以Ce(NO3)3·6H2O及Al(NO3)3·9H2O为原料,NH4HCO3为造孔剂,以沉淀法制备了具有介孔结构的CeO2/γ-Al2O3光催化材料。研究了不同NH4∶Al及Ce∶Al摩尔比等条件下制备CeO2/γ-Al2O3样品的光催化性能。结果表明,所制备CeO2/γ-Al2O3复合材料具有优异的光催化性能,最佳NH4∶Al及Ce∶Al摩尔比分别为1及0.2,该条件下制备的样品BET比表面积为94.4642 m2·g-1,孔径为5.8565 nm,对亚甲基蓝(MB)的光催化降解率可达93.59%,动力学常数k为0.0218 m...  相似文献

以Bi(NO3)3和氨水为原料、水溶性淀粉为分散剂, 采用水热法制备了Bi2O3纳米片, 用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微技术(SEM)和氮气吸附-脱附等对材料进行了表征. 结果表明Bi2O3纳米片厚度分布比较窄, 比表面积达到9.26 m2/g. 同时, 采用循环伏安法和充放电仪测试了Bi2O3纳米片的电化学性能, 结果显示其具有一定的电化学活性.  相似文献

通过电沉积方法分别在镀铂石英晶片和铂基底上制备了电活性铁氰化镍膜,并考察了膜电极在含钇离子溶液中的电控离子交换性能. 在0.1 mol·L-1的硝酸钇溶液中,使用循环伏安法及石英晶体微天平技术测试考察了铁氰化镍膜对钇离子的置入释放性能及对应的质量变化,同时比较了铁氰化镍膜电极在Y(NO3)3和Sr(NO3)2溶液中的电化学性能. 在0.1 mol·L-1 [Y(NO3)3 + Sr(NO3)2]混合溶液中,通过循环伏安法分析了薄膜对Y3+/Sr2+离子的选择性. 用扫描电子显微镜观察了铁氰化镍膜的表面形貌,并通过X射线光电子能谱仪测定了膜在氧化和还原状态下的元素组成. 结果表明,铁氰化镍膜在含Y3+溶液中具有良好的离子交换行为,其中氧化过程薄膜质量减少,对应着钇离子的释放;还原过程薄膜质量增加,对应钇离子的置入;在0.0 V或0.9 V调控膜电极的氧化还原状态实现对钇离子的有效分离.  相似文献

对Y(NO3)3·6H2O的差热和热重分析表明,Y(NO3)3·6H2O经脱水和热分解在580C以上完全分解为Y2O3.在此基础上,以Y(NO3)3·6H2O为前驱体,采用喷雾热解过程制备出粒度为0.50~1.50μm的立方相球形Y2O3粉末.通过对产物粒子粒度的理论计算与实验结果的比较,推测Y2O3粒子形成机理符合液滴-粒子转变机理(One-Droplet-One-Particlemechanism).本喷雾热解过程同样适用于其它稀土超细粉末的制备,粒子粒度可以通过调节液滴尺寸和溶液浓度等操作条件进行控制.  相似文献

低活化比制备天然气吸附剂: 活化助剂提高吸附剂性能   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以石油焦为原料、KOH为主活化剂,在低活化比mKOH∶mC=2∶1下制备吸附剂,考察了活化助剂KNO3、NaNO3、Mg(NO3)2、Ni(NO3)2和HJ对吸附剂储气性能的影响,对活化助剂提高吸附剂性能的机理进行了分析。结果表明,活化物料中加入适量助剂KNO3、Mg(NO3)2、Ni(NO3)2或HJ能显著提高吸附剂性能,HJ与Mg(NO3)2、Ni(NO3)2协同活化的效果最好。其中,Mg(NO3)2、HJ加入量均为10 %(助剂与石油焦质量分数)下制备的吸附剂样品在25℃、3.5MPa下对甲烷质量吸附量达0.143,有效体积释放量达117.1,性能超过活化比mKOH∶mC=3∶1、无助剂下制备的吸附剂。  相似文献

采用微波辐射老化沉淀母液的方法,着重考察了沉淀方式对制备的CuO/ZnO/Al2O3催化剂及其前驱体的结构和催化性能的影响。实验结果表明,沉淀方式对催化剂的活性和稳定性影响较大,其活性顺序为分步沉淀法二>并流共沉淀法>分步沉淀法一>反加法>正加法。通过XRD、DTG、H2-TPR等表征分析表明,先并流沉淀Al(NO3)3溶液和Na2CO3溶液,再并流沉淀Cu(NO3)2-Zn(NO3)2混合溶液与剩下的Na2CO3溶液,然后微波辐射老化所制备前驱体中含有更多的绿铜锌矿 (Cu,Zn)5 (CO3)2(OH)6物相,焙烧后形成的CuO-ZnO协同作用强,且CuO分散性好,H2还原温度较低,催化活性和稳定性也较高。  相似文献

利用密度泛函理论研究了气体分子(NH3, H2O, H2S, NO2)吸附在二维M3(HIB)2(M=Ni, Cu; HIB为六亚氨基苯)薄膜上体系的几何结构和电子结构的变化. 结果表明, 2种薄膜对气体分子的响应不同. 其中NH3, H2O和H2S在M3(HIB)2薄膜表面的吸附较弱, 主要与薄膜的亚氨基形成氢键, 吸附能均小于-0.36 eV, 吸附对体系电子性质的影响很小. 但是 NO2分子在薄膜表面形成化学吸附, 吸附能在-0.65~-1.72 eV范围内. 吸附NO2分子使其电子结构发生明显改变, 如Cu3(HIB)2在费米能级处打开带隙, 由金属性质转变为半导体性质. 这是由于NO2分子的pz轨道与金属原子$d_{z}^{2}$ 轨道发生了强烈的轨道杂化. 此外, 研究发现高浓度的NO2分子吸附能够使Ni3(HIB)2薄膜由非磁性变为磁性体系, 由普通金属性质变为半金属性质; 而高浓度的NO2分子使Cu3(HIB)2薄膜由金属性质变为半导体性质, 薄膜电导率降低.  相似文献

分别以拟薄水铝石、γ-Al2O3、Al2O3、Al(NO3)3·9H2O为Al源,通过微乳液法制备了一系列Pt-S28O2-/ZrO2-Al2O3催化剂,并利用XRD、FT-IR、BET、H2-TPR等手段对其进行了表征,考察了Al源种类对Pt-S28O2-/ZrO2-Al2O3固体超强酸催化剂结构和酸性的影响,并以正戊烷异构化反应为探针,考察了Al源种类对催化剂异构化性能的影响。结果表明,不同Al源制备的催化剂均能够稳定ZrO2四方晶相,增大催化剂的比表面积;除以拟薄水铝石为Al源制备的催化剂外,其他催化剂的氧化还原性能均有所提高。以Al(NO3)3·9H2O为Al源制备的催化剂具有最大的比表面积和更多的超强酸,表现出最佳的异构化性能,在反应压力2.0 MPa、氢烃物质的量比4∶1、质量空速(WHSV)1.0 h-1、反应温度220 ℃条件下,异戊烷产率达到59.5%。  相似文献

以葡萄糖为碳源采用水热法制备出碳微球,再将其作为模板剂,柠檬酸作为络合剂,去离子水和乙醇作为溶剂,经混合搅拌、沉淀和去除模板剂等步骤,由La(NO3)3·6H2O和Mn(NO3)2制备LaMnO3。采用粉末X射线衍射、场发射扫描电镜、N2吸附-脱附等对LaMnO3进行表征分析,并对其电化学性能进行了测试。结果表明,碳微球模板可制备出层状多孔结构的LaMnO3,其具有良好的氧还原反应(ORR)和析氧反应(OER)催化活性,比表面积为26m2/g,将其制备成铝-空气电池空气电极催化剂,在电流密度20mA·cm-2时放电电压可达1.476V,高于共沉淀法制备的LaMnO3的放电电压。  相似文献

研究了4种不同电荷的Co(Ⅲ)金属配合物跨人红细胞膜的动力学,并测定了它们跨人红细胞膜的一级反应动力学速率常数,发现[Co(C2O4)3]3-的跨膜速率明显高于[Co(en)3]3+,[Co(en)2(C2O4)]+和[Co(en)(C2O4)2]-,后3种配合物的跨膜速率常数随正电荷的减少略有增加,跨膜机制为简单扩散.[Co(C2O4)3]3-的跨膜速率受阴离子通道抑制剂DIDS明显抑制,抑制率为51.95%,推测其跨膜机制为部分经阴离子通道协同简单扩散过膜.人红细胞摄入L-[Co(C2O4)3]3-的速率明显大于D-[Co(C2O4)3]3-,显示了一定的手性选择性.  相似文献

Ferroelectric thin films of strontium bismuth tantalate (SBT) have been fabricated by a chemical solution deposition technique using non-hydrolyzing precursors. Strontium acetate, bismuth nitrate and tantalum ethoxide were used as precursor materials, with methanol and glacial acetic as solvents. We investigate the effects of the precursor chemistry, by the selection of the chelating agent, on the elimination of residual organic compounds, thermal evolution of phase formation, and microstructure evolution of derived films. We found that the utilization of alkanolamines as chelating agent produce the segregation of metallic bismuth in as-prepared powders. On the other hand, acetoin, one of the hydroxyketones, showed the elimination of residual organics at low temperature, an earlier onset of crystallization, and no segregation of secondary phases during the whole crystallization process. A comparative investigation of the surface microstructure, grain size distribution, crystallinity, and degree of crystal orientation of films fabricated with the different chelating agents is presented. The dielectric and ferroelectric properties of films prepared with acetoin are investigated.  相似文献

In this work, layered perovskite bismuth titanate (Bi4Ti3O12) thin films were fabricated on α-alumina substrates by spin coating process. Precursor sol was prepared by sol–gel process from bismuth nitrate and titanium butoxide in concentrated acetic acid, with diethylamine as a stabilizer. Processes occurring in the precursor sol were followed in the ageing period of 20 days. Thin films prepared from the as-synthesized and aged sols are crack-free, with the thickness of ~1 μm, uniform surface texture and rounded grains having grain size in nanometer range. Sintering of thin films was performed at various temperatures, and sintered thin films exhibited dense structure, fully crystallized with typical Aurivillius phase and without any preferred orientation and impurity phase. The influence of ageing of the precursor sol on the microstructure of obtained thin films was also investigated. Direct relation between hydrodynamic diameter of precursor particles and the morphology and the grain size of the obtained films was observed.  相似文献

<正>Transparent thin films of ZnO have been prepared on ordinary glass substrates by the inorganic sol-gel method using citric acid as chelating agent and zinc nitrate as the starting material.A novel structure on zinc citrate complex was put forward by using DTA-TG and FT-IR absorbance spectrum of citrate gels.Phase formation,morphology and optical properties of ZnO films are investigated by XRD,AFM and UV-vis transmittance spectra.The experimental results show that ZnO thin films derived from zinc citrate sol-gel method showed a(002)oriented hexagonal wurtzite structure,good crystalline property,a uniform range of grain size(40 nm), smooth surface of films,band gap of 3.28 eV and optical transmittances ratio over 90%in the visible range.  相似文献

Phase pure powder and thin films of the novel ferroelectric materials SrBi2Ta2O9 (SBT) have been prepared using the organic precursors. The xero-gel formed was dried and characterized using TGA and DTA to determine the organic burn out and crystallization temperature of SBT. Powder X-ray diffraction was used systematically to check the crystallinity of SBT. Phase pure SBT powder was formed as low as 650°C and thin films at 600°C in comparison to other earlier reported work. SEM micrographs show a grain size of ≈0.1 μm and show crack free films with a film thickness of 2 μm.  相似文献

V2O5 thin films were successfully prepared on ITO substrate with electrophoresis deposition (EDP) through V2O5 sol. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy were used for studying the structure of the films. The optical and electrochemical properties were measured by the transmittance spectra and cyclic voltammetry measurements, respectively. It is found that V2O5 thin films deposited by EDP are a compact microstructure with finer adhesive force with ITO substrate and the thickness is uniform. During the cycle experiment, the films exhibited reversible two-color (yellow at oxidation and green at reduction) with a maximum transmittance change of around 30%. Moreover, the films had an excellent cycle for lithium intercalation/deintercalation and good cycle stability, the cycle efficiency for the 50th cycle was 88.02% and the films still had fine adhesive force with ITO substrate with no dissolving over more than 50 cycles. The Li+ diffusion coefficient in V2O5 thin film was 5.10×10-12 cm2/s by the electrochemical impedance spectra method. All results indicate that V2O5 thin films by the electrophoresis deposition may be suitable for the use in the electrochromic devices.  相似文献

This research work presents the efficiency of the TiO2 and Ag–TiO2 thin films prepared by the sol–gel method and coated onto the surface of 304 stainless steel sheets used in the photocatalytic nitrate reduction processes. The Ag–TiO2 thin films had the weight by weight (w/w) ratio of Ag+/TiO2 of 0.1% as Ag atom. The XRD results showed that the crystalline phase structure of TiO2 on the Ag–TiO2 thin films was anatase. The optical band gaps of the TiO2 and 0.1% Ag–TiO2 thin films were respectively 3.27 and 2.70 eV, while the surface of the prepared catalysts was hydrophobic with the respective average water contact angles of 94.8° and 118.5° for the TiO2 and 0.1% Ag–TiO2 thin films. The net efficiencies of photocatalytic nitrate reduction of TiO2 and 0.1% Ag–TiO2 were 41.4% and 70.0%, respectively. The loading of Ag only influenced the nitrate removal efficiency without affecting the stoichiometric ratio of formate to nitrate. The net stoichiometric ratio of formate to nitrate of all experiments was 2.8:1.0, which is close to the stoichiometric ratio of 2.5:1.0 of the nitrate reduction to nitrite and then to nitrogen gas.  相似文献

Optically selective thin films of CoAl2O4 with a spinel structure were produced for an automotive lamps application by the sol-gel process using aluminum sec-butoxide, ethylacetoacetate chelating agent and cobalt nitrate hexahydrate. The use of two metal-oxide precursors is advantageous over the single bimetallic alkoxide precursor (aluminum cobalt isopropoxide), because it allows us to vary the Co/Al ratio in the precursor solution. We found that the Co/Al ratio should not exceed 0.3 if we are to achieve films with the characteristic blue colour at 700°C. The structural characteristics of the oxide powders were determined from infrared (IR) spectra and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, while the optical properties of the films were investigated with UV-VIS spectroscopy.  相似文献

Fe-doped SrBi2Nb2O9 precursor solution was synthesized using bismuth nitrate Bi(NO3)3·5H2O, strontium nitrate Sr(NO3)2, iron nitrate Fe(NO3)3·9H2O, and niobium ethoxide Nb(OC2H5)5 as starting materials, ethylene glycol monomethyl ether (C3H8O2) as the solvent. 0.1BiFeO3-0.9SrBi2Nb2O9 thin films were prepared on fused quartz substrates using sol-gel processing. The surface morphology and crystal structure and optical properties of the thin films were investigated. The thin film annealing at 400°C were found to be amorphous, and the thin films crystallize to a perovskite structure after a post-deposition annealing at 600°C for 1 h in air. The grain of thin film was evenly distributed. The thin films exhibit the designed optical transmission, while the optical transition is indirect in nature. Their optical band gap is about 2.5 eV.  相似文献

通过sol gel工艺在钠钙玻璃表面制备了均匀透明的TiO2/SiO2复合纳米薄膜.实验结 果表明: 当SiO2添加量较高时, TiO2/SiO2复合纳米薄膜的光催化活性明显降低;当SiO2添加 量较低时,TiO2/SiO2复合薄膜的光催化活性无明显变化.在TiO2薄膜中添加SiO2,可以抑制薄 膜中TiO2晶粒的长大,同时薄膜表面的羟基含量增加, 水在复合薄膜表面的润湿角下降, 亲 水能力增强.当SiO2含量为10%-20%(摩尔分数)时获得了润湿角为0°的超亲水性薄膜.  相似文献

Ferroelectric SBT (Sr/Bi/Ta = 0.8/2.3/2) thin films on Pt/ZrO2/SiO2/Si were successfully prepared by using an alkanolamine modified chemical solution deposition method. Acetic acid as a solvent led to the formation of water in the solution, which might continuously induce the hydrolysis and condensation of the precursors, leading to reducing the stability of the solution with aging time. It was observed that alkanolamine provided the stability to the SBT solution by retarding the hydrolysis and condensation rates. This solution could be used as long as up to 30 days without any appreciable change of the solution properties. The typical hysteresis loop of SBT thin films was obtained at 2 V, and it was fully saturated even below an applied voltage of 3 V (2Pr 16 C/cm2). The measured 2Pr value of the SBT thin film at 5 V was almost 20 C/cm2. Fatigue and breakdown characteristics of the films, measured at 5 V, showed a stable behavior, and negligible degradation was observed up to 1010 cycles.  相似文献
