碳纳米管场发射特性的研究

自1995年首次报道碳纳米管电子场发射实验研究以来,碳纳米管被认为是最具应用潜力的电子场发射极,特别是近几年碳纳米管合成技术的发展更促进了碳纳米管作为场发射电子源的研究。本论文对碳纳米管作为场发射电子源的研究进行了系统的总结,简洁地介绍了碳纳米管电子场发射研究的方法、理论、主要发现及意义。     

聚丁二炔(Polydiacetylenes)链中的Raman散射

本文研究聚丁二炔链中的Raman散射。在其禁带中有一些分立的Raman激活声子振动模,它们不会与电子系统强烈地耦合,故在处理电子-声子作用时,只考虑一级近似是合理的。对于单声子散射,其散射截面与3粒子Green函数相关,在Flartree-Fock 近似和无规位相近似(RPA)下,推导了该体系的3粒子Green函数,数值计算了其Raman散射幅度,能较好地符合实验事实。

一维类梳状光子晶体中的缺陷模研究

本文研究了一种一维类梳状光子晶体的事结构及缺陷态对带隙的影响。发现这种结构的带隙来源于结构 周期性及所接分支所形成的共振态。通过移去或插入一定数目的缺陷分支在带隙中将形成局域态，通过对透射系数的研究，发现局域态以窄的尖峰形式出现在透射谱中，并且，局域态的性质与所接缺陷的数目、缺陷分支的长度及所接的位置有关。     

Transmission Loss due to Modes Conversion Caused by Random Surface Imperfections in Left-Handed-Material Slab Waveguides

Based on the orthogonality relations among the modes in left-handed-material （LHM） slab waveguides （SWGs）, we derive the coupled equations among the modes caused by imperfect surfaces, and compute the transmission loss due to mode conversion. The computation shows that the transmission loss is very large, which is due to three facts： （1） there exist slow waves in the LHM SWG, whose electric field is mainly distributed in the surface; （2） the absence of fundamental node-less modes, so the fundamental modes have a node, whose electric field is also mainly distributed in the surface, and （3） the different focusing effects of the random RHM and LHM imperfections cause the electric field to suffer from severe deformations aggravated by the electric field distribution of the guided wave and the slow wave, which of course dissipates the power carried by the guided wave more severely. Therefore, we can safely conclude that the LHM SWG is unsuitable for transmitting the fundamental modes with a node.     

载流子迁移率对单层有机发光二极管复合效率的影响

建立了在单层有机发光二极管中电场强度不太大(E≤104Vcm)的情况下,载流子注入、传输和复合的理论模型.通过求解非线性Painleve方程得出了电场强度随坐标变化的解析函数关系式以及电流密度随电压变化关系,给出了电流密度以及器件的复合效率在不同的载流子迁移率情况下随电压变化关系图像.结果表明,复合效率受载流子迁移率影响较大,在器件中多数载流子应具有较低的迁移率,而少数载流子应具有较高的迁移率,这样有利于载流子的注入和传输,从而可提高发光效率.并且得出当空穴迁移率大于电子迁移率时,复合区域偏向阴极,反之亦 关键词： 单层有机发光二极管 复合效率 迁移率     

有机层界面对双层有机发光二极管复合效率的影响

建立了双层有机发光二极管中载流子在有机层界面复合的无序跳跃理论模型.由于有机分子材料的空间及能带结构的无序性，采用刚体模型处理有机层界面问题是不恰当的，而采用无序跳跃模型比较合理.复合效率及复合电流由载流子跳跃距离、有机层界面的有效势垒高度及该界面处的电场强度分布所决定：在双层器件ITO/α-NPD/Alq₃/Al中，当所加电压小于19.5V时，复合效率随着载流子跳跃距离的增加而增加，而大于19.5V时，复合效率随着其距离的增加而减少；复合效率随着有机层界面有效势垒高度的增加而增加； 关键词： 有机层界面 双层有机发光二极管 复合效率 有效势垒高度 无序跳跃模型     

掺Perylene的PVK薄膜荧光谱及发光机理

用高荧光效率的有机染料芘(perylene)掺杂聚乙烯咔唑(PVK),其荧光光谱与芘的发射光谱基本一致,而且亮度比纯芘发光提高十多倍,说明发光主要来自芘分子,并在PVK和perylene之间存在十分有效的能量传递或电荷转移过程,荧光谱强度随掺杂浓度的变化关系说明存在一个最佳的掺杂浓度比.分析PVK和perylene之间可能发生的能量转移过程,认为从PVK到perylene这种能量转移与实验不符;分析PVK和perylene薄膜的光致发光过程,认为从(PVK+)→(perylene+)和从(PVK-)→(p     

Recombination Efficiency in Double-Layer Organic Light-Emitting Devices

We analyse the influence of properties of organic/organic interface (OOI) on the characteristics of recombination efficiency of organic double-layer light-emitting diodes. Based on the disordered hopping theory model, spatial and energetic disorder of hopping states are also discussed for the case of space charge limited currents in hole transmitting layers but injection-limited currents in electron transporting layers. The results show that the recombination efficiency increases firstly and then decreases for different OOI parameters, and there is a maximum value changed with different spatial disorder parameters and energetic disorder scale. Different spatial disorder parameters make carrier mobilities change greatly, and the energetic disorder scale causes various localized state densities. Our calculated results are qualitatively in agreement with the experimental data.
