分子生物学中基因无方向的反向基因组重排问题在数学上已被证明是一个NP困难问题.基于断点图的概念,给出一个时间复杂性为O(max{b^(π),nb(π)}),空间复杂性为0(n)的求其近似最优解的算法.其中n为基因组中基因个数,π=(π1,π2,…,πn)表示n个基因的一种排列,b(π)表示排列π中的断点数.数据实验的结果表明,该近似算法可以求得较好的结果.  相似文献

Nile crocodiles undergo a three to five order of magnitude increase in body size during their lifespan. This shift coincides with a change in resource and habitat use which influences the strength, type and symmetry of interactions with other species. Identifying size-specific crocodile groups displaying similar traits is important for conservation planning. Here, we illustrate how stable carbon (δ13 C) and nitrogen (δ15 N) isotope analysis of scute keratin, together with breakpoint modelling analysis can be used to characterise ontogenetic niche shifts. Using a sample set of 238 crocodiles from the Okavango Delta, Botswana (35–463 cm total length), we found prominent size-related changes in the scute keratin δ13 C and δ15 N profiles close to 40 and 119 cm snout-vent length. The first shift corroborated the findings of a traditional stomach-content study conducted on the same population at the same time, and the second conformed to known crocodile ecology. This approach can be used as a first approximation to identify size-specific groups within crocodile populations, and these can then be investigated further using isotopic or other methods.  相似文献

本文首先描述了房地产投资与GDP间关系在以2001、2008年为分界点的三个时期上的不同特征;其次用变结构协整模型侦测协整关系的结构变点;再次利用分段协整检验、邹氏断点检验和格兰杰因果检验对变点做进一步验证。结论如下:房地产投资与国民经济发展总体上存在长期协整关系,两者关系的发展呈现三段式:2001年之前两者尚未形成长期均衡关系,协整关系不显著,1998年到2001年是形成期;2001年之后两者形成了长期均衡关系,表现为协整关系比较显著;2008年之后协整关系脱离原均衡水平,向高位发展。加强对房地产行业的监督与调控,促使其与国民经济保持长期均衡,对经济社会持续、健康、协调发展意义重大。  相似文献

The aim of this work is to test a combination of a Makrofol track detector with a new type of charcoal (Carboxen-564) to design a personal radon dosimeter. The intention is to use this dosimeter as a personal radon dosimeter to measure the monthly radon exposure in workplaces, especially when the occupancy is not ecactly known. The proposed combination was exposed to low and high concentrations of radon in a large range of relative humidity (RH). For the optimal layer thickness, a charcoal bed of 2.2 mm, a specific track density of 5.1 tracks cm−2/kBq h m−3 was obtained. For a monthly working exposure (170 h) at an average radon concentration of 100 Bq/m3, this means 87 tracks/cm2 or 10 times the background of the Makrofol detector, with a statistical uncertainty of 15%.  相似文献

Ten sorts of charcoals were studied regarding their use as amplifier in the design of a personal dosimeter. It consists of a combination of a Makrofol detector and activated charcoal. The calibration factor for the Makrofol using the charcoals as an amplifier is about ten times higher comparing with an exposure without charcoal. The best results were obtained with Carboxen 563. The background radioactivity of charcoals must also be considered in the dosimeter's design.  相似文献

Combined with the B-P (breakpoint) test and VAR–DCC–GARCH model, the relationship between WTI crude oil futures and S&P 500 index futures or CSI 300 index futures was investigated and compared. The results show that breakpoints exist in the relationship in the mean between WTI crude oil futures market and Chinese stock index futures market or US stock index futures market. The relationship in mean between WTI crude oil futures prices and S&P 500 stock index futures, or CSI 300 stock index futures is weakening. Meanwhile, there is a decreasing dynamic conditional correlation between the WTI crude oil futures market and Chinese stock index futures market or US stock index futures market after the breakpoint in the price series. The Chinese stock index futures are less affected by short-term fluctuations in crude oil futures returns than US stock index futures.  相似文献

The physical properties and the structure of a poly(styrene-co-butadiene) rubber (SBR) and poly(acrylonitrile-co-butadiene) rubber (NBR) latex mixture film are studied in relation to the composition of SBR/NBR for optimization as the precursor of a polymer electrolyte. The composition of SBR50/NBR50 is most suitable in terms of mechanical strength and ionic conductivity. The relationship between the mechanical strength and the structure is analyzed using a simple equivalent mechanical model modified from the Takayanagi model. Our model gives better agreement with experimental results and extends the range of validity of the model to the cocontinuous phase type morphologies. It is possible to estimate the mechanical strength from the continuity of the mechanical supporting phase, calculated from the mechanical model.
