Diffraction in electron stimulated desorption has revealed a propensity for Cl+ desorption from rest atom vs. adatom areas and unfaulted vs. faulted zones of Cl-terminated Si(1 1 1)-(7 × 7) surfaces. We associate the 15 eV ± 1 eV threshold with ionization of Si-Cl σ-bonding surface states and formation of screened two-hole states with Si 3s character. Similar specificity is observed from A and B reconstructions. This can be due to reduced screening in unfaulted regions and increased hole localization in Si back-bonds within faulted regions.  相似文献

 介绍了利用自发喇曼散射光谱测量氧碘化学激光器单态氧发生器氯气利用率的原理及实验装置,并给出了在以氮气作为稀释气的0.1mol/s射流式氧发生器上测试的结果,测试相对误差小于12%。由于该方法只需要通过测量喇曼谱线相对强度之比,即可算出氯的利用率,因此不需要另外的标定实验,从而避免了因标定带来的影响。该方法减小了测试误差,简化了实验过程,提高了测试效率。  相似文献

运用LEED,UPS和HREELS等表面技术研究了氯吸附至(c)阶段的Ag(111)表面结构.结果表明,表面上有三维的AgCl(111)生成,其生长按修正的Stranski-Krastanov模式进行.伴随着AgCI(111)生长的同时,表面上产生缺陷.这种缺陷只有在氯吸附至(c)阶段时表面上形成三维AgCI的过程中才能产生,它一旦在表面上形成后,表面上氯的存在与否对其不产生影响.本文提出了一个(c)阶段时的Cl/Ag(111)体系的结构模型.  相似文献

本文提出用离子色谱法测定水果及其树叶中氯含量的方法,在IC-PAK阴离子柱上,用4 mmol/L邻苯二甲酸(pH4.5)作流动相进行洗脱,电导检测器检测。方法简便、快速,灵敏、准确。氯的最小检出量为0.14μg,相对标准偏差为2.4%,回收率为99.4%。  相似文献

在pH12.5的NaOH—KCl缓冲介质中,ClO2直接氧化Luminol能产生很强的化学发光,而且发光强度在一定的范围内与ClO2的浓度呈线性关系,据此建立了流动注射化学发光测定ClO2的新方法。探讨了最佳的发光条件,测定ClO2的线性范围为0.5—200μg/L,检出限为0.3μg/L。本法简便、怏速、灵敏,选择性和重复性较好,应用于自来水中剩余ClO2的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy has been employed for the investigation of the sulfur and chlorine content of building materials. Both, chloride and sulfate ions are major damaging species affecting the stability and lifetime of a structure. Chlorine and sulfur are mostly detected in the VUV and the NIR. In case of building materials the main elements like calcium or iron have many strong spectral lines over the whole spectral range, so that trace elements can only be detected in spectral windows unaffected from these lines. With regard to a preferably simply, robust against dust and vibrations and portable setup only the NIR spectral features are used for civil engineering applications.

Most detectors, mainly CCD cameras have rapidly decreasing quantum efficiency in the NIR. Also the quantum efficiency of the photocathode of CCD-Detectors with image intensifier is decreasing in the NIR. Different CCD-detectors were tested with respect to high quantum efficiency and high dynamic range, which is necessary for simultaneous detection of weak spectral lines from trace elements and intense spectral lines from main elements.

The measurements are made on reference samples consisting of cement, hydrated cement, cement mortar and concrete with well-defined amounts of the trace elements. Experimental conditions are chosen for an optimum intensity of the trace element spectral lines. The detector systems are compared by limit of detections and the signal to noise ratio.  相似文献

运用HREELS技术对甲醇在预吸附氯的Ag(111)表面上的吸附氧化行为进行了较细致的研究.结果证明Cl对甲醇氧化的影响缘于它在Ag(111)上的吸附所引起的表面结构的改变进而改变表面氧吸附物种,从而使得甲醇氧化的中间产物发生变化.实验结果说明甲醇在Ag(111)和低暴露量氯吸附的Ag(111)表面上的氧化行为是相似的,检测到了中间产物Ⅰ和Ⅲ;在高暴露量氯吸附的Ag(111)上甲醇氧化时则产生中间产物Ⅰ、Ⅳ和甲醛物种.对上述不同的甲醇氧化行为作了分析,并指出了以前人们在考察甲醇氧化机理时只考虑原子氧作用的片面性.  相似文献

Ionic and photochemical reaction of chlorine (Cl2), bromine (Br2) and iodine monochloride (ICl) to hexafluoro-1,3-butadiene (1) and 1,3-butadiene (2) were carried out under conditions that would provide product distributions under controlled ionic or free-radical conditions. Product distributions for ionic reaction of Cl2 and Br2 with 1 are similar and suggest a weakly-bridged halonium ion species. Theoretical calculations support weakly-bridged chloronium and bromonium ions for both dienes 1 and 2. There are more of the 1,4-dihalo-2-butene products from ionic halogenation of 1 than 2 which correlates with the greater charge density on carbon-4 of halonium ions from 1. Ionic and free-radical reactions of ICl with 1 give 8 and 2% of 3-chloro-4-iodohexafluoro-1-butene and 4-chloro-3-iodohexafluoro-1-butene, respectively. The minor cis-1,4-dihalo-2-butene products from 1 and 2 are reported when formed.  相似文献

The reaction behavior of NaN3, AgN3, and Me3SiN3 towards FNO2, CINO2, NO2SbF6, and NO2BF4 was investigated. At -30°C or below in a solvent-free system sodium azide did not react with CINO2, NO2BF4, or NO2SbF6. Below -30°C silver azide did not react either with neat C1NO2. Treatment of Me3SiN3 with pure C1NO2 led to the formation of C1N3, N2O, and Me3SiOSiMe3. A mechanism for this reaction has been proposed. Pure chlorine azide was isolated by fractional condensation and identified by its low-temperature Raman spectrum (liquid state). The reaction of Cp2Ti(N3)2 with C1NO2 also yielded C1N3 as the only azide-containing reaction product. Treatment of FNO2 with NaN3 at temperatures as low as -78°C always ended in an explosion which was probably due to the formation of FN3 as one of the reaction products. The reaction of NO2SbF6 with NaN3 in liquid CO2 (-55°C· T· -35°C) as the solvent afforded a new azide species which was stable at low temperature in solution only and was investigated by means of low-temperature Raman spectroscopy. The obtained vibrational data give strong evidence for the presence of tetranitrogen dioxide, N4O2, which can be regarded as nitryl azide (NO2N3). The structure and vibrational frequencies of N4O2 were computed ab initio at correlated level (MP2/6-31 + G*). In liquid xenon (-100°C· T· -60°C) NaN3 did not react with NO2SbF6. A previous literature report on the preparation of N4O2 could not be established.  相似文献

On the Reactions of CH3OCl, CF3OCl, CF3OF, and CF3OH with the Superacid System HF/MF5 (M = As, Sb). Preparation and Characterization of CH3OCl(H)+MF6? and CF3OCl(H)+MF6? The preparation of the chlorine oxoniumsalts CH3OCl(H)+MF6? and CF3OCl(H)+MF6? by protonation of CH3OCl and CF3OCl in the superacid solution of HF/MF5 (M = As, Sb) is described. However CF3OF and CF3OH have not been protonated under the same conditions. In the case of CF3OH the formation of F2CO · MF5 is observed. The novel compounds are characterized by nmr- and vibrational spectroscopy.  相似文献
