A polycarbosilane having lactose‐derived structures was synthesized, and its thermal property, cytotoxicity, chemical crosslinking, and protein adsorption properties were investigated. The polycarbosilane (PSB‐Lac) was prepared by a thiol‐ene reaction between precursor poly(1‐(3‐butenyl)‐1‐methylsilacyclubane) (PSB) and heptaacetyl lactose that carried a thiol group at the anomeric position, and the successive deprotection of the acetyl groups. The lactose introduction efficiency determined by 1H NMR measurement was 75%. TGA and DSC revealed that the polymer had a 5 wt% decomposition temperature of 260 °C and glass transition temperature (Tg) of 84 °C, which indicated that PSB‐Lac was a thermally stable polymer. PSB‐Lac had no significant cytotoxicity, which was evaluated by human liver cancer cell line HepG2 cultivation on the polystyrene dishes coated with the polymer. Urethane‐crosslinked PSB‐Lac films were prepared by casting solutions of PSB‐Lac and hexamethylene diisocyanate and heating at 120 °C after evaporation of the solvent. The crosslinked PSB‐Lac showed higher adsorption of bovine serum albumin than the similarly crosslinked polycarbosilane that had a glucose structure (PSB‐Glc). © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Monodisperse dye-containing crosslinked particles are promising for application in novel optical chemical sensors due to their intrinsic sensitivity. However, preparation of these particles in aqueous media still remains a challenge, since luminophores inhibit radical processes or else cannot embed into polymer chains because of difference in monomer reactivity ratios. In this work, novel dye-containing monodisperse crosslinked particles were prepared and characterized. In order to obtain dye-containing monodisperse crosslinked particles, we studied seed copolymerization of styrene in the presence of divinylbenzene. The influence of nature and concentration of the used comonomers and co-solvents on shape, size distributions and surface characteristics of the particles formed was investigated. Shapes and diameters of the particles were analyzed by DLS, TEM and SEM. The data of SEM and optical spectroscopy studies demonstrated that the synthesized particles were able to self-assemble into thin-film three-dimensional ordered structures. Finally, the structures under study are promising for development of sensor devices with optical response to acetone.  相似文献

A difunctional benzoxazine (coPh‐apa) with a conjugated alkyne group is synthesized by the oxidative coupling reaction from a monocycle‐benzoxazine (Ph‐apa) containing an alkyne group. A model compound, 1,4‐diphenylbutadiyne (coPa), is used to study the curing reaction process of coPh‐apa by DSC, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and 13C NMR, and the results suggest that the conjugated alkyne groups are involved in the crosslinking reaction via the trimerization reaction of the conjugated alkynyl groups and the Diels–Alder reaction. Furthermore, thermal properties of the polybenzoxazine are studied by dynamic thermomechanical analysis and thermogravimetric analysis. A glass‐transition temperature (Tgs) of as high as 412 °C and a char yield of 75.6% at 800 °C under nitrogen are obtained with the aid of the conjugated alkyne groups. 硫化橡胶因其良好的力学和物理化学性能而被广泛作为摩擦副的基础材料. 本文提出了一种硫化交联算法, 实现了C—C键的硫化互交联和自交联, 构建了硫化丁苯橡胶的分子动力学磨损模型, 从微观摩擦学的角度阐明了硫化交联结构对改善丁苯橡胶磨损性能的机理, 研究了不同界面参数对硫化橡胶微观磨损性能的影响. 结果发现 硫化使丁苯橡胶分子链的界面黏附能力和活动能力更弱, 拉伸和解缠能力更低, 磨损过程中界面累积能量更低, 更不容易脱离橡胶基体, 因此可以表现出更好的摩擦学性能, 更强的抗磨损性能; 随着速度的增大, 硫化橡胶的磨损率降低, 与宏观实验结果一致, 原因是硫化橡胶的原子分布函数和相互作用能随着速度增大而降低, 说明橡胶分子链的黏附能力和活动能力随着速度增加趋弱, 温升更低, 导致较低的磨损率; 压入深度对磨损率的影响规律则呈现相反的结果和趋势.  相似文献

A bisphenol bearing pendant maleimide group, namely, N‐maleimidoethyl‐3, 3‐bis(4‐hydroxyphenyl)‐1‐isobenzopyrrolidone (PPH‐MA) was synthesized starting from phenolphthalein. Aromatic (co)polyesters bearing pendant maleimide groups were synthesized from PPH‐MA and aromatic diacid chlorides, namely, isophthaloyl chloride (IPC), terephthaloyl chloride (TPC), and 50:50 mol % mixture of IPC and TPC by low temperature solution polycondensation technique. Copolyesters were also synthesized by polycondensation of different molar proportions of PPH‐MA and bisphenol A with IPC. Inherent viscosities and number‐average molecular weights of aromatic (co)polyesters were in the range of 0.52–0.97 dL/g and 20,200–32,800 g/mol, respectively indicating formation of medium to reasonably high‐molecular‐weight polymers. 13C NMR spectral analysis of copolyesters revealed the formation of random copolymers. The 10% weight loss temperature of (co)polyesters was found in the range 470–484 °C, indicating their good thermal stability. A selected aromatic polyester bearing pendant maleimide groups was chemically modified via thiol‐maleimide Michael addition reaction with two representative thiol compounds, namely, 4‐chlorothiophenol and 1‐adamantanethiol to yield post‐modified polymers in a quantitative manner. Additionally, it was demonstrated that polyester containing pendant maleimide groups could be used to form insoluble crosslinked gel in the presence of a multifunctional thiol crosslinker. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Homogenous amphiphilic crosslinked polymer films comprising of poly(ethylene oxide) and polysiloxane were synthesized utilizing thiol‐ene “ click ” photochemistry. A systematic variation in polymer composition was Carried out to obtain high quality films with varied amount of siloxane and poly(ethylene oxide). These films showed improved gas separation performance with high gas permeabilities with good CO2/N2 selectivity. Furthermore, the resulting films were also tested for its biocompatibility, as a carrier media which allow human adult mesenchymal stem cells to retain their capacity for osteoblastic differentiation after transplantation. The obtained crosslinked films were characterized using differential scanning calorimetry, dynamic mechanical analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, FTIR, Raman‐IR , and small angle X‐ray scattering. The synthesis ease and commercial availability of the starting materials suggests that these new crosslinked polymer networks could find applications in wide range of applications. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. I n this study, we successfully synthesized water/methanol soluble random copolymers with a high dielectric constant, poly(n‐(hydroxymethyl) acrylamide‐co‐5‐(9‐(5‐(diethylamino)pentyl)?2‐(4‐vinylphenyl)?9H‐fluorene(P(NMA‐co‐F6NSt)), which contained chemical crosslinkable segment (NMA) and hole trapping building block (F6NSt). The feeding molar ratios of two monomers (NMA:F6NSt) were set as 100:0, 95:5, 80:20, and 67:33 for the copolymers of P1 , P2 , P3, and P4 , respectively. The crosslinked P(NMA‐co‐F6NSt) thin film could serve as both dielectric and charge storage layers in organic field‐effect transistor (OFET) memory device and exhibited high k (i.e., 4.91–6.47) characteristics, leading to a low voltage operation and a small power consumption. Devices based on the P1 ‐ P4 dielectrics showed excellent insulating properties and good charge storage performance under a low operating voltage in a range of ±5V because of tightly network structures and well‐dispersed trapping cites. In particular, P3 ‐based memory device exhibited a large memory window of 4.13 V with stable data retention stability over 104 s, a large on/off ratio of 104, and good endurance characteristics as high as 200 cycles. The above results suggested that a high‐performance OFET memory device could be facilely achieved using the novel crosslinkable high‐k copolymers. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. A uniform dispersion of reactants is necessary to achieve a complete reaction involving multicomponents. In this study, we have examined the role of plasticizer in the reaction of two seemingly unlikely reactants: a highly crystalline hexamethylenetetramine (HMTA) and a strongly hydrogen bonded phenol formaldehyde resin. By combining information from NMR, infrared spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry, we were able to determine the role of specific intermolecular interactions necessary for the plasticizer to dissolve the highly crystalline HMTA and to plasticize the phenol formaldehyde resin in this crosslinking reaction. The presence of the plasticizer increased the segmental mobility, disrupted the hydrogen bonded matrix, and freed the hydroxyl units, which further increased the solubility of the HMTA. Both the endothermic and exothermic transitions are accounted for in the calorimetric data obtained. For the first time, it is possible to obtain the effective molar ratio of each component needed to complete the crosslinking reaction efficiently. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym.
