Synthesis and Characterization of a Homochrial Manganese（Ⅱ）Complex Constructed from （1R,2R）-（-）-Diaminocyclohexane-N,N biscarboxyl-salicylidene）

A homochrial manganese(Ⅱ) complex derived from chiral salen ligand (1R,2R)-(-)diaminocyclohexane-N,N-biscarboxyl-salicylidene) (1) has been synthesized through solvothermal procedure and characterized by IR,elemental analysis,TGA,circular dichroism (CD),powder and single-crystal X-ray crystallography.It crystallizes in monoclinic,space group C2 with a=32.987(7),b=7.4662(15),c=17.931(4),β=97.82(3)°,V=4375.0(15) 3,Z=8,D c=1.544 g/cm 3,F(000)=2096,M r=508.36,μ=0.658 mm-1,the final GOOF=0.975,R=0.0676 and wR=0.2068 for 6357 observed reflections with I > 2σ(Ⅰ).The coordination polymer 1 possesses a 1D infinite zigzag chain architecture constructed by the dicarboxyl-functionalized metallosalen ligand (MnSalen),and the polymeric chains are further assembled into a 2D supramolecular network structure via strong intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions between the adjacent zigzag chains.     

Synthesis,Characterization and Crystal Structure of One Ni_2（salen）_2 Complex

A homochiral complex,Ni 2 (salen) 2 (1,salen=(R,R)-(-)-N,N-bis(3-tert-butyl-5-(4ethynylpyridyl)salicyl-idene)-1,2-diaminocyclohexane),has been synthesized and characterized by IR,microanalysis,CD spectra,TGA,powder and single-crystal X-ray crystallography.It crystallizes in triclinic,space group P1 with a=11.896(2),b=12.571(3),c=13.197(3),α=65.61(3),β=73.90(3),γ=75.87(3)o,V=1707.9(6) 3,Z=2,C 42 H 42 N 4 NiO 2,M r=693.51,D c=1.349 g/cm 3,F(000)=732,μ=0.612 mm-1,GOOF=1.015,the final R=0.0290 and wR=0.0796 for 9002 observed reflections with I > 2σ(Ⅰ).The complex architecture is constructed by intermolecular π···π interaction and assembled into a 2D structure via C-H···π interactions between the cyclohexanes and pyridine rings.     

新的光散射体系测定蛋白质的研究

以1,6-己二胺二吖啶为荧光探针,建立了一种新的蛋白质共振散射检测体系。实验考察了该吖啶荧光探针的共振散射特征光谱、散射反应稳定性,研究了缓冲介质pH、探针浓度等参数对测定蛋白质的影响。结果表明,当pH 8.9时,1,6-己二胺二吖啶染料的散射波长为470 nm;加入BSA,反应约9 min后,体系光散射强度达到最大并维持稳定,2 h内无明显变化。当1,6-己二胺二吖啶探针(浓度1.00×10-4mol·L-1)用量为3.00 mL时,蛋白质与1,6-己二胺二吖啶的光散射增强作用显著,共振散射强度随着BSA的增加而明显增强,光散射强度与蛋白质浓度成良好线性关系,线性浓度范围为1.00～5.00 μg·mL-1,检测限(3σ/K)为0.085 μg·mL-1。测定了血清样品,浓度为2.00～4.00 μg·mL-1,回收率为98.0%～101.7%,测定偏差小于1.7％。     

气相色谱法分析己二胺残液

研究了采用DB-1毛细管柱气相色谱法定性、定量检测己二胺合成残液中的主要化合物质.运用保留时问法定性得出己二胺残液中主要含有丙二胺、丁二胺、己二胺3种脂肪二胺,并运用外标法定量了各物质的含量.该方法的精密度(RSD)为0.12%～0.24%,加标回收率在95.0%～101.1%之间.     

微孔磷酸铝AIPO4-HDA的热分解过程研究

采用差热-热重-质谱(TG-DTA-MS)、粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FTIR)和固体核磁(Solid-State-MAS-NMR)等技术详细地研究了微孔磷酸铝晶体AlPO4-HDA中模板剂的热分解过程.结果表明,该模板剂的热分解分3步进行:第一步是模板剂和无机骨架之间的部分氢键断裂;第二步为模板剂的Hof-mann降解反应和β-消除反应;第三步是残留积碳的氧化分解反应.固体MASNMR的研究结果表明,随着模板剂的脱出.无机骨架中铝和磷的配位状态发生了变化.     

己二胺为核酯为端基的半代树枝状大分子的合成

以己二胺和丙烯酸甲酯为原料合成了以己二胺为核酯为端基的半代树枝状大分子,其结构经IR和元素分析表征。在己二胺50 mmol,n(丙烯酸甲酯)∶n(己二胺)=6∶1,于50℃反应12 h的条件下,收率99.4%。     

脂肪族酰胺二元醇的合成与表征

以ＤＬ－乳酸、ε己内酯及乙二胺和己二胺为原料合成了四种结构的脂肪族酰胺二元醇，并用ＩＲ，＾１ＨＮＭＲ，ＤＳＣ对酰胺二元醇的结构进行了表征。     

二、三分枝甘露糖簇衍生物的合成

采取一种有效途径合成了二、三分支的甘露糖簇分子．甘露糖经烯丙苷化、乙 酰基保护后，将其烯丙基的双键氧化得到带有羧基连接臂的甘露糖衍生物，然后再 分别与l，6-己二胺和三(2-氨乙基)胺进行缩合反应，最后脱掉保护基，得到二分 枝甘露糖簇化合物6和三分枝甘露糖簇化合物8．     

新型含葡萄糖基手性Salen配体及其Mn3+、Fe3+、Co2+、Cu3+配合物的合成与表征

A novel chiral Salen ligand with a glucose moiety was synthesized from the condensation of 1,2:5,6-di-O-isopropylidene-3-O-methylene-[5-(3-tert-butyl-2-hydroxy benzaldehyde)]-α-D-glucofuranose with (1R,2R)-1,2-diaminocyclohexane. Several chiral complexes of Mn³⁺, Fe³⁺, Co²⁺ and Cu²⁺ were prepared from this ligand. Both the ligand and the complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, NMR, IR, MS, and UV-Vis.     

八配位钇(Ⅲ)-反式-1,2-环己二胺四乙酸配合物NH4[Y(trans-CYDTA)(H2O)2]·4.5H2O的合成及分子结构

In this paper, the molecular and crystal structures of the NH₄[Y(trans CYDTA)(H₂O)₂]·4.5 H₂O(trans-CYDTA=trans 1,2-cyclohexanediaminetetraacetic acid) are reported. The crystal data are as follows: Triclinic system, P1space group,a=0.8599(6)nm,b=1.0021(7)nm,c=1.4370(9)nm,α =88.095(13)°,β =75.559(1)°,γ =88.344(12)°,V=1.1981(14)nm³,Z=2, M=708.68,D_c=1.570g· cm^-3, μ =2.506mm^-1 and F(000)=590. The final R₁ and wR₂ are 0.0571 and 0.1350 for 4205 [I >2.0σ (I)] unique reflections and 0.1007 and 0.1615 for all 4981 reflections, respectively. In the title complex, the anion [Y(trans-CYDTA)(H₂O)₂]^- has an eight coordination structure with distorted square antiprism. The trans CYDTA which acts as a hexadentate ligand with four Oatoms and two Natoms and two H₂O molecules directly coordinate to central metal Y(Ⅲ) ion. It can be known that the Y(Ⅲ) ion can form an eight coordinate compound with aminopolycarboxylic acid ligands in addition nine coordination structure.
