本文考虑具有不可控不可观模态的线性系统的输出反馈特征结构配置问题。根据文中给出的矩阵方程AV+BW=VF的一种显式参数解,得到了线性系统的输出反馈特征结构配置的一种参数化方法,本文没有对系统附加能控能观条件,在[AB]能控的条件下,本文得到的矩阵方程的解是文[5]中定理2的结果,在[AB]能控且[AC]能观的条件下,本文得到的输出反馈特征结构配置方法是文[6]在系统为定常时算法Ⅱ的结果。  相似文献

This paper considers dynamical compensators design for purpose of pole assignment for discrete-time linear periodic systems. Similar to linear time-invariant systems, it is pointed out that the design of a periodic dynamical compensator can be converted into the design of a periodic output feedback controller for an augmented system. Utilizing the recent result on output feedback pole assignment, parametric solutions for this problem are obtained. The design approach can be used as a basis for the robust dynamical compensator design for this type of systems. Combined with a robustness index presented in this paper, robust dynamical compensator design problem is converted into a constrainted optimization problem. A numerical example is employed to illustrate the validity and feasibility of the methods.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose the design of both a proportional (P) and a proportional integral (PI) decentralized controller for open-channel hydraulic systems by assigning the closed-loop eigenstructure. The system dynamic is described by a linear, time-invariant model deduced from the Saint-Venant equations. A constant-volume control law is designed, satisfying the requirement of decentralization, typical of large-scale systems like the hydraulic one herein examined. The synthesis procedure followed in this paper allows us to derive a parametric expression for the set of feedback gains of decentralized controllers which achieve the desired eigenvalue assignment. The free parameters in this parametric expression can be used to assign eigenvectors as close to the desired ones as possible, while achieving the required eigenvalue assignment.  相似文献

We present a general approach to the pole assignment problem for linear stationary hybrid differential-difference systems as a coefficient control problem for their characteristic equations. Various scales (classes) of linear feedback controllers are considered. Special attention is paid to the solvability of the pole assignment problem for such systems in the scale of general differential-difference controllers and in a general scale that, along with differential-difference controllers, contains integral controllers whose kernels are compactly supported functions. A general scheme for constructing such controllers is proposed based on the algebraic properties of the shift operator, the Paley–Wiener theorem on compactly supported functions, and the methods of interpolation theory in the class of entire functions of exponential type. This paper deals with the fault detection problem for linear systems with unknown inputs. The H norm and H index are employed to measure the robustness to unknown inputs and the sensitivity to faults, respectively. By using the pole assignment approach, the fault detection problem is transformed to an unconstrained optimization problem. With the aid of a gradient-based optimization approach, an explicit formula for designing the desirable observer gain is derived. Furthermore, the fault sensitivity over a finite frequency range can also be solved by the proposed method. The methodology proposed is verified through numerical simulation studies performed on the fault detection observer design of a vertical takeoff and landing aircraft. This paper investigates the exact and approximate spectrum assignment properties associated with realizable output-feedback pole-placement type controllers for single-input single-output linear time-invariant time-delay systems with commensurate point delays. The controller synthesis problem is discussed through the solvability of a set of coupled diophantine equations of polynomials. An extra complexity is incorporated to the above design to cancel extra unsuitable dynamics being generated when solving the above diophantine equations. Thus, the complete controller tracks any arbitrary prefixed (either finite or delaydependent) closed-loop spectrum. However, if the controller is simplified by deleting the above mentioned extra complexity, then the robust stability and approximated spectrum assignment are still achievable for a certain sufficiently small amount of delayed dynamics. Finally, the approximate spectrum assignment and robust stability problems are revisited under plant disturbances if the nominal controller is maintained. In the current approach, the finite spectrum assignment is only considered as a particular case to the designer‘s choice of a (delay-dependent) arbitrary spectrum assignment objective.  相似文献

We propose a decomposition algorithm for a special class of nonconvex mixed integer nonlinear programming problems which have an assignment constraint. If the assignment decisions are decoupled from the remaining constraints of the optimization problem, we propose to use a column enumeration approach. The master problem is a partitioning problem whose objective function coefficients are computed via subproblems. These problems can be linear, mixed integer linear, (non-)convex nonlinear, or mixed integer nonlinear. However, the important property of the subproblems is that we can compute their exact global optimum quickly. The proposed technique will be illustrated solving a cutting problem with optimum nonlinear programming subproblems.  相似文献

The existing assignment problems for assigning n jobs to n individuals are limited to the considerations of cost or profit incurred by each possible assignment. However, in real applications, various inputs and outputs are usually concerned in an assignment problem, such as a general decision-making problem. This paper develops a procedure for resolving assignment problems with multiple incommensurate inputs and outputs for each possible assignment. The concept of the relative efficiency in using various resources, instead of cost or profit, is adopted for each possible assignment of the problem. Data envelopment analysis (DEA) is employed in this paper to measure the efficiency of one assignment relative to that of the others according to a set of decision-making units. A composite efficiency index, consisting of two kinds of relative efficiencies under different comparison bases, is defined to serve as the performance measurement of each possible assignment in the problem formulation. A mathematical programming model for the extended assignment problem is proposed, which is then expressed as a classical integer linear programming model to determine the assignments with the maximum efficiency. A numerical example is used to demonstrate the approach.  相似文献

In this paper, we present a unifying approach to the problems of computing of stability radii of positive linear systems. First, we study stability radii of linear time-invariant parameter-varying differential systems. A formula for the complex stability radius under multi perturbations is given. Then, under hypotheses of positivity of the system matrices, we prove that the complex, real and positive stability radii of the system under multi perturbations (or affine perturbations) coincide and they are computed via simple formulae. As applications, we consider problems of computing of (strong) stability radii of linear time-invariant time-delay differential systems and computing of stability radii of positive linear functional differential equations under multi perturbations and affine perturbations. We show that for a class of positive linear time-delay differential systems, the stability radii of the system under multi perturbations (or affine perturbations) are equal to the strong stability radii. Next, we prove that the stability radii of a positive linear functional differential equation under multi perturbations (or affine perturbations) are equal to those of the associated linear time-invariant parameter-varying differential system. In particular, we get back some explicit formulas for these stability radii which are given recently in [P.H.A. Ngoc, Strong stability radii of positive linear time-delay systems, Internat. J. Robust Nonlinear Control 15 (2005) 459-472; P.H.A. Ngoc, N.K. Son, Stability radii of positive linear functional differential equations under multi perturbations, SIAM J. The present paper deals with the exposition of methods for solving the Brockett problem on the stabilization of linear control systems by a nonstationary feedback. The paper consists of two parts. We consider continuous linear control systems in the first part and discrete systems in the second part. In the first part, we consider two approaches to the solution of the Brockett problem. The first approach permits one to obtain low-frequency stabilization, and the second part deals with high-frequency stabilization. Both approaches permit one to derive necessary and sufficient stabilization conditions for two-dimensional (and three-dimensional, for the first approach) linear systems with scalar inputs and outputs. In the second part, we consider an analog of the Brockett problem for discrete linear control systems. Sufficient conditions for low-frequency stabilization of linear discrete systems are obtained with the use of a piecewise constant periodic feedback with sufficiently large period. We obtain necessary and sufficient conditions for the stabilization of two-dimensional discrete systems. In the second part, we also consider the control problem for the spectrum (the pole assignment problem) of the monodromy matrix for discrete systems with a periodic feedback.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the design of reduced-order stateestimators for bilinear stochastic discrete-time systems subjectedto estimation error covariance assignment. The purpose of theproblem addressed is to design the reduced-order state estimators for the bilinear stochastic discrete-time systems such thatthe steady-state estimation error covariances achieve the prespecified values. A simple, effective matrix inequality approach is developed to solve this problem. Specifically, (1) the parameterisationof estimation error covariances that certain bilinear errordynamic processes may possess is presented, (2) the characterisationof all reduced-order state estimators that assign such errorcovariances is explicitly derived, and (3) the solvabilityof the assignability conditions is discussed. A new approach to the approximate solution of matrix games is proposed. It is based on the reduction of the original problem to a variational inequality of a special form. In particular, this makes it possible to design preconditioned iterative methods, which proved to be effective as a tool for the numerical solution of large and ill-conditioned systems of linear algebraic equations.  相似文献
