用高效液相色谱法测定青海栽培何首乌中的主要有效成分大黄素、大黄素甲醚等蒽醌类成分。采用kromasil C18柱(4.6 mm i.d.×250 mm,5μm);V(甲醇)∶V(水)∶V(H3PO4)=750∶250∶0.001为流动相,检测波长为254 nm,流速为1mL/min,进样量10μL。用此方法测定青海栽培何首乌不同部位中的蒽醌类成分,大黄素和大黄素甲醚达到基线分离,线性范围分别为0.094~1.50μg(r=0.9992),0.094~1.50μg(r=0.9997),回收率分别为大黄素95%、大黄素甲醚102%。实验发现青海栽培何首乌块根中大黄素和大黄素甲醚成分较藤、叶中高,大黄素含量比大黄素甲醚含量高。  相似文献

利用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定藏木香中Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Ca、K、Mg和Na8种微量元素的含量。该方法的回收率在96.23%—104.30%之间,相对标准偏差小于1.92%,具有较好的准确度和精密度。试验发现藏木香中微量元素含量丰富,这为藏木香的合理药用及进一步的开发利用提供了可靠依据。  相似文献

红外三级鉴定法快速鉴别栽培与半野生黄芪   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0  
采用红外光谱的三级鉴定法分析鉴别了栽培黄芪和半野生黄芪。所获得的一维红外光谱、二阶导数谱和二维红外相关谱,能逐步提高红外谱图的分辨率,并从不同的角度上体现了两者的差异性。结果显示,黄芪的红外光谱主要由有机酯类化合物、醌类化合物及糖苷类物质的振动吸收带组成。两类黄芪样品的一维红外光谱和一阶导数谱整体上十分相似,只是在多糖吸收区域(1160—925cm-1)略有差异,对比该区域的二维相关红外光谱,差异主要表现在1100—1000cm-1和1150—1050cm-12个吸收带。结果表明,红外三级鉴定法可以对栽培黄芪和半野生黄芪进行快速、无损、简便的分析与鉴定。  相似文献

A method was developed for the quantitative determination of total vanadium concentration in mussels via electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry (ETAAS). After the microwave digestion of the samples, a program using temperatures of 1600 °C and 2600 °C for ashing and atomization respectively, without any matrix modifiers, allowed us to obtain results that were satisfactory since they agreed closely with certified reference material values. The detection limit was 0.03 mg kg–1 (dry weight), indicating that the method is suitable for the analysis of mussel samples. This determination was compared with matrix modifiers that have been reported previously. The method was applied to various cultivated and wild mussels from the Galician coast, yielding levels below 1 mg kg–1 (wet weight).  相似文献

Mountain‐cultivated ginseng (MCG ) can be considered a mimic of wild ginseng, whose seeds are sowed artificially, cultivated in the natural environment, and returned to the wild state before being used clinically. Cultivated ginseng (CG ) and MCG are mainly used as the commercial material for clinical applications. However, MCG is much more expensive but effective than CG . The aim of this study is to explore the differences in the pharmacokinetics and brain concentration of Rg1, Re, Rb1, and Rd after oral administration of MCG , CG, and pure ginsenosides. An ultra‐performance liquid chromatography‐tandem mass spectrometry method was developed and validated to determine the concentration of the four ginsenosides in rat plasma and brain tissue. Compared with the pure group, the area under the curve (AUC) of all the four ginsenosides for CG and MCG increased. The mean brain concentrations of the four ginsenosides were found to be 10‐ to 15‐fold lower than the corresponding contents in the plasma, and the poor permeability of ginsenosides into blood–brain barrier was indicated by the low concentrations of the four ginsenosides.  相似文献

In this paper, the quality of Phyllanthus emblica was evaluated by establishing a comprehensive taste index and odor component analysis method, and the formation mechanism of quality difference was revealed by mass spectrometry imaging and metabolomics. Studies have found that the representative substances of bitterness and astringency in cultivated PE, such as amlaic acid, kaempferol, quercetin and their derivatives, have higher content. Compared with wild PE, cultivated PE has a very lower 2-Isobutyl-3-methoxypyrazine content, a kind of odor molecule that destroys the fruits flavor. Biological activity studies showed that the biological activity of wild PE was stronger than cultivated PE. Mass spectrometry imaging revealed significant differences in the distribution of multiple components between the two types of PE. Metabonomic studies show that their quality differences may be related to the difference of flavonoids and flavonol biosynthesis in PE.  相似文献
