共轭聚合物中库仑作用对定域激发的影响

利用紧束缚哈密顿量计算共轭聚合物(conjugated polymers)中库仑作用对于电中性的定域激发态的影响。对于反式(CH)_x计算了激子谱,重新计算了光吸收系数,对边缘部分进行了修正,所得到的结果与实验符合。 关键词：     

含铂卤素桥接混合价化合物的掺杂与电导

本文提出一个描述掺杂的含铂卤素桥接混合价化合物(HMPC)的模型Hamiltonian,利用Green函数方法计算了掺杂的HMPC的电导,详细讨论了掺杂的感应缺陷态,得到与实验符合得较好的结果。     

多孔硅表面钝化对其发光性能的影响

报道多孔硅（ＰＳ）的表面钝化对其光致发光（ＰＬ）和电致发光（ＥＬ）的影响,ＰＬ和ＥＬ谱表明,经钝化处理的ＰＳ的ＰＬ和ＥＬ强度明显增强,且发光峰位较大蓝移;存放实验表明,经钝化处理的ＰＳ的ＰＬ和ＥＬ发光强度和发光峰位具较好的稳定性;Ｉ～Ｖ曲线显示,经钝化处理的ＰＳ发光器件具有较低的劝电压,结结果表明：用钝化处理的方法是几ＰＬ和ＥＬ强度和稳定性及改善器件性能的有效途径。     

手性碳纳米管能带特性的研究

探讨手性（chiral）单层碳纳米管（SWNTs）电子结构的主要特点。提出了确定与Fermi能级EF=0相交或相近的子能带指数J及相关的波矢ky值的方法。并直接从A-B效应出发,导出了任意手性角的SWNTs在磁场中发生金属—半导体连续转换的条件,同时对其能隙变化规律进行了详细讨论。     

正丁胺对激光染料荧光谱影响的研究

用正丁胺作为碳源,采用射频辉光放电制备碳膜,选用激光染料R6G和聚乙二醇混合液作为蒸气源,采用单源热蒸发,在蒸发室与染料同时沉积得到混合膜,用拉曼光谱和红外光谱分析了碳膜的结构和键合方式,分析表明:碳膜中存在胺基团和氢原子.混合膜的荧光谱测量结果表明,认为正丁胺对染料荧光谱的影响是因为胺基和氢原子的存在.     

A New Conducting Polymer Electrode for Organic Electroluminescence Devices

Conducting polymer polydimethylsiloxane （PDMS） is studied for the high performance electrode of organic electroluminescence devices. A method to prepare the electrode consisting of a SiC thin film and PDMS is investigated. By using ultra thin SiC films with different thicknesses, the organic electroluminescence devices are obtained in an ultra vacuum system with the model device PDMS/SiC/PPV/Alq3, where PPV is poly para-phenylene vinylene and Alq3 is tris（S-hydroxyquinoline） aluminium. The capacitance voltage （C - V）, capacitance-frequency （C - F）, current-voltage （I - V）, radiation intensity-voltage （R - V） and luminance eFficiency-voltage （E - V） measurements are systematically studied to investigate the conductivity, Fermi alignment and devices properties in organic semiconductors. Scanning Kelvin probe measurement shows that the work function of PDMS/SiC anode with a 2.5-nm SiC over layer can be increased by as much as 0.28eV, compared to the conventional ITO anode. The result is attributed to the charge transfer effect and ohmic contacts at the interface.     

双层有机发光二极管中复合效率和复合区域宽度的研究

本文建立了双层有机发光二极管中载流子的注入、输运和复合的理论模型.模型中采用了较合理的无序跳跃模型来处理界面问题.计算和讨论了空穴传输层厚度和内界面处的空穴势垒对器件复合效率和复合区域宽度的影响.结果表明:器件结构的变化导致电场强度在器件中的重新分布,空穴传输层厚度和内界面处空穴势垒的变化对器件的复合效率和复合区域宽度有重要影响.     

The rehybridization of electronic orbitals in carbon nanotubes

Rehybridization of electronic orbitals in carbon nanotubes contains tilting angles of π orbital, electrons wavefunctions of π orbital and a orbital, degrees of hybridization, etc. In this paper, we have obtained analytical formulas of tilting angle of π orbital relative to tube surface, electrons wavefunctions of π orbital and a orbital, degrees of hybridization, separately, as well as the numerical results.     

Focusing Properties in Photonic Crystal Structure Formed by Air Holes in Dielectric Background with Concave Interface

We investigate the focusing properties of photonic crystal structures with a concavo-concave as the photonic crystal boundary. The photonic crystal is constituted by air holes parallelly distributed in a uniform dielectric. A good-quality focus of a plane wave can appear out of the photonic crystal structure, and a strong far field focus is also formed from the photonic crystal interface. A negative-refractive beam at the frequency 0.195 （2πc/α） for the excited Bloch wave mode near the Brillouin zone edges under all incident angles are obtained by simulation.
