The physical processes underlying micro-electrospray (micro-ES) performance were investigated using a stainless steel (SS) emitter with a blunt tip. Sheathless micro-ES could be generated at a blunt SS tip without any tapering or sanding if ESI conditions were optimized. The Taylor cone was found to shrink around the inner diameter of the SS tubing, which permitted a low flow rate of 150 nL/min for sheathless microspray on the blunt tip (100 microm i.d. x 400 microm o.d.). It is believed that the wettability and/or hydrophobicity of SS tips are responsible for their micro-ES performance. The outlet orifice was further nipped to reduce the size of the spray cone and limit the flow rate to 50-150 nL/min, resulting in peptide detection down to attomole quantities consumed per spectrum. The SS emitter was also integrated into a polymethylmethacrylate microchip and demonstrated satisfactory performance in the analysis and identification of a myoglobin digest.  相似文献

A rapid, sensitive and reliable high‐performance liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC‐MS/MS) method was developed and validated for simultaneous quantification of the five main bioactive components, calycosin, calycosin‐7‐O‐β‐d ‐glucoside, formononetin, astragaloside IV and schisandrin in rat plasma after oral administration of Shenqi Wuwei chewable tablets. Plasma samples were extracted using solid‐phase extraction separated on a CEC18 column and detected by MS with an electrospray ionization interface in multiple‐reaction monitoring mode. Calibration curves offered linear ranges of two orders of magnitude with r > 0.995. The method had a lower limit of quantitation of 0.1, 0.02, 0.1, 1 and 0.1 ng/mL for calycosin, calycosin‐7‐O‐β‐d ‐glucoside, formononetin, astragaloside IV and schisandrin, respectively. Intra‐ and inter‐day precisions (relative standard deviation) for all analytes ranged from 0.97 to 7.63% and from 3.45 to 10.89%, respectively. This method was successfully applied to the pharmacokinetic study of the five compounds in rats after oral administration of Shenqi Wuwei chewable tablets. 随着社会经济的快速发展,能源危机和环境污染问题成为世界各国关注的焦点.通过光催化剂将太阳能用于污染物降解、分解水产氢、CO2还原及有机物合成等领域,是解决上述问题的理想途径.过渡金属氧化物TiO2因其稳定性高、催化活性好、制备简单等优点,被认为是最理想的光催化材料.然而,TiO2带隙较宽、光响应范围窄、光量子效率低等缺点限制了其实际应用.将碳或Cr2O3与TiO2结合形成复合结构已被证明可以有效提升其光催化性能.另一方面,金属离子的掺杂可以有效提高氧化钛的可见光响应.本文利用具有高比表面积的金属有机骨架材料MIL-101(Cr)纳米材料作为模板、镉源和碳源,首先在MIL-101(Cr)表面可控生长TiO2纳米颗粒,获得MIL-101(Cr)@TiO2复合结构;然后在氮气保护下碳化形成Cr2O3/C@TiO2核壳型复合材料.碳化后,制备的复合材料具有模板的八面体形貌和高比表面积,MIL-101(Cr)中的Cr元素一部分会形成Cr2O3,一部分会掺杂到TiO2中,使得TiO2的吸收边红移.此外,Cr2O3/C@TiO2中的C有利于光的吸收和载流子的分离.这种独特的纳米结构赋予Cr2O3/C@TiO2复合材料优异的光催化性能.在300 W氙灯照射下,该复合材料光解水产氢的速率为446μmol h?1 g?1,约为纯TiO2的4倍.在可见光照射下,Cr2O3/C@TiO2分解水产氢的速率为25.5μmol h?1 g?1.将获得的粉体催化剂制备成光电极发现,Cr2O3/C@TiO2在全幅光照射下的光电流密度在0.4 V(vs.Ag/AgCl)下达到2.3 mA/cm2,约为纯TiO2的3.5倍.Cr2O3/C@TiO2光催化产氢活性的提高一方面是由于Cr掺杂到TiO2中使得其具有可见光响应,另一方面MIL-101碳化获得的Cr2O3/C有效促进了光生载流子的分离.  相似文献

In reverse-mode polymer-stabilised cholesteric texture (PSCT), the dynamic response is derived from local director reorientation governed by dielectric coupling effect/self-assembly and polymer network deformation. A double exponential rise/decay model is proposed to investigate the underlying physical mechanisms. Through simulation of the transient rise and decay processes, the polymer network deformation in PSCT can be quantitatively evaluated. Less deformation and faster restoration speed of the polymer network can suppress hysteresis. These results provide useful guidelines for future PSCT fabrication and performance optimisation.  相似文献

Hydrodefluorination (HDF) is a very important fundamental transformation for conversion of the C−F bond into the C−H bond in organic synthesis. In the past decade, much progress has been achieved with HDF through the utility of low-valent metals, transition-metal complexes and main-group Lewis acids. Recently, novel methods have been introduced for this purpose through photo- and electrochemical pathways, which are of great significance, due to their considerable environmental and economical advantages. This Review highlights the HDF of fluorinated organic compounds (FOCs) through photo- and electrochemical strategies, along with mechanistic insights.  相似文献

前人已对开链烷烃,烯烃,炔烃,甚至一些烃的衍生物的通式给予了总结[1]。对于一些简单的脂环烃给予了概括[2],但对于分子的结构式中含有多个环的脂环烃的通式并未给予总结。当某一脂环烃分子结构式中含有较多环时, 若根据碳原子的四价键对分子中每个碳原子上所连氢原子进行加和来确定氢原子的总数目显然很繁琐, 所以找出脂环烃分子中氢原子和碳原子的数目关系就显得很迫切了。  相似文献
