Dynamic response of permalloy/Cu/Co magnetoresistive sandwiches

The dynamic response of trilayer magnetoresistive permalloy/Cu/Co films was studied by high-frequency permeability spectra measurements. The resonance frequency is shown to depend on the interlayer copper thickness. This dependence is related to exchange coupling between permalloy and cobalt and the interaction field is estimated using the Landau–Lifschitz–Gilbert model.     

Probing antiferromagnetic order with heat capacity in exchange-biased structures

We explore the magnetic heat capacity in exchange-biased ferromagnet/antiferromagnet bilayers theoretically. We show that changes in the antiferromagnetic structure due to the reversal of the ferromagnet layer can be detected by distinct features in the heat capacity. This offers a method for probing antiferromagnetic domains in exchange-biased systems.

铁磁/ 反铁磁双层膜中交换偏置

铁磁/反铁磁交换偏置在巨磁电阻器件中具有重要的应用。引起了物理学及材料学等领域内广大科学家的浓厚兴趣，本文首先阐述了交换偏置的基本性质。然后简述了交换偏置的实验研究方法；最后，着重介绍了几种主要的理论模型。     

利用天然斜发沸石从高离子强度的强碱性溶液中吸附和洗脱K+和Rb+的研究

在80℃下，用间歇法研究了NH4^ 型天然斜发沸石对某厂高离子 强碱性循环液中的K^ 和Rb^ 的吸附，得到不同粒度天然斜发沸石对K^ 和Rb^ 的交换吸附量，用不同浓度的NH4HCO3溶液对沸石进行洗脱再生，是到洗脱速率随着洗脱液浓度增大而增大。本文对沸石与钾含量很高的高离子强度强碱性溶液中碱金属的交换吸附和洗脱过程进行了初步探讨。     

1H NMR Study of Hindered Internal Rotation of Tetramethylthiuram Disulfide in Binary Dimethyl Sulfoxide‐Chloroform Mixtures

Hindered internal rotation about the C‐N single bonds joining the thiuram disulfide was studied by ¹H NMR complete line‐shaped analysis in different dimethyl sulfoxide‐chloroform (DMSO‐CDCl₃) mixtures. From the temperature dependence of methyls proton spectra, activation parameters (E_a, ΔH^≠, ΔS^≠, and ΔG^≠) were obtained. The Arrhenius plots showed a distinct isokinetic temperature at about 35 °C at which the exchange rate is more or less independent of the solvent composition. The resulting ΔH^≠ against TΔS^≠ plot showed a firmly good linear correlation, indicating the existence of an enthalpy‐entropy composition in an exchange process.

Polynuclear manganese grids and clusters—A magnetic perspective

High nuclearity paramagnetic, spin-coupled transition metal clusters and grids are fascinating chemists and physicists partly because of their structural beauty, and the challenge of creating them, but also because of their novel physical properties. Magnetic interactions between the spin centers are a primary focus. This review will examine a selection of Mn(II) polynuclear grids and clusters, with nuclearities in the range Mn₄ to Mn₉. Theoretical treatments of the magnetic properties are discussed, and approaches to solving the exchange problem for ‘large’ spin systems related to computational difficulties. A freely available software package (MAGMUN4.1) is presented as a means of dealing simply with spin-coupled clusters in general, and symmetry reduction methods are discussed briefly as a means of dealing with ‘large’ spin systems.     

稀土化合物Ho2Co14Fe3的磁性分析

在分析稀土磁性常用的哈密顿中，引入了自旋－自旋偶极作用，用参数拟合的方法对Ｈｏ２Ｃｏ１４Ｆｅ３的磁化曲线进行了分析，计算结果与实验数据符合得很好，并且提示了Ｈｏ２Ｃｏ１４Ｆｅ３磁矩的突变现象。
