The well-known quaternary Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) chalcogenide thin films are playing an important role in modern technology. The CZTS nanocrystal were successfully prepared by solution method using water, ethylene glycol and ethylenediamine as different solvent. The pure phase material was used for thin film coating by thermal evaporation method. The prepared CZTS thin films were characterized by XRD, Raman spectroscopy, FESEM, XPS and FT-IR spectroscopy. The XRD and Raman spectroscopy analysis revealed the formation of polycrystalline CZTS thin film with tetragonal crystal structure after annealing at 450 °C. The oxidation state of the annealed film was studied by XPS. A direct band gap about 1.36 eV was estimated for the film from FT-IR studies, which is nearly close to the optimum value of band gap energy of CZTS materials for best solar cell efficiency. The CZTS annealed thin films are more suitable for using as a p-type absorber layer in a low-cost solar cell.  相似文献

We use a pH-driven annealing process to convert between co-assembled and self-sorted networks in multicomponent gels. The initially formed gels at low pH are co-assembled, with the two components coexisting within the same self-assembled structures. We use an enzymatic approach to increase the pH, resulting in a gel-to-sol transition, followed by a hydrolysis to lower the pH once again. As the pH decreases, a self-sorted network is formed by a two-stage gelation process determined by the pKa of each component. This approach can be expanded to layered systems to generate many varied systems by changing composition and rates of pH change, adapting their microstructure and so allowing access to a far greater range of morphologies and complexity than can be achieved in single component systems.  相似文献

In this work, the effects of annealing conditions on the microstructure of polypropylene(PP) precursor films and further on the porous structure and permeability of stretched membranes were investigated. Combinations of WAXD, FTIR, DSC and DMA results clearly showed the crystalline orientation and crystallinity of the precursor film increased with annealing temperature, while the molecular chain entanglements in the amorphous phase decreased. Changes in the deformation behavior suggested more lamellar separation occurred for the films annealed at higher temperatures. Surface morphologies of the membranes examined by SEM revealed more pore number and uniform porous structure as the annealing temperature increased. In accordance with the SEM results, the permeability of the membranes increased with annealing temperature. On the other hand, it was found that 10 min was almost enough for the annealing process to obtain the microporous membranes with an optimal permeability.  相似文献

利用旋转涂膜方法制备了以P3HT:PCBM为有源层的聚合物太阳能电池, 器件结构为ITO/PEDOT:PSS/P3HT:PCBM/Al(氧化铟锡导电玻璃/聚二氧乙基噻吩:聚对苯乙烯磺酸/聚三已基噻酚:富勒烯衍生物/铝),研究了退火温度对聚合物太阳能电池性能的影响. 实验发现: 聚合物薄膜经过120 °C退火10 min处理后, 开路电压(Voc)达到0.64 V, 短路电流密度(Jsc)为10.25 mA·cm-2, 填充因子(FF) 38.1%, 光电转换效率(PCE)达到2.00%. 为了讨论其内在机制, 对不同退火条件下聚合物薄膜进行了各种表征. 从紫外-可见吸收光谱中发现, 退火处理使P3HT在可见光范围内吸收加强且吸收峰展宽, 特别是在560和610 nm处的吸收强度明显增大; X射线衍射(XRD)结果表明, 120 °C退火后P3HT在(100)晶面上的衍射强度是未退火薄膜的2.8倍, 有利于光生载流子的输运; 原子力显微镜(AFM)研究结果表明, 退火显著增大了P3HT与PCBM的相分离程度, 提高了激子解离的几率; 傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱验证了退火并没有引起聚合物材料物性的变化.  相似文献

In this paper, we will focus on an IR transmittance enhancement technique from the window material point of view by using metal oxides, especially nickel oxide (NiO). At first, anti-reflection (AR) coatings were modeled by using the optical properties of NiO films. The transmittance of the model was predicted using Swanepoel’s model and verified with NiO film prepared by rf magnetron sputtering. Also, post-deposition annealing was performed and was found to change the optical properties of the NiO film. Therefore, we analyzed the annealing effect on the IR optical properties of the NiO film. Furthermore, we confirmed the durability of the NiO film and verified the possibility of this material being used in infrared optics.  相似文献

利用群智能算法优化支持向量机(SVM)参数往往需要引入额外的变量,使变压器故障诊断问题更加复杂,对此提出一种自适应的模拟退火算法优化(ASA)支持向量机参数。通过设计自适应的冷却进度表,使得寻参的过程仅仅依赖于退火速率以及网格搜索粒度,保持了较少的参数设置。在相关数据集上的实验表明,与已提出的粒子群算法(PSO)、遗传算法(GA)相比,ASA算法具有更快的收敛速度以及较好的诊断精度。利用自适应的模拟退火算法能够较好的优化SVM参数并提高变压器故障诊断的精度。  相似文献

为了了解聚变实验堆真空室壳体表面残余应力的分布以及退火工艺对残余应力的影响,通过模拟分析和实验检测两种方式对不锈钢316LN冷压曲面和热压曲面残余应力进行研究,获得退火前后曲面表面残余应力的大小,得到冷压曲面和热压曲面残余应力的分布以及退火工艺对残余应力分布的影响。研究结果为分析成型工艺提供数据支撑,对中国聚变工程实验堆真空室的研究与制造具有重要意义。  相似文献

为研究晶体硅太阳电池在标准模拟光条件下的输出特性变化规律和电池内部载流子输运特性,采用原位光老化技术对被测电池进行光照处理,按标准测试实验流程测量电池的伏安特性及光谱响应等参量,发现原位光老化后太阳电池伏安特性各项参量衰减,导致电池效率降低;短波段光谱响应微量下降,是由于原位光老化过程中电池表面产生极微量的面缺陷导致经过硅表面的微量载流子被复合;而长波段响应明显降低,是由于晶硅内大量体缺陷被激活导致长波载流子在经过硅材料内部时被复合.随后将光老化后电池退火并测量比对电池各项特性参量,结果表明,退火对光老化后电池内部深层体缺陷具有较好的修复功能,但对浅层面缺陷没有修复功能,最终造成电池伏安特性参量和光谱响应只得到部分恢复.  相似文献

The conduction model has been proposed for the metal-TiO2–Si (MIS) structures. Rutile films have been prepared on Si substrates by magnetron sputtering of TiO2 target and annealing in the air at temperatures T?=?800 and 1050 K. The current-voltage (CVC) and capacitance-voltage characteristics of the structures have been measured over the range of T?=?283–363 K. At positive potentials on the gate, the conductivity of the MIS structures is determined by the space charge-limited current in the dielectric layer.  相似文献

Kinetics of post recoil isothermal annealing of crystalline Ba/CoEDTA/2 irradiated in a nuclear reactor or doped by 60Co(II) reveals a combination of a monotonous and an oscillatory part amounting 1-3% of the total.
