In this study the flow field and the nanoparticle collection efficiency of supersonic/hypersonic impactors with different nozzle shapes were studied using a computational modeling approach. The aim of this study was to develop a nozzle design for supersonic/hypersonic impactors with the smallest possible cut-off size d50 and rather sharp collection efficiency curves. The simulation results show that the changes in the angle and width of a converging nozzle do not alter the cut-off size of the impactor; however, using a conical Laval nozzle with an L/Dn ratio less than or equal to 2 reduced d50. The effect of using a cap as a focuser in the nozzle of a supersonic/hypersonic impactor was also investigated. The results show that adding a cap in front of the nozzle had a noticeable effect on decreasing the cut-off size of the impactor. Both flat disks and conical caps were examined, and it was observed that the nozzle with the conical cap had a lower cut-off size.  相似文献

The evolution of disturbances in a hypersonic viscous shock layer on a flat plate excited by slow-mode acoustic waves is considered numerically and experimentally. The parameters measured in the experiments performed with a free-stream Mach number M = 21 and Reynolds number Re L = 1.44 · 105 are the transverse profiles of the mean density and Mach number, the spectra of density fluctuations, and growth rates of natural disturbances. Direct numerical simulation of propagation of disturbances is performed by solving the Navier-Stokes equations with a high-order shock-capturing scheme. The numerical and experimental data characterizing the mean flow field, intensity of density fluctuations, and their growth rates are found to be in good agreement. The problem of formation of spatially periodic structures on the frontal surface of a cylindrically blunted body set transversely in a hypersonic flow is studied. Within the framework of the model adopted, a possible mechanism of vortex structure generation on the frontal surface of the blunt body is proposed and confirmed by calculations; in this mechanism, the curved bow shock produces a vortex flow, while in its turn the vortex, which persists under weak dissipation, acts on the shock thus maintaining its curved shape. It is shown that the spatially periodic mode of hypersonic flow past a cylinder can exist in the case of a uniform incident flow and under homogeneous boundary conditions on the body surface.  相似文献

本文给出高超音速湍流分离不稳定特性的实验研究结果。试验条件是:自由流马赫数为 7.8,单位长度雷诺数为 3.5×10~7/米。分离流场由有限展长前向台阶产生,并用有高空间分辨率和快速响应的一列平齐安装的铂膜电阻温度计和多通道系统测量其表面热流率脉动。信号的条件采样分析结果表明:分离激波的根部由一束压缩波构成,流向展长约二分之一来流边界层厚度,在边界层外汇聚成单一主激波。这种激波结构极其不稳定,出现大尺度运动,流向运动的尺度约为分离激波上游影响区域长度的22%。激波振荡频率为一宽频带,主要集中在 1~3 千赫。在分离激波运动区域,热流脉动呈间歇性,在无扰动和激波扰动间跳跃。可以认为这种间歇性是分离激波系统大尺度振荡的结果。在激波运动区域的下游为分离区,流体继续压缩,热流脉动无间歇。  相似文献

A regime diagram of the development of slow near-wall disturbances induced by an unsteady self-induced pressure perturbation in a hypersonic boundary layer is constructed for a disturbance wavelength greater than the boundary layer thickness. It is shown that the main factors shaping the perturbed flow are the gas enthalpy near the body surface, the intensity of the viscous-inviscid interaction, and the nature (sub- or supersonic) of the main part of the boundary layer. Nonlinear boundary-value problems are formulated for regimes in which the near-wall boundary layer region plays a decisive role. Numerical and analytical solutions are obtained in the linear approximation. It is shown that intensification of the viscous-inviscid interaction or an increase in the role of the supersonic main region of the boundary layer impart generally supersonic properties to the main part of the boundary layer, i.e. the upstream propagation of the disturbances is damped and the disturbance growth downstream becomes more intense. Damping of the viscous-inviscid interaction and an increase in the role of the subsonic main part of the boundary layer have the opposite effect. Surface cooling increases the effect of the main part of the boundary layer on the formation of pressure disturbances and surface heating leads to an increase in the effect of the near-wall boundary layer region. 本文在高超声速脉冲式风洞内对基于纳米示踪的平面激光散射技术(nano-based planar laser scattering, NPLS)的应用进行了探索, 并在此基础上对平板边界层流动结构的精细测量进行了研究. 试验来流Ma=7.3, 总压4.8 MPa, 总温680 K. 通过时序的分析和调试, 对各分系统实现了高精度的同步控制; 定量的粒子注入及混合, 实现了粒子的均匀撒播, 对主流获得了均匀的显示效果; 对于边界层流动, 获得了精细的瞬态流动结构图像, 显示了层流到湍流的转捩过程, 并分析了其时空演化特性.  相似文献

本文数值模拟了高超音速飞行时钝锥的底部流动。采用轴对称NS方程并考虑真实气体效应。湍流模型采用修正的Baldwin-Lomax涡粘性代数模型,数值方法空间离散对流项采用显式NND格式,粘性项采用中心差。时间离散采用三阶的龙格-库塔法。真实气体模型采用考虑七种组分四种反应的汉森模型。给出了底部流场的压力和温度分布及各组分的浓度分布。可以看出在近底部区域高速流-绕过拐角就产生一回流旋涡区。由于温度变化很大,气体的热力学特性受气体离解、复合和振动能激发的影响。所以整个流动过程变得十分复杂。  相似文献

在高超声速飞行条件下, 流入冲压发动机燃烧室并降至低速的空气温度, 随着飞行马赫数增 加升得愈来愈高. 燃料与高温空气混合燃烧释放的化学能将部分转化为解离能. 这些解离能 在长度受限的尾喷管中难以充分复合形成推力, 使冲压发动机性能随飞行马赫数增大而急剧 下降. 导致冲压发动机不适应高超声速飞行器的推进要求. 将此定名为``高超声障'. 半个 世纪以来, 广泛采用``超声速燃烧'降低流入燃烧室的空气温度来克服这种障碍. 虽已取得 不少进展, 然而关键性难点仍需继续攻克. 为了多途径促进吸气推进高超声速飞行的实现, 提出克服``高超声障'的另一种思路:保持现有冲压发动机吸气与燃烧方式, 通过催化促进 燃气解离组分在尾喷管膨胀过程中的复合, 增大冲压发动机的推力, 达到满足高超声速飞行 器的推进要求.  相似文献

本文将Davis的量级分析方法改用匹配渐近展开方法,作为一级近似推导出了高超音速化学反应粘性激波层方程。证明了粘性激波层方程是NS方程在匹配渐近意义上的一级近似方程。进一步讨论了这一方程的基本假设条件。本文首次推导出的二级近似方程,是对Davis粘性激波层方程的修正。这种修正可以提高数值解的精度,有助于对问题获得更全面的了解,对进一步发展与完善高超音速钝头体绕流问题的数值求解方法起一定的作用。  相似文献

An experimental study was conducted on shock wave turbulent boundary layer interactions caused by a blunt swept fin-plate configuration at Mach numbers of 5.0, 7.8, 9.9 for a Reynolds number range of (1.0∼4.7)×107/m. Detailed heat transfer and pressure distributions were measured at fin deflection angles of up to 30° for a sweepback angle of 67.6°. Surface oil flow patterns and liquid crystal thermograms as well as schlieren pictures of fin shock shape were taken. The study shows that the flow was separated at deflection of 10° and secondary separation were detected at deflection of ϑ≥20°. The heat transfer and pressure distributions on flat plate showed an extensive plateau region followed by a distinct dip and local peak close to the fin foot. Measurements of the plateau pressure and heat transfer were in good agreement with existing prediction methods, but pressure and heating peak measurements atM≥6 were significantly lower than predicted by the simple prediction techniques at lower Mach numbers.
