Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. (E. ulmoides) is a valuable and nourishing medicinal herb in China that has been used in the treatment of hypertension. Given the fact that most traditional Chinese medicine is mainly used to treat disease, investigating the pharmacokinetics of traditional Chinese medicines in the pathological state is more useful than that in the normal state. However, the differences in the absorption kinetics of active ingredients of E. ulmoides extract between pathological and physiological conditions have not been reported. Therefore, in this study, the rat intestinal in situ circulatory perfusion model was used to investigate the differences in absorption kinetics of seven active ingredients of E. ulmoides extract in normal and spontaneously hypertensive rats, namely, genipinic acid, protocatechuic acid, neochlorogenic acid, chlorogenic acid, cryptochlorogenic acid, (+)-pinoresinol di-O-β-D -glucopyranoside and (+)-pinoresinol 4′-O-β-D -glucopyranoside. Our results indicate that the pathological state of spontaneous hypertension may change the absorption of active components of E. ulmoides extracts, and these findings may provide a reference for improving the rational use of E. ulmoides in the clinic.  相似文献

 采用高效液相色谱法测定杜仲叶中绿原酸的含量。所用色谱柱为Shim-packCLC-ODS柱,以巯嘌呤为内标,以甲醇-0.01mol/L磷酸二氢钾缓冲液(体积比为25∶75;pH3.9)为流动相,UV检测波长为328nm。在上述色谱条件下,当绿原酸质量浓度为25~300mg/L时,以绿原酸对照品溶液与内标液的峰面积比为纵坐标(Y),绿原酸的质量浓度为横坐标(X),二者呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为Y=8.0368X+1.275×10-3,r=0.9999;平均回收率为99.89%,RSD=1.45%(n=6)。  相似文献

A Chromolith Performance octadecylsilyl (ODS) monolithic silica column (Merck) was compared with a conventional microparticulate ODS-bonded silica column in the high-performance liquid chromatography separation of natural polyprenols. A system comprising two connected monolithic columns afforded an equivalent separation at half the analysis time of the conventional method. Furthermore, ten connected columns achieved a tremendously high-resolution separation, in which the complicated series of homologous polyprenols with geometric isomerism were fully separated.  相似文献

核磁共振氢谱(Proton Nuclear Magnetic Resonance,1H NMR)是中药指纹图谱中一种鉴定和控制植物中药质量的新方法.本文采用CPMG(Carr-Purcell-Meiboom-Gill)脉冲序列采集了杜仲提取物的1H NMR谱,通过完整还原振幅频率表(Complete Reduction to Amplitude-Frequency Table,CRAFT)分析技术对杜仲指纹图谱进行特征指纹分析,将待目标合物的信号从混合物图谱中剥离出来,实现了不分离样品而分析目标化合物信息的目的,从而对杜仲的特征化合物——松脂醇二葡萄糖苷(Pinoresinol Glucoside,PDG)进行了定性和定量分析.结果显示贵阳药用植物园所得杜仲的PDG含量为0.275 6%,相对标准偏差(Relative Standard Deviation,RSD)为1.69%,与高效液相色谱(High Performance Liquid Chromatography,HPLC)定量分析结果(含量为0.269 6%,RSD为0.65%)基本一致.另外,通过NMR检测与多变量数据建模相结合分析了杜仲提取物的全指纹图谱,结果显示同一采收期不同产地的杜仲药材有显著差异,这表明该方法可用于鉴定不同产地的药材,具有一定的实用意义.  相似文献

建立了杜仲中京尼平甙酸的硅胶柱色谱分离纯化及反相高效液相色谱/液相色谱-电喷雾质谱/核磁共振(RP-HPLC/LC-ESI-MS/NMR)鉴定方法。杜仲皮经粉碎后,用70%乙醇提取,提取液经减压蒸馏至干,再用甲醇溶解,然后吸附于硅胶上,并以不同体积比的氯仿-甲醇混合液按洗脱剂的极性由小到大进行洗脱,以RP-HPLC法检测洗脱液中物质的种类和含量。结果表明:洗脱剂为氯仿-甲醇(体积比为8∶1)的洗脱液经分析为单一组分,其保留时间为5.142 min;以对照品京尼平甙酸添加法测定,其峰高增加;相关紫外光谱和红外光谱检测结果与京尼平甙酸对照品基本一致;结合LC-ESI-MS、 1H-NMR和13C-NMR等测定,确定该洗脱组分为京尼平甙酸。  相似文献

ODS- C18色谱柱 (2 0 0 mm× 4 .6 mm,5 μm) ,甲醇 -水 -冰乙酸 (12∶ 87∶ 1)为流动相 ,高效液相色谱法测定了杜仲中京尼平甙酸的含量 ,考察了流动相组成、酸性添加剂对色谱分离效果的影响 ,流速 1.0 m L/ min时 ,京尼平甙酸的容量因子 k′在 2— 3之间 ,分离度大于 1,保留时间为 6 .9min,样品分析时间在 30 min之内 ,满足色谱分析要求。京尼平甙酸在 0 .0 36— 1.36 mg/ m L时 ,色谱峰面积与样品量呈良好的线性关系 ,线性方程为 A=6 375 6 132 72 6 0 C,相关系数 r=0 .9996。  相似文献

用非完全消化法处理杜仲叶,在低温下用浓硝酸消解样品,加入乳化剂Triton X-100(OP)溶解消化过程中所产生的油脂,获得均匀的样品乳浊液,取适量的乳浊液制成试液,用火焰原子吸收光谱法快速测定了样品中的微量元素,并对检出限、加标回收率进行了测定。结果表明,相对标准偏差小于2.1%,测定结果与灰化法一致,且相对误差小于±1.8%。用非完全消化法结合火焰原子吸收光谱法对杜仲叶进行预处理取代灰化法是可行的,且方法简便、准确。  相似文献

In this study, we introduce a fabrication method for a superhydrophobic surface made from natural Eucommia rubber. Based on the Eucommia rubber extract solution, we prepared a type of superhydrophobic material using the simple phase separation method and the addition of a low‐surface‐energy substance method, thus developing a new approach for the application of natural Eucommia rubber. The experimental results showed that a superhydrophobic film could be obtained by both the addition of acetone and induction by water vapor. Additionally, the film exhibited properties closely related to the crystalline Eucommia rubber spherical particles with a hierarchical structure. The addition of hydrophobic silica also increased the hydrophobic property of the Eucommia rubber film. When the content of the silica was 4% (wt%), the contact angle of the composite film reached 160.7°, which could be attributed to the properties of the nano‐silica and the micro‐nano structure of the composites. This paper proposes a new technique for the preparation of foamed Eucommia ulmoides gum (EUG)/high‐density polyethylene (HDPE) shape memory composites and establishes the relationship between structures and properties in foamed shape memory composites. Eucommia ulmoides gum/HDPE shape memory composites are designed to memorize 2 temporary shapes by exploiting the different melting points of the 2 phases; the triple shape memory effect in the composites is investigated via mechanical measurements, thermal analysis, and shape memory behavior analysis. The results show that HDPE phase enables the composites to effectively memorize the first temporary shape and EUG phase contributes the second temporary shape. When the ratios of EUG and HDPE were 80/20 and 70/ 30, the composite exhibited satisfactory shape memory behavior with favorable shape fixity ratio and shape recovery ratio, in addition to excellent mechanical properties (tensile strength of 15 MPa, tear strength above 51 KN/m, and foam porosity of about 11%).  相似文献
