SO42-/TiO2-ZrO2复合氧化物固体酸催化剂的长叶烯芳构化催化性能

本工作用溶胶-凝胶法制备不同组成的SO42-/TiO2-ZrO2复合氧化物固体酸催化剂,用微型催化反应评价结合X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)、孔结构/BET表面积测试和NH3-程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)等表征了SO42-/TiO2-ZrO2复合氧化物固体酸催化剂结构、表面酸性和长叶烯芳构化催化性能。复合氧化物固体酸SO42-/TiO2-ZrO2催化剂具有优良的长叶烯芳构化催化性能,并且其芳构化催化性能与催化剂组成和表面酸性密切相关。随催化剂中nZr/(nZr+nTi)增加,催化剂表面中等强度的酸中心量增加,芳构化产物选择性和收率明显增加,在nZr/(nZr+nTi)=0.5时达极大值。随nZr/(nZr+nTi)进一步增加,不仅催化剂表面酸中心量减少、原料转化率明显下降,而且催化剂酸强度增强,导致芳构化产物选择性和收率下降。催化长叶烯芳构化的二元复合氧化物固体酸SO42-/TiO2-ZrO2催化剂适宜的组成为nZr/(nZr+nTi)=0.5。     

用杂多酸催化处理的重质松节油组成分析

对用杂多酸催化处理过的重质松节油的组成进行了分析．结果表明：重质松节油中润β-石竹保的含量从24．6％下降到2．6％左右．将催化处理后的重质松节油精馏，得到了含量80％以上的长叶烯。     

Solution conformation of longifolene and its precursor by NMR and ab initio calculations

We describe the conformation and stereospecific 1H and 13C chemical shift assignments of longifolene 1 and its penultimate precursor 2 through the combined use of ab initio calculations and experimental NMR techniques. The predicted stable conformation for both compounds was similar and adopts a twisted chair conformation at the seven-membered ring where C4 lies on top of the exocyclic double bond. The calculated chemical shifts for the stable conformation agree well with the experimental values.     

Conformational flexibility of longifolene

The flexibility of the bicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-based tricyclic bridged system in longifolene is analysed based on x-ray structural data. In this context, the molecular structure of three differently substituted longifolenes has been analysed. The highly substituentdependent conformation provides scope for the synthesis of a variety of commercially oriented products. NCL Communication Number 3459     

Conformational Analysis of Longifolene

We describe the stable conformation of the tricyclic sesquiterpenoid, longifolene, by experimental NMR data and molecular mechanics calculations of the coupling constants. The flexible seven-membered ring of longifolene adopts a twist-chair conformation. Analysis of the coupling constants, particularly of the methylene protons in the cycloheptane ring moiety, agrees with this low-energy conformation. Low-temperature NMR experiments and nuclear Overhauser effect measurements indicate that there is a single exchange-averaged NMR spectrum that has the highest population of the most stable conformer.     

松油醇的分析及其生产工艺改进的研究

 应用气相 红外光谱(GC FTIR)和气相 质谱(GC MS)对合成松油醇及其杂质成分、原料松节油、合成过程中间体粗油(红油和黄油)和天然松油醇进行了分析研究,为判断松油醇产品中杂质产生的原因及改进生产工艺提供了依据。研究结果表明,松油醇中的杂质主要为长叶烯和石竹烯,是由原料松节油带入的。天然松油醇粗油中主要成分是1,8 桉叶素、反式 4 艹守醇、p 异丙烯基甲苯、顺式 4 艹守醇、芳樟醇、樟脑、龙脑、4 松油醇、α 松油醇和黄樟素。天然松油醇中β 松油醇和γ 松油醇含量不如合成松油醇中的含量高,以此可判断松油醇是天然的还是合成的。
