混沌电路电容参数的选择优化

通过测试蔡氏电路中关键元件的电压特性关系,给出了混沌电路稳定出现八倍周期分岔现象时电路对元件性能的要求. 实验发现相移电容的电压稳定性是实验的关键.     

微波光学组合实验中大角度入射时反射波波强极大方向的确定

利用PASCO微波光学组合实验装置,分析了微波大角度反射偏离反射定律的原因,给出了可视为大角度入射时的最小入射角,定量地计算了大角度入射时微波反射波极大时的反射角.     

Gatemon Qubit Based on a Thin InAs-Al Hybrid Nanowire

We study a gate-tunable superconducting qubit(gatemon) based on a thin InAs-Al hybrid nanowire.Using a gate voltage to control its Josephson energy,the gatemon can reach the strong coupling regime to a microwave cavity.In the dispersive regime,we extract the energy relaxation time T₁～0.56 μs and the dephasing time T₂*～0.38 μs.Since thin In As-Al nanowires can have fewer or single sub-band occupation and recent transport experiment shows the existence of nearly quantized zer...
