Combination therapy such as photothermal therapy (PTT) enhanced chemotherapy is regarded as a promising strategy for cancer treatment. Herein, we developed redox-responsive polymeric vesicles based on the amphiphilic triblock copolymer PCL-ss-PEG-ss-PCL. To avoid the limited therapeutic effect of chemotherapeutic drugs caused by systemic exposures and drug resistance, the redox-sensitive polymeric vesicles were cargoed with two chemotherapeutics: doxorubicin (DOX) and paclitaxel (PTX). Besides, indocyanine green (ICG) was encapsulated, and cell-penetrating peptides and LHRH targeting molecule were modified on the surface of polymeric vesicles. The results indicated that the polymeric vesicles can load different kinds of drugs with high drug loading content, trigger drug release in responsive to the reductive environment, realize high cellular uptake via dual peptides and laser irradiation, and achieve higher cytotoxicity via chemo-photothermal combination therapy. Hence, the redox-responsive LHRH/TAT dual peptides-conjugated PTX/DOX/ICG co-loaded polymeric micelles exhibited great potential in tumor-targeting and chemo-photothermal therapy.  相似文献

低温高密核物质测量谱仪(CEE)是研究高重子数密度区核物质性质的重离子碰撞实验谱仪。使用了先进的 SAMPA 电子学读出芯片的时间投影室(TPC)是 CEE 最核心的探测器。在集团重建的过程中,同一排读出板的信号被首先重建成 2 维集团,然后根据 2 维集团的 ADC 加权平均位置重建击中点。当信号 ADC 随漂移时间变化呈峰-谷-峰结构时,一个集团可能被重建成两个或更多击中点,从而提高双径迹分辨能力。使用模拟信号的测试显示,该重建算法在$x/ y$方向可以达到0.100/0.043 cm的位置分辨能力和1.1/2.8 cm的双径迹分辨能力。  相似文献

An extremely effortless method was applied for successful synthesis of mesoporous carbonaceous materials(MCMs) using well-ordered mesoporous silica as template. Various characterizations(scanning electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), Raman, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), Brunner-Emmet-Teller(BET) and Zeta potential) confirmed that MCMs had large surface area, uniform pore size distribution, and abundant oxygen-containing functional groups. The batch techniques were employed to study U(VI) adsorption on MCMs under a wide range of experiment conditions. The adsorption kinetics of U(VI) onto MCMs were well-fitted by pseudo-second-order kinetic model, indicating a chemisorption process. The excellent adsorption capacity of MCMs calculated from the Langmuir model was 293.95 mg g~(-1) at pH 4.0. The FT-IR and XPS analyses further evidenced that the binding of U(VI) onto MCMs was ascribed to the plentiful adsorption sites(–OH and –COOH groups) in the internal mesoporous structure, which could efficiently trap guest U(VI) ions. The results presented herein revealed that MCMs were ideal adsorbents in the efficient elimination of uranium or other lanthanides/actinides from aqueous solutions, which would play an important role in environmental pollution management application.  相似文献

Cotton fiber is a biodegradable material that possesses properties such as high specific area, adjustable shape, and hygroscopicity. In this work, organic polymer was directly in situ grown on the surface of cotton thread and packed into a poly(ether ether ketone) tube for online in‐tube solid‐phase microextraction. The novel strategy solves the problems like high backpressure and tedious optimization process of normal monolithic polymer‐based in‐tube solid‐phase microextraction capillary. The quaternary ammonium typed ionic liquid of 1‐allyl‐methylimidazolium chloride, 4‐vinylbiphenyl, and ethylene dimethacrylate were co‐polymerized and in situ grown on the surface of cotton thread as extraction phase. The solid‐phase microextraction tube showed excellent performance for the extraction of three nonsteroidal anti‐inflammatory drugs including ketoprofen, naproxen, and flurbiprofen due to the strong ion exchange and hydrophobic interactions. After online coupling with a high‐performance liquid chromatography system by six‐port valve, the method was applied for the quantitative analysis of nonsteroidal anti‐inflammatory drugs in human plasma samples showing good enrichment performance (enrichment factor between 263 and 279), high sensitivity, good linearity, and good reproducibility.  相似文献

We fabricated a new MnO2-loaded biocomposite based on microcrystalline cellulose (MCC–MnO2) by an in situ synthesis method and investigated its adsorption behavior and mechanism for Pb2+ removal from aqueous medium. As-prepared MCC–MnO2 was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analyses. The effects of pH value, initial Pb2+ concentration, contact time, and solution temperature on the uptake of Pb2+ onto MCC–MnO2 were investigated using a batch system. Adsorption equilibrium could be achieved in 3 h for various studied initial concentrations, and a pseudo-second-order model could fit the adsorption behavior well. The equilibrium data could be well described by the Langmuir isotherm model, and the maximum monolayer adsorption capacity of MCC–MnO2 (with 7.98% MnO2 loading) for Pb2+ was estimated to be 247.5 mg/g at 313 K. Thermodynamic studies indicated a spontaneous and endothermic adsorption process. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) was used to analyze the adsorption mechanism, revealing that the chemical speciation of Pb2+ on MCC–MnO2 was similar to the compound PbO. Moreover, no variations in the valence of Mn were observed after adsorbing Pb2+. The regeneration study showed that the adsorption capacity retained about 89.6% of its initial value at the fifth sequential regeneration cycle, indicating that this material is an efficient and renewable hybrid adsorbent for Pb2+ removal.  相似文献

采用室温溶液挥发法合成了五种结构新颖的镧系配合物,其结构通式为[Ln(2,4-DFBA)3(phen)]2 (Ln=Sm 1, Eu2, Er 3, 2,4-DFBA为2,4二氟苯甲酸的简写,phen为1,10-菲啰啉的简写),[Ln(2-Cl-6-FBA)2(terpy)(NO3)(H2O)]2 (Ln=Tb4, Dy 5, 2-Cl-6-FBA为2-氯-6-氟苯甲酸的简写, terpy为2,2’:6’2’’-三联吡啶的简写)。五个配合物可以分为两个系列,使用不同的镧系离子作为中心离子。通过X射线单晶分析,5种配合物均属于单斜晶系,空间群为P21/n。配合物1,2和配合物3虽然具有相同的分子通式,但配位方式明显不同,形成了前者为9配位的松饼型,后者是8配位的双帽三棱柱几何构型。二维面状超分子结构的形成方式也明显不同,区别在于配合物1和2通过微弱的π-π堆积作用形成。配合物4和5是同构的,结构中引入了硝酸根离子较为有趣,通过C―H···F氢键和π-π堆积作...  相似文献

Certain practical and theoretical challenges surround the estimation of finite mixture models. One such challenge is how to determine the number of components when this is not assumed a priori. Available methods in the literature are primarily numerical and lack any substantial visualization component. Traditional numerical methods include the calculation of information criteria and bootstrapping approaches; however, such methods have known technical issues regarding the necessary regularity conditions for testing the number of components. The ability to visualize an appropriate number of components for a finite mixture model could serve to supplement the results from traditional methods or provide visual evidence when results from such methods are inconclusive. Our research fills this gap through development of a visualization tool, which we call a mixturegram. This tool is easy to implement and provides a quick way for researchers to assess the number of components for their hypothesized mixture model. Mixtures of univariate or multivariate data can be assessed. We validate our visualization assessments by comparing with results from information criteria and an ad hoc selection criterion based on calculations used for the mixturegram.
