最近几年,函数型数据分析的理论和应用飞速发展.在许多实际应用里,响应变量往往存在随机右删失的情况.考虑利用函数型部分线性分位数回归模型来刻画函数型和标量预测量与右删失响应变量之间的关系.基于函数型主成分基函数来逼近未知的斜率函数,通过极小化逆概率加权分位数损失函数得到未知系数的估计量.文章的估计方法容易通过加权分位数回归程序实现.在一定的假设条件下,给出了有限维参数估计量的渐近正态性与斜率函数估计量的收敛速度.最后,通过模拟计算与应用实例证明了所提方法的有效性.  相似文献

受实际问题研究的启发, 为减少模型偏差, 提出了一类半相依部分线性可加的半参数回归模型. 这类半相依模型中, 响应变量与 一部分解释变量之间的关系是线性的, 与另一部分解释变量之间的关系未知但具有可加结构, 各方程的误差之间是相关的. 将级 数逼近法、最小二乘法和同期相关的估计结合起来, 提出了用于估计模型参数分量的加权半参数最小二乘估计量(WSLSEs), 和用于估 计模型非参数分量的加权级数逼近估计量(WSEs). 证明了这些加权的估计量比相应的不加权的估计量渐近有效, 并导出了相应的渐近正态性. 另外, 还讨论了利用这些估计量的渐近性质来对模型的参数及非参数分量作统计推断. 用大量的模拟实验考察 了所提出的方法在有限样本情况下的表现, 并对美国的一个关于妇女工资问题的全国纵向调查(NLS)数据集进行了统计分析.  相似文献

Consider a regression model in which the responses are subject to random right censoring. In this model, Beran studied the nonparametric estimation of the conditional cumulative hazard function and the corresponding cumulative distribution function. The main idea is to use smoothing in the covariates. Here we study asymptotic properties of the corresponding hazard function estimator obtained by convolution smoothing of Beran's cumulative hazard estimator. We establish asymptotic expressions for the bias and the variance of the estimator, which together with an asymptotic representation lead to a weak convergence result. Also, the uniform strong consistency of the estimator is obtained.  相似文献

Robust Depth-Weighted Wavelet for Nonparametric Regression Models   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
In the nonparametric regression models, the original regression estimators including kernel estimator, Fourier series estimator and wavelet estimator are always constructed by the weighted sum of data, and the weights depend only on the distance between the design points and estimation points. As a result these estimators are not robust to the perturbations in data. In order to avoid this problem, a new nonparametric regression model, called the depth-weighted regression model, is introduced and then the depth-weighted wavelet estimation is defined. The new estimation is robust to the perturbations in data, which attains very high breakdown value close to 1/2. On the other hand, some asymptotic behaviours such as asymptotic normality are obtained. Some simulations illustrate that the proposed wavelet estimator is more robust than the original wavelet estimator and, as a price to pay for the robustness, the new method is slightly less efficient than the original method.  相似文献

Composite quantile regression model with measurement error is considered. The SIMEX estimators of the unknown regression coefficients are proposed based on the composite quantile regression. The proposed estimators not only eliminate the bias caused by measurement error, but also retain the advantages of the composite quantile regression estimation. The asymptotic properties of the SIMEX estimation are proved under some regular conditions. The finite sample properties of the proposed method are studied by a simulation study, and a real example is analyzed.  相似文献

When additive models with more than two covariates are fitted with the backfitting algorithm proposed by Buja et al. [2], the lack of explicit expressions for the estimators makes study of their theoretical properties cumbersome. Recursion provides a convenient way to extend existing theoretical results for bivariate additive models to models of arbitrary dimension. In the case of local polynomial regression smoothers, recursive asymptotic bias and variance expressions for the backfitting estimators are derived. The estimators are shown to achieve the same rate of convergence as those of univariate local polynomial regression. In the case of independence between the covariates, non-recursive bias and variance expressions, as well as the asymptotically optimal values for the bandwidth parameters, are provided.  相似文献

Recurrent events data and gap times between recurrent events are frequently encountered in many clinical and observational studies, and often more than one type of recurrent events is of interest. In this paper, we consider a proportional hazards model for multiple type recurrent gap times data to assess the effect of covariates on the censored event processes of interest. An estimating equation approach is used to obtain the estimators of regression coefficients and baseline cumulative hazard functions. We examine asymptotic properties of the proposed estimators. Finite sample properties of these estimators are demonstrated by simulations.  相似文献

The proportional hazards cure model generalizes Cox’s proportional hazards model which allows that a proportion of study subjects may never experience the event of interest. Here nonparametric maximum likelihood approach is proposed to estimating the cumulative hazard and the regression parameters. The asymptotic properties of the resulting estimators are established using the modern empirical process theory. This paper deals with the minimum disparity estimation in linear regression models. The estimators are defined as statistical quantities which minimize the blended weight Hellinger distance between a weighted kernel density estimator of errors and a smoothed model density of errors. It is shown that the estimators of the regression parameters are asymptotic normally distributed and efficient at the model if the weights of the density estimators are appropriately chosen.  相似文献

A class of estimators of the mean survival time with interval censored data are studied by unbiased transformation method. The estimators are constructed based on the observations to ensure unbiasedness in the sense that the estimators in a certain class have the same expectation as the mean survival time. The estimators have good properties such as strong consistency (with the rate of O(n^-1/1 (log log n)^1/2)) and asymptotic normality. 设两个样本数据不完全的线性模型,其中协变量的观测值不缺失,响应变量的观测值随机缺失。采用随机回归插补法对响应变量的缺失值进行补足,得到两个线性回归模型的"完全"样本数据,在一定条件下得到两响应变量分位数差异的对数经验似然比统计量的极限分布为加权x_1~2,并利用此结果构造分位数差异的经验似然置信区间。模拟结果表明在随机插补下得到的置信区间具有较高的覆盖精度。  相似文献

主要研究关于面板数据的有限阶固定效应的动态变系数回归模型(简称FDVCM)的统计推断问题.基于B-样条函数和广义矩估计(简称GMM)方法,首先建立了未知系数函数的非参数GMM估计,并证明大样本情形下该估计达到最优非参数收敛速度且具有渐近正态性质.然而实际问题中模型的动态阶数完全未知,也可能存在其它冗余的回归变量,文中借助文[Fan J,Li R.Variable selection via penalized likelihood and its oracle properties.Journal of the American Statistical Association,2001,96(456):1348-1360]中的smoothly clipped absolute deviation(简称SCAD)惩罚函数同时识别真实的动态阶数和显著的外生回归变量.同时建立了压缩估计的Oracle性质,即所识别的模型与真实模型中的参数估计具有相同的渐近分布.最后,无论是数值试验还是实例数据分析都验证了本文方法的合理性和可行性.  相似文献

In this paper, we establish uniform-in-bandwidth limit laws of the logarithm for nonparametric Inverse Probability of Censoring Weighted (I.P.C.W.) estimators of the multivariate regression function under random censorship. A similar result is deduced for estimators of the conditional distribution function. The uniform-in-bandwidth consistency for estimators of the conditional density and the conditional hazard rate functions are also derived from our main result. Moreover, the logarithm laws we establish are shown to yield almost sure simultaneous asymptotic confidence bands for the functions we consider. Examples of confidence bands obtained from simulated data are displayed.   相似文献
