Carbon nanotube bundles are promising thermal interfacial materials due to their excellent thermal and mechanical characteristics.In this study,the phonon dispersion relations and density of states of the single-wall carbon nanotube bundles are calculated by using the force constant model.The calculation results show that the inter-tube interaction leads to a significant frequency raise of the low frequency modes.To verify the applied calculation method,the specific heat of a single single-wall carbon nanotube is calculated first based on the obtained phonon dispersion relations and the results coincide well with the experimental data.Moreover,the specific heat of the bundles is calculated and exhibits a slight reduction at low temperatures in comparison with that of the single tube.The thermal conductivity of the bundles at low temperatures is calculated by using the ballistic transport model.The calculation results indicate that the inter-tube interaction,i.e.van der Waals interaction,hinders heat transfer and cannot be neglected at extremely low temperatures.For(5,5) bundles,the relative difference of the thermal conductivity caused by ignoring inter-tube effect reaches the maximum value of 26% around 17 K,which indicates the significant inter-tube interaction effect on the thermal conductivity at low temperatures.  相似文献

碱性介质中,CdTe量子点能够强烈地增强鲁米诺-KMnO4体系的化学发光,间苯二酚对该体系的化学发光有很强的抑制作用.该文结合流动注射分析法,建立了测定间苯二酚的新方法,并对可能的反应机理进行了探讨.结果表明,在优化实验条件下,间苯二酚在1.0×10-9 ~5.0×10-5 mol/L的浓度范围内与发光强度呈良好的线性关系,检出限(S/N=3)为8.0×10-10 mol/L.对于1.0×10-7 mol/L间苯二酚,测定11次的相对标准偏差为2.6%.将该体系用于水样中间苯二酚的测定,回收率为96% ~104%,相对标准偏差为1.9% ~3.3%.  相似文献

Helicon plasma sources are known as efficient generators of uniform and high density plasma. A helicon plasma source was developed for the investigation of plasma stripping and plasma lenses at the Institute of Modern Physics, CAS. In this paper, the characteristics of helicon plasma have been studied by using a Langmuir four-probe and a high plasma density up to 3.9× 10^13/cm^3 has been achieved with the Nagoya type III antenna. In the experiment, several important phenomena were found: (1) for a given magnetic induction intensity, the plasma density became greater with the increase of RF power; (2) helicon mode appeared at RF power between 300 W and 400 W; (3) the plasma density gradually tended to saturation as the RF power increased to the higher power; (4) a higher plasma density can be obtained by a good match between the RF power and the magnetic field distribution. The key issue is how to optimize the matching between the RF power and the magnetic field. Moreover, some tests on the extraction of ion beams were performed, and preliminary results are given. The problems which existed in the helicon ion source will be discussed and the increase in beam density will be expected by extraction system optimum.  相似文献
