Quantized Conductance of Majorana Zero Mode in the Vortex of the Topological Superconductor(Li_(0.84)Fe_(0.16))OHFeSe 下载免费PDF全文
The Major ana zero mode(MZM), which manifests as an exotic neutral excitation in superconductors, is the building block of topological quantum computing. It has recently been found in the vortices of several iron-based superconductors as a zero-bias conductance peak in tunneling spectroscopy. In particular, a clean and robust MZM has been observed in the cores of free vortices in(Li_(0.84)Fe_(0.16))OHFeSe. Here using scanning tunneling spectroscopy, we demonstrate that Major ana-induced resonant Andreev reflection occurs between the STM tip and this zero-bias bound state,and consequently, the conductance at zero bias is quantized as 2e~2/h. Our results present a hallmark signature of the MZM in the vortex of an intrinsic topological superconductor, together with its intriguing behavior. 相似文献

根据大型结构全尺度分布式高精度温度测量要求,组合应用布里渊时域分析(BOTDA)技术和光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)温度传感技术,设计了一种由BOTDA分析仪、FBG解调仪、共线传感探头和光开关组成的温度传感测试系统。实验测试证明,该系统具备大范围分布式温度测量与局部高精度温度测量功能,而且实现了BOTDA测温技术与FBG温度传感技术的有效互补,解决了测量范围和测量精度的矛盾问题,并且具有良好的温度重复性,达到了预期的设计要求。该共线测试技术方案在大规模结构温度监测中具有广阔的应用前景。 相似文献

The Kondo effect in two-dimensionai manganese phthalocyanine (MnPc) self-assembled monolayer films on P5(111) islands is studied by low-temperature scanning tunneling microscopy. Variation of the Kondo temperature from 50 K to 300 K at different molecule adsorption sites is revealed. It is shown that the variation is mainly due to the change in the width of d orbital, rather than the shift of its energy. The two-dimensional dI/dV mapping reveals the periodic modulation of the Kondo resonance in the self-assembled MnPc monolayer. 相似文献

作为凝聚态物理中一类新奇准粒子态,Majorana零能模(Majorana zero mode)由于可用来实现拓扑量子计算而成为当前的研究热点.理论预言,Majorana零能模可作为特殊的束缚态出现在一些拓扑超导体的磁通涡旋中.但实际超导体磁通中还可能存在其他低能束缚态或杂质态,这给Majorana零能模的辨别和具体应用带来了困难.目前实验上寻找合适的拓扑超导体系、分辨出清晰的Majorana零能模仍然是十分迫切的.本文主要介绍最近利用高能量分辨的扫描隧道显微镜,对电子掺杂铁硒类超导体(Li,Fe)OHFeSe和单层FeSe/SrTiO3磁通态进行的研究.实验上在前者的自由磁通中观测到清晰的零能模,并进一步测量到Majorana零能模的重要特征—量子化电导.而在后者磁通中只发现常规Caroli-de Gennes-Matricon(CdGM)束缚态,反映出s波对称性的特征.这系列实验既为Majorana零能模物性的进一步研究提供了合适平台,也为澄清铁基超导体中拓扑超导电性的来源提供了线索. 相似文献

为提高布里渊时域分析的传感精度,探寻一种相同条件下传感更为稳定、精确的传感光纤,通过实验得到一种布里渊频移与温度拟合线性度约为1的传感光纤.理论上分析了布里渊散射谱线宽度对温度传感测量精度的影响机制,在布里渊时域分析系统实验中分别以普通单模光纤与非零色散位移光纤(G.655)为传感光纤,测出在一定温度变化范围内标定点的布里渊散射谱线宽度和频移值.实验结果表明,非零色散位移光纤的布里渊散射谱线宽度随温度变化比较稳定,具有较高的传感精度.因此以G.655光纤为传感光纤更利于长距离监测场传感精度的提高. 相似文献
