拓扑绝缘体的出现为寻找拓扑超导体和Majorana费米子提供了一种可能的途径. 在拓扑绝缘体Bi2Te3表面沉积极薄的不连续铅膜, 试图通过邻近效应感应出大片的超导区, 为下一步研究拓扑超导电性创造条件.借助四引线电输运测量实验, 在0.25 K的低温下看到了超流现象, 表明沉积在Bi2Te3表面的厚度小于20 nm的颗粒化铅膜能够诱导邻近效应, 并且使大片Bi2Te3超导. 关键词: 超导邻近效应 S-N-S结 拓扑绝缘体  相似文献

Electronic transports of few-layer 1T'-MoTe_2 films are measured at temperatures down to 0.26 K. The lowtemperature conductivity exhibits logarithmic temperature dependence and negative magneto response. The negative magnetoconductivity can be well fitted by the two-dimensional weak anti-localization theory taking a single channel of electrons into account, with the parameters α≈-0.5 and l_φ∝ T~(-0 5). The logarithmic temperature dependence has a positive slope κ≈0.75, indicating the dominance of electron-electron interaction over the weak anti-localization effect, with an apparently negative Coulomb screening factor F that demands future work for clarification.  相似文献

以商用高灵敏度红外探测器TPS434为研究对象,测量了其灵敏度随温度(280~10K)、辐射的调制频率、磁场变化(0~6T)的相关信息。从实验结果得到:TPS434的灵敏度随着温度降低而降低,随辐射的调制频率增加而衰减,但是低温下的衰减速率变缓,说明探测器的弛豫时间变短;热电堆的温差电动势在低温下会随磁场发生线性变化,可以通过线性拟合扣除磁场对测量结果的影响。由实验所得数据估算等效噪声功率NEP以及最小可检测功率Pmin,对TPS434作为THz探测器的可行性进行了分析。  相似文献

采用水热法、以氯化铝为铝源对硅藻土(De)进行改性,通过浸渍法将亚铁氰化铜(KCu HCF)纳米颗粒负载于改性De表面,制备出γ-Al OOH/De-KCu HCF和γ-Al2O3/De-KCu HCF两种复合吸附剂,对所制备的吸附剂进行了表征,并研究了其对Cs+的吸附性能。结果表明,所制备吸附剂具有优异的Cs+吸附性能,γ-Al OOH/De-KCu HCF和γ-Al2O3/De-KCu HCF最高吸附容量分别可达75.44、84.02 mg·g-1,γ-Al2O3/De-KCu HCF对模拟卤水中Cs+的吸附率高达97.55%;以3 mol·L-1NH4NO3为脱附剂,经3级连续脱附后,γ-Al2O3/De-KCu HCF的Cs+脱附率...  相似文献

Triangular antidot lattices of various periods and aspect ratios are fabricated on high mobility GaAs/AlGaAs two-dimensional electron systems(2DESs),and are characterized by magneto-transport measurements at low temperatures down to 300 mK. Commensurability peaks are generally observed in the magneto-resistivity ρ_(xx),and remarkable similarity between dρ_(xy)/dB and ρ_(xx) is found. In samples of relatively large aspect ratio d/a, the Aharonov-Bohm-type oscillations are clearly observed in both ρ_(xx) and ρ_(xy), as well as the quenching of the Hall resistivity ρ_(xy) in the vicinity of B = 0. These observations evince the good quality of our samples, and attest to the adequate preparation for fabricating antidot lattices of a reduced period to realize artificial graphene from GaAs/AlGaAs 2DESs.  相似文献

2甲-基-3-甲氧基-4-苯基丁酸(MMPB)法是检测微囊藻毒素(Microcystins,MC)的重要方法之一。本文研究了温度、pH值、反应时间和氧化剂浓度等实验参数的影响,并在优化条件下采用气相色谱法对水中的微囊藻毒素进行检测。实验得到的最佳反应条件为:pH=9,初始反应温度2℃反应1 h,再升温至25℃反应2 h;KMnO4的初始浓度为0.0156 mol/L。本法对水溶液中的微囊藻的检出限为0.0225μg,回收率为93.5%。  相似文献

本文介绍了一台用于交流小讯号测量的低温恒温器.利用内液池减压,最低温度可达1.370K,并且在测量功率为0.15mW时,内液池液氦可以维持样品温度在1.4K达20小时以上.系统装置了在8T的背景磁场内最高可达0.18T的交变调制场,从而可以实现利用双交流法精细测量磁阻或霍耳系数随磁场变化的函数关系.试验结果表明,此恒温器具有低液氦蒸发量和可从1.3~300K连续控温的特点.用此装置对Co膜的霍尔系数测量的实验中,霍尔电压变化量的测量精度达到了0.5nV.  相似文献

With thermal fluctuation strongly suppressed, low temperature environment is essential for studies of condensed matter physics and developments of quantum technologies. Ultra-low temperature below 20 mK has demonstrated its importance and significance in physical sciences and information techniques. Dilution refrigeration is by far the best feasible and reliable method to generate and keep lattice temperature in this range. With a potential shortage of helium supply, cryogen-free dilution refrigerator (CFDR), eliminating the necessity of regular helium refill, becomes the main facility for the purpose of creating ultralow temperature environments. Here we describe our successful construction of a CFDR which reached a base temperature of around 10.9 mK for continuous circulation and 8.6 mK for single-shot operation. We describe its operating mechanism and the designs of key components, especially some unique designs including heat switch and alumina thermal link. Possible improvements in the future are also discussed.  相似文献

We report on magnetoresistance, Hall effect, and quantum Shubnikov–de Haas oscillation(SdH) experiments in NbIrTe4 single crystals, which was recently predicted to be a type-II Weyl semimetal. NbIrTe_4 manifests a non-saturating and parabolic magnetoresistance at low temperatures. The magneto-transport measurements show that NbIrTe_4 is a multiband system. The analysis of the SdH oscillations reveals four distinct oscillation frequencies. Combined with the density-functional theory calculations, we show that they come from two types of Fermi surfaces: electron pocket E_1 and hole pocket H_2.  相似文献
