在有限温度环境内,量子约束动力学及其追踪控制可使退相干系统的相干性稳定一段时间.约束方程产生的控制场能够按量子比特的动力学状态进行控制(量子动力学轨道的反馈控制);依靠量子比特的这种反馈效应,可使量子位稳定在设定的时间内.同时,在量子位的稳定方面,温度扮演一种消极的角色. 关键词: 量子约束动力学 耗散量子位的控制 追踪控制 量子比特的反馈效应  相似文献

Rhenium is a superconductor with a relatively weak tendency to oxidize, which is advantageous in superconducting quantum circuit and qubit applications. In this work, Re/A1-A1Ox/Re Josephson tunnel junctions were fabricated using a selective film-etching process similar to that developed in Nb trilayer technology. The Re films had a superconducting transition temperature of 4.8 K and a transition width of 0.2 K. The junctions were found to be highly reproducible using the fabrication process and their characteristics had good quality with a low leakage current and showed a superconducting gap of 0.55 meV.  相似文献

Nb/Al-AlOx/Nb tunnel junctions are often used in the studies of macroscopic quantum phenomena and superconducting qubit applications of the Josephson devices. In this work, we describe a convenient and reliable process using electron beam lithography for the fabrication of high-quality, submicron-sized Nb/Al-AlOx/Nb Josephson junctions. The technique follows the well-known selective Nb etching process and produces high-quality junctions with Vm=100 mV at 2.3 K for the typical critical current density of 2.2 kA/cm^2, which can be adjusted by controlling the oxygen pressure and oxidation time during the formation of the tunnelling barrier. We present the results of the temperature dependence of the sub-gap current and in-plane magnetic-field dependence of the critical current, and compare them with the theoretical predictions.  相似文献

提出一种把量子隐形传态、最佳普适量子比特翻转和最佳普适量子克隆三者结合起来的量子比特普适远程翻转和克隆方案.当发送者和处于不同地点的三个接收者共享一个特定的四粒子纠缠态作为量子信道时,通过发送者的Bell基测量、经典通信和各个接收者的局域幺正变换,一个接收者能够以2/3的最佳保真度得到一份原未知量子比特的正交补态,另外两个接收者能够分别以5/6的最佳保真度得到原未知量子比特的一份拷贝.此方案用较少的量子纠缠资源同时完成了未知量子比特的普适远程翻转和克隆,且其保真度分别达到了最佳.实现此方案的关键在于构造出发送者和接收者共享的特定四粒子纠缠态作为量子信道,分析了此特殊四粒子态内在的纠缠结构.  相似文献

On the condition of electric-LO phonon strong coupling in unsymmetrical parabolic confinement potential quantum dot (QD), we obtain the eigenenergies of the ground state and the first-excited state, the eigenfunctions of the ground state, and the first-excited state by using variational method of Pekar type. This system in QD may be employed as a two-level quantum system-qubit. When the electron is in the superposition state of the ground state and the first-excited state, we obtain the time evolution of the electron density. The relations both the probability density of electron and the period of oscillation with the electron-LO-phonon coupling strength, the confinement strengths in the xy-plane and the z-direction are discussed.  相似文献

We investigate the short-time decoherence of a solid-state qubit under Ohmic noise at optimal operation points. The decoherence is analyzed by maximum norm of the deviation density operator. It is shown that at the temperature T = 3 mK, the loss of the fidelity due to decoherence is much smaller than the DiVincenzo low decoherence criterion, which means that the mode/may be an optimal candidate of qubit for quantum computation.  相似文献

Information switching and swapping seem to be fundamental elements of quantum communication protocols. Another crucial issue is the presence of entanglement and its level in inspected quantum systems. In this article, a formal definition of the operation of the swapping local quantum information and its existence proof, together with some elementary properties analysed through the prism of the concept of the entropy, are presented. As an example of the local information swapping usage, we demonstrate a certain realisation of the quantum switch. Entanglement levels, during the work of the switch, are calculated with the Negativity measure and a separability criterion based on the von Neumann entropy, spectral decomposition and Schmidt decomposition. Results of numerical experiments, during which the entanglement levels are estimated for systems under consideration with and without distortions, are presented. The noise is generated by the Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction and the intrinsic decoherence is modelled by the Milburn equation. This work contains a switch realisation in a circuit form—built out of elementary quantum gates, and a scheme of the circuit which estimates levels of entanglement during the switch’s operating.  相似文献

量子力学自建立以来很长一段时间被当作是描述系综运动的理论。但是上世纪80年代对囚禁离子和原子的研究观测到了量子跳跃现象,迫使人们发展了一些能够用于单量子系统的方法,其中之一就是量子跳跃方法。本文总结了我们近来把量子跳跃方法应用到以约瑟夫森隧道结为基础的超导量子比特的工作。我们不但实验观测到宏观量子系统中的量子跳跃,还可以利用量子跳跃现象来研究固体中普遍存在的两能级系统及其引起的超导量子比特中的退相干。  相似文献
