxide consumption initially decreases with increasing temperature, passes through a minimum, and then rises again. The minimum organic peroxide consumption and the related temperature are different for individual organic peroxides and are greatly influenced by the reaction conditions. From a study of the results, criteria to select the most suitable organic peroxide for certain reaction conditions including financial considerations are put forward.  相似文献

本文研究了Hb/Sol-gel膜修饰碳糊电极在有机溶剂介质中的直接电化学和类过氧化物酶电催化特性。发现在以甲醇、正内醇和乙腈介质中,Hb修饰电极能够实现其与电极之间的直接电子转移,并且电子转移的动力学过程与水溶液体系相似。然而,在这些有机溶剂介质中,电子转移的可逆性不如水介质中好,同时氧化还原峰电位差均不大于水溶液体系,表明有机溶剂对Hb的直接电子转移产生抑制作用。Hb/Sol-gel修饰电极在有机溶剂介质中和水介质中一样,对其特异性底物H2O2产生过氧化物酶的活性,但其活性均不如水溶液体系强。  相似文献

 以药物合成中常用的 16种有机溶剂为研究对象 ,建立了用大口径毛细管柱检查残留有机溶剂的气相色谱法 ,并考察了不同极性的色谱柱及不同提取溶剂对分离与检测的影响。实验表明 ,根据原料药合成中可能存在的残留溶剂 ,选用适当的提取溶剂 ,采用大口径毛细管气相色谱法检查 ,可获得较满意的结果。  相似文献

Catalytic wet air oxidation(CWAO) was employed to reduce the organic compounds in landfill leachate and the effects of temperature, oxygen pressure, catalyst dosage, and concentration of the organic compounds on the TOC and CODcr removal rates were studied. The degradation kinetics of landfill leachate was also investigated and an exponential experiential model consisting of four influential factors was established to describe the reduction of the organic compounds in the landfill leachate. Meanwhile, the GC-MS technique was used to detect the components of the organic intermediates for the inference of the decomposition mechanisms of the organic compounds in landfill leachate. The results reveal that the reaction temperature and the catalyst dosage are the most important factors affecting the degradation reaction of the organic compounds and that the principal intermediates confirmed by GC-MS are organic acids at a percentage of more than 88% with no aldehydes or alcohols detected. The decomposition mechanisms of the organic compounds in landfill leachate were inferred based on the GC-MS information as follows;the activated gas phase O2 captured the hydrogen of the organic pollutants to produce free radicals, which then initiated the catalytic reaction. So most of the organic compounds were oxidized into CO2 and H2O ultimately. In general, catalytic wet air oxidation over catalyst Co3O4/Bi2O3 was a very promising technique for the treatment of landfill leachate.  相似文献

A sorption study of 25 volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in different agricultural soils was carried out by using headspace-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The extraction of the VOCs from soil samples was carried out following the EPA method with some differences such as addition of potassium chloride and different instrumental conditions which provide higher sample throughput. In addition, a complementary study on several procedures for soil fortification with VOCs was also assayed, fortification with minimal sample handling was selected in order to minimise evaporation losses of the VOCs. The effect of clay minerals (7.0-69.7%) and organic carbon (0.2-3.5%) contents on acid and alkaline (pH 5.3-8.8) soils were evaluated. Based on the results, all compounds assayed were more sorbed in alkaline soils than acid ones; chlorobenzenes interact more strongly with agricultural soils than do alkylbenzenes. The organic carbon content affects the sorption of 25 VOCs in alkaline soils (the highest sorption was found for the most organic soil), while in acid soils VOC sorption increases as the organic carbon content decreases. The clay mineral fraction plays an important role in the sorption of VOCs in acid soil owing to pi-/n-electron interactions, this effect being more marked for chlorobenzenes.  相似文献

The sonochemical oil-in-water miniemulsion polymerization of n-butyl methacrylate (BMA) has been studied in mixtures with a range of aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbon liquids under ambient conditions. Measurements of monomer conversion percentage and molecular weights of the BMA polymers were performed to investigate the effect of the various organic liquids on the kinetics of the polymerization process and on the properties of the resultant polymers. Both the rates of polymerization and the molecular weights of the polymers formed were found to be dependent on the amount and type of the organic liquid present in the emulsion. The experimental results revealed that when the organic liquids were aliphatic, there were no significant changes in the rates of BMA polymerization whereas when the organic liquids were aromatic, the rates of polymerization were greatly reduced. Molecular weight data of the BMA polymers showed that in the presence of an organic liquid, the size of the polymer significantly decreased. The results have been interpreted in terms of the formation of a radical complex between the propagating radical and the organic liquid in the oil mixture, as well as chain transfer reactions that affect the kinetics of the polymerization process.  相似文献

建立了离子转换色谱与紫外检测器联用检测啤酒中无机阴离子与有机酸的新方法。在传统的离子色谱基础上引入两根离子转换柱,无机阴离子与有机酸经过两步转换,定量转换成有相同紫外响应的碘酸盐,然后用紫外检测器代替电导检测器进行定量分析。在Dionex AS11-HC阴离子色谱柱上,采用KOH梯度淋洗方式实现了12种无机阴离子与有机酸的分离。结果表明,12种无机阴离子和有机酸检出限(S/N=3)与定量限(S/N=10)分别为6.168~29.01 μg/L与20.56~66.30 μg/L;线性关系良好(r在0.9994以上),回收率为89.0%~117.0%,RSD均小于1.0%,该方法与传统的电导检测器检测结果相当。该方法简单快捷,只需采用少数标准曲线,就可以实现啤酒中无机离子与有机酸的定量测定。  相似文献

有机电致发光材料是国际上的研究热点之一。本文采用量子化学方法,研究了环戊二噻吩CH2和SiH2取代对其与2,1,3-苯并噻二唑和三苯胺的化合物光电性质的影响。研究结果表明,CH2取代对母体分子的电子和光谱性质的影响比SiH2取代明显。SiH2取代使吸收和发射光谱的振子强度增大的程度大于CH2取代,更有利于发光强度的提高。CH2和SiH2取代衍生物的空穴和电子重组能的差值极小,可以作为有机电致发光二极管中双极性电荷传输材料。静电势能结果表明,SiH2取代衍生物的稳定性高于母体分子的稳定性。通过探索分子结构与性质间关系,为实验设计合成新的有机电致发光材料提供了理论支持。  相似文献

Many metal ions are spontaneously adsorbed onto a piezoelectric quartz crystal and change the oscillation frequency. The pH ranges in which the metal ions adsorbed were just below that of precipitate formation as the ‘hydroxides’; frequency changes caused by adsorption were not observed in these pH ranges where the ‘hydroxides’ formed. Cationic organic reagents, such as crystal violet and methylene blue, were also adsorbed on the piezoelectric quartz crystal but non-ionic and anionic organic compounds were not. These results showed that the crystal was negatively charged on the surface.  相似文献

考察了几种有机胺作引导剂对以水玻璃为硅源、硝酸镓为镓源合成Ga-Si-ZSM-5分子筛的影响。结果表明,合成体系的最佳碱度与有机胺有关,不同有机胺的合成效果相差很大,以正丁胺作引导剂可获得高结晶度的分子筛产物。通过与合成Al-Si-ZSM-5的比较和一些条件试验,探讨了有机胺的作用,并对分子筛的形成过程进行了合理的推测。  相似文献

建立了在线富集方式结合离子色谱-质谱(IC-MS)快速分离分析16种有机酸的方法。离子色谱配备自制富集柱和分离柱对有机酸进行在线富集和分离;质谱采用大气压化学电离源负离子电离方式(APCI-),在选择离子监控(SIM)模式下对有机酸进行定性和定量分析。采用200 μL大体积进样,在线富集时间为3 min,以NaOH溶液作为淋洗液,梯度洗脱。结果表明,富集柱和分离柱对有机酸有很好的富集分离能力;16种有机酸在30 min内完全洗脱,并在一定浓度范围内线性关系良好;方法检出限(LODs)为0.01~0.22 mg/L;加标回收率为70.6%~110.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤6.3%。该方法样品前处理简单,分离速度快,有机酸检测灵敏度高,适用于多种饲料添加剂样品中有机酸添加剂的检测。  相似文献
