Bi2Te3拓扑绝缘体表面颗粒化铅膜诱导的超导邻近效应

拓扑绝缘体的出现为寻找拓扑超导体和Majorana费米子提供了一种可能的途径. 在拓扑绝缘体Bi₂Te₃表面沉积极薄的不连续铅膜, 试图通过邻近效应感应出大片的超导区, 为下一步研究拓扑超导电性创造条件.借助四引线电输运测量实验, 在0.25 K的低温下看到了超流现象, 表明沉积在Bi₂Te₃表面的厚度小于20 nm的颗粒化铅膜能够诱导邻近效应, 并且使大片Bi₂Te₃超导. 关键词： 超导邻近效应 S-N-S结 拓扑绝缘体     

石墨烯量子霍尔平台与平台之间转变的标度律关系

在2到50 K温度范围内测量了单层石墨烯量子霍尔平台与平台之间转变的标度律关系. 发现石墨烯的标度律指数κ不是普适的,在低温段的κ大约是0.13,在高温段的κ大约是0.33. 这一结果进一步验证了石墨烯中长程散射的主导地位. 关键词： 石墨烯 量子霍尔效应 标度律     

Observation of Weak Anti-Localization and Electron-Electron Interaction on Few-Layer 1T′-MoTe_2 Thin Films

Electronic transports of few-layer 1T'-MoTe_2 films are measured at temperatures down to 0.26 K. The lowtemperature conductivity exhibits logarithmic temperature dependence and negative magneto response. The negative magnetoconductivity can be well fitted by the two-dimensional weak anti-localization theory taking a single channel of electrons into account, with the parameters α≈-0.5 and l_φ∝ T~(-0 5). The logarithmic temperature dependence has a positive slope κ≈0.75, indicating the dominance of electron-electron interaction over the weak anti-localization effect, with an apparently negative Coulomb screening factor F that demands future work for clarification.     

Transport Studies on GaAs/AlGaAs Two-Dimensional Electron Systems Modulated by Triangular Array of Antidots

Triangular antidot lattices of various periods and aspect ratios are fabricated on high mobility GaAs/AlGaAs two-dimensional electron systems(2DESs),and are characterized by magneto-transport measurements at low temperatures down to 300 mK. Commensurability peaks are generally observed in the magneto-resistivity ρ_(xx),and remarkable similarity between dρ_(xy)/dB and ρ_(xx) is found. In samples of relatively large aspect ratio d/a, the Aharonov-Bohm-type oscillations are clearly observed in both ρ_(xx) and ρ_(xy), as well as the quenching of the Hall resistivity ρ_(xy) in the vicinity of B = 0. These observations evince the good quality of our samples, and attest to the adequate preparation for fabricating antidot lattices of a reduced period to realize artificial graphene from GaAs/AlGaAs 2DESs.     

机械剥离法制备石墨烯纳米带及其低温电输运性质研究

用机械剥离法制备了数10 μm长的石墨烯纳米带,并在0.3 K的低温下对其电输运性质进行了测量研究,看到了法布里-珀罗干涉现象. 实验结果表明,机械剥离法得到的石墨烯纳米带具有很高的质量,使得其中的电子在低温下能够形成一个很好的一维体系. 关键词： 石墨烯纳米带 机械剥离法 法布里-珀罗干涉

Spatially resolved gap closing in single Josephson junctions constructed on Bi_2Te_3 surface

Full gap closing is a prerequisite for hosting Majorana zero modes in Josephson junctions on the surface of topological insulators.Previously,we have observed direct experimental evidence of gap closing in Josephson junctions constructed on Bi_2Te_3 surface.In this paper we report further investigations on the position dependence of gap closing as a function of magnetic flux in single Josephson junctions constructed on Bi_2Te_3 surface.

Magneto-Transport and Shubnikov–de Haas Oscillations in the Type-Ⅱ Weyl Semimetal Candidate NbIrTe_4 Flake

We report on magnetoresistance, Hall effect, and quantum Shubnikov–de Haas oscillation(SdH) experiments in NbIrTe4 single crystals, which was recently predicted to be a type-II Weyl semimetal. NbIrTe_4 manifests a non-saturating and parabolic magnetoresistance at low temperatures. The magneto-transport measurements show that NbIrTe_4 is a multiband system. The analysis of the SdH oscillations reveals four distinct oscillation frequencies. Combined with the density-functional theory calculations, we show that they come from two types of Fermi surfaces: electron pocket E_1 and hole pocket H_2.
