斯蒂芬酸氢铷的制备，晶体结构和热分解机理

A new compound,[RbHTNR]_∞[HTNR:C_6H(NO_2)_3(OH)O],was synthesized by the reaction of rubidium ni-trate and styphnic acid.The molecular structure was characterized using X-ray diffraction analysis,elementalanalysis and FTIR spectroscopy.The crystalline is monoclinic with space group P2_1/n and the empirical formulaC_6H_2N_3O_8Rb.The unit cell parameters are:a=0.4525 nm,b=1.0777 nm,c=1.9834 nm,β=90.47(2)°,V=0.96725 nm~3,Z=4,D_c=2.263 g/cm~3,Mr=329.58,F(000)=640,μ(Mo Kα)=5.165 mm~(-1).The thermal decompo-sition mechanism of the complex was studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),thermogravimetry-derivative thermogravimetry(TG-DTG)and FTIR techniques.At the linear rate of 10 ℃/min,the thermaldecomposition of the complex showed three mass reducing processes between 60 and 500 ℃,and finally evolvedRbCN and some gaseous products.

为研究配位聚合物{[Cu(H₂bttc)(H₂O)₃]·3H₂O}_n(H₂bttc=1，2，4，5-benzenetetracarboxylate)的热分解机理和非等温反应动力学进行了DSC和TG-DTG热分析。由热分析结果和FTIR光谱推测了其热分解机理；将Kissinger法、Ozawa法、积分法和微分法得到的动力学参数进行比较确定了第一个失重过程最可能的动力学模型函数。配位聚合物的X射线单晶结构分析表明它由 [Cu(H₂bttc)(H₂O)₃]_n分子链组成，并有客体水分子通过分子间氢键附着在分子链上。这一结构特点与热分析结果相一致。还有一种氢键将分子链连接起来形成二维框架，这一框架在失去配位水和结晶水后到553 K开始分解。

含能配合物[Zn(CHZ)3](C1O4)2的晶体结构、热行为及感度性能研究

通过碳酰肼水溶液与高氯酸锌水溶液反应制得含能配合物[zn(cHZ)3](CIO4)2.培养获得了配合物的单晶,用x射线单晶衍射法测定了晶体结构,该晶体属于单斜晶系、P2(1)/n空间群,晶胞参数a=1.0005(2)nm,b=0.8428(1)nm,c=2.1218(4)nm,β=100.948(3)°,y=1.756...     

Crystal Structure of Dimeric Units Cd2（ncpo）2（phen）2（H2O）2 Constructed by Flexible Dicarboxylic Acid with Fluorescent Emission

A dimeric coordination complex Cd2（ncpo）2（phen）2（H2O）2 was constructed by a flexible dicarboxylic acid, 2-nitro-4-carboxylphenoxyacetic acid. Its crystal structure was determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis. The crystal is of monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 17.2616（3）, b = 12.7460（2）, c = 18.4041（3） A^°, β= 94.432（1）°, C42H30Cd2N6O16, Mr = 1099.52, V = 4037.09（12）A^°^3 Dc = 1.809 g/cm^3, F（000） = 2192, μ = 1.139 cm^-1 and Z = 4. The final R = 0.0218 and wR = 0.0703 for 8288 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ（I）. There are two crystallographically independent but structurally very similar molecules in the unit cell of the title complex. It is noticeable that the ligand ncpo^2- displays a good flexibility, demonstrating different modes from the rigid ligands. The luminescence property has been investigated, which shows photoluminescence at 465, 490 and 574 nm upon excitation at 320 nm in the solid state at room temperature.     

荧光共振能量转移测定牛血清白蛋白的研究

键合型纤维素-苯基氨基甲酸酯手性固定相的制备及用于对映异构体拆分

采用化学键合法,利用4,4′-二苯基甲基二异氰酸酯作间隔臂,通过纤维素葡萄糖单元上2、3或6-位上的羟基将纤维素衍生物键合在氨丙基硅胶上,制备了键合型纤维素-苯基氨基甲酸酯手性固定相.同时,以微晶纤维素和苯基异氰酸酯为原料,合成了纤维素-三苯基氨基甲酸酯,并以未修饰的硅胶为载体,制备了涂敷型纤维素-三苯基氨基甲酸酯手性固定相.分别对键合型和涂敷型两类手性固定相进行了表征,并首次在纤维素-苯基氨基甲酸酯手性柱上拆分了安息香.     

多硝基多甲基取代苯的核磁共振氢谱及质谱研究

报道了4个多硝基取代苯的核磁共振氢谱及电子轰击质谱,结果表明,苯环上的氢由于受硝基的强吸电子诱导效应的影响,其质子化学位移出现于低场,同时苯环的甲基取代基也因受到负电性的影响,其化学位移值变大.在TPX、DPX、TMX、TNTM 的EIMS中,消去OH基的'邻位效应'和CNO2键的裂分及出现相同的最终裂解碎片是此类化合物的质谱特征.     

蛋白A高效亲和膜色谱法测定人血浆中免疫球蛋白G的含量

研究了蛋白Ａ高效亲和膜色谱对水溶液及人血浆中人免疫球蛋白Ｇ（ＨＩｇＧ）的特异性吸附和定量测定。方法具有较高的精确度和较好的重复性：ＨＩｇＧ标样５次重复进样的相对标准偏差为１．５％，人血浆样品３次重复进样的相对标准偏差为３．６％；所测得的定量标定曲线的线性相关系数达到０．９９９３；不含己二胺间隔臂的亲和介质的非特异性吸附极低，基本检测不出来。快速实验中，一次分析可在０．５ｍｉｎ内完成。实验表明，利用所建立的方法对人血浆中的ＨＩｇＧ进行定量测定可以得到较为满意的结果。     

[Sr(CHZ)(TNR)(H2O)(OH)]2·2H2O的晶体结构和热分解机理

The coordination compound of [Sr(CHZ)(TNR)(H₂O)(OH)]₂·2H₂O (TNR: 2,4,6-trinitroesorcinol, CHZ: carbohydrazide) was prepared by reacting CHZ solution and strontium styphnate solution (obtained through the reaction of strontium carbonate and styphnic acid). The molecular structure was characterized by using X-ray diffraction analysis, element analysis and FTIR analysis. The crystal belongs to triclinic with space group P1. The unit cell parameters were as follows: a=0.725 2(2) nm, b=1.021 2(2) nm, c=1.144 0(2) nm, α=69.50(3)°, β=78.82(3)°, γ=84.64(3)° and Z=2. The thermal decomposition of the compound is studied using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetry thermogravimetry-derivative (TG-DTG) techniques. CCDC: 269310.
