The coordination chemistry of f-block elements (lanthanide and actinide) in molten salts has become a resounding topic in view of its great importance to the research and development (R&D) of molten salt reactors and pyroprocessing. In this Review article, a general overview of the coordination chemistry of f-block elements in molten salts is provided including past achievements and recent advances. Particular emphases are placed on the oxidation state, speciation, and solution structure of f-block metal ions in molten salts, as well as their relationships with the salt composition. 采用磁控溅射方法先在玻璃衬底上室温下沉积Zn金属薄膜,接着先后在200和400 ℃温度下的硫蒸气和氩气流中进行退火,生长出 ZnS 薄膜。薄膜样品的微观结构、物相结构、表面形貌和光学性质分别采用正电子湮没技术 (PAT)、X射线衍射仪 (XRD)、扫描电子显微镜 (SEM)和紫外-可见分光光度计进行表征。该ZnS薄膜在可见光范围具有约80%的高透光率,随着硫化时间的增加,其带隙由3.55 增加到3.57 eV,S/Zn原子比从0.54上升至0.89,薄膜质量明显得到改善,相对于以前报道的真空封装硫化所制备的ZnS薄膜,硫过量问题得到了较好解决。此外,慢正电子湮没多普勒展宽谱对硫化前后薄膜样品中膜层结构缺陷研究表明,硫化后薄膜的S参数明显增大,生成的ZnS 薄膜结构缺陷浓度高于Zn薄膜。 相似文献

Alum‐processing is a traditional method to attenuate the toxicity of Pinelliae Rhizoma (tubers of Pinellia ternate, PT). The present study aimed at investigating the chemical and cytotoxic changes during alum processing. Metabolomic profiles of raw and alum‐processed PT were studied based on ultra‐performance liquid chromatography coupled with Orbitrap mass spectrometry. More than 80 chemicals in positive MS mode and 40 chemicals in negative MS mode, such as organic acids, amino acids, glucosides and nucleosides, were identified after multivariate statistical analysis, including principal component analysis and orthogonal partial least‐square discriminant analysis. Almost all of the identified chemical markers were significantly decreased ~10‐ to 100‐fold after alum processing. Meanwhile, the correlations between the chemical markers were assimilated to a positive coefficient from disorderly distribution during the processing. Raw PT extracts could inhibit the proliferation of human carcinoma cells (HCT‐116, HepG2, and A549) at the rate of 40.5, 24.8 and 31.6% more strongly than processed PT. It was concluded that the alum processing of PT could decrease the number of actively water‐soluble principles at the same time as decreasing toxicity. Given the water‐insoluble property of toxic calcium oxalate raphides in PT, we suggest that a more scientific processing method should be sought. 相似文献

A new cosensitization photoelectrochemical (PEC) strategy was established by using a donor–acceptor-type photoactive material, poly{4,8-bis[5-(2-ethylhexyl)thiophen-2-yl]benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b′]dithiophene-2,6-diyl-alt-3-fluoro-2-[(2-ethylhexyl)carbonyl]thieno[3,4-b]thiophene-4,6-diyl} (PTB7-Th), as a signal indicator, which was cosensitized with bis(4,4′dicarboxyl-2,2′-bipyridyl)(4,5,9,14-tetraazabenzo[b]triphenylene)ruthenium(II) ([Ru(dcbpy)2dppz]2+) embedded in the grooves of the DNA duplex and fullerene (nano-C60) immobilized on the surface of DNA nanoflowers for microRNA assay. [Ru(dcbpy)2dppz]2+ and nano-C60 could effectively enhance the photoelectric conversion efficiency (PCE) of PTB7-Th as a result of well-matched energy levels among nano-C60, [Ru(dcbpy)2dppz]2+ and PTB7-Th, leading to a clearly enhanced photocurrent signal. Meanwhile, a target recycling magnification technique based on duplex-specific nuclease was applied in this work to obtain higher detection sensitivity. The proposed biosensor demonstrated excellent analytical properties within a linear detection range of 2.5 fm to 2.5 nm and a limit of detection down to 0.83 fm . Impressively, this cosensitization PEC strategy offers an effective and convenient avenue to significantly improve the PCE of a photoactive material, resulting in a remarkably improved photocurrent signal for ultrasensitive and highly accurate detection of various targets. 相似文献
