利用长度为20mm的周期极化化学计量比掺氧化镁钽酸锂晶体(PP-MgO: SLT),实现了转换效率为11.8%的单程连续外腔准相位匹配(QPM)倍频,此时1064nm基频光的输入功率为7.69W,获得的532nm倍频光的输出功率为905mW。实验中可以发现,在不同的基频光聚焦条件和输入功率下,对应最大倍频输出的晶体温控炉的设定温度也要随之改变。此外,对允许角和允许温度也进行了研究,实验结果和理论结果符合的很好。  相似文献

A pulsed nanosecond optical parametric generator (OPG) in periodically poled lithium niobate (PPLN) crysal is presented. The pump laser is an acousto-optically Q-switched Nd:YVO4 laser with the maximum average power of 6.58 W. When the repetition rate is 50kHz and the pulse width of the pump source is 80ns, the maximum average total output power of the single-pass PPLN OPG is about 1.9 W, which includes 1.322 W of 1.536μm signal radiation. The length of the PPLN crystal is only 38.7mm (at room temperature) with a grating period of 28.93μm (at room temperature). The 1.502-1.536μm signal radiation and 3.652-3.465μm idler radiation are obtained by adjusting the PPLN crystal temperature from 155℃ to 250℃.  相似文献

We report a high-repetition-rate optical parametric generator (OPG) with a periodically poled lithium niobate (PPLN) crystal pumped by an acousto-optically Q-switched CW-diode-end-pumped Nd:YVO_4 laser. For the maximum 1064nm pump power of 970mW, the maximum conversion efficiency is 32.9% under the conditions of 250℃, 1064nm pulse repetition rate of 22.6kHz and pulse width of 12ns, and the PPLN OPG threshold in the collinear case is less than 23.7μJ. The output power increases with the increase of the crystal temperature. The 1485-1553nm signal wave and 3383-3754nm idler wave are obtained by changing the temperature and the angle of the PPLN crystal.  相似文献

The distribution of pump light and signal light in Yb3+-doped double-cladding fiber laser is analyzed based on a rate equation model. Numerical simulation results are obtained. The numerical solution of the rate equation is shown to be in excellent agreement with the experimental data.  相似文献

We have made a gain-switched all-solid-state quasi-continuous-wave (QCW) tunable Ti:sapphire laser system, which is pumped by a 532 nm intracavity frequency-doubled Nd:YAG laser. Based on the theory of gain-switching and the study on the influencing factors of the output pulse width, an effective method for obtaining high power and narrow pulse width output is proposed. Through deliberately designing the pump source and the resonator of the Ti:sapphire laser, when the repetition rate is 6 kHz and the length of the cavity is 220 mm, at an incident pump power of 22 W, the tunable Ti:sapphire laser from 700 to 950nm can be achieved. It has a maximum average output power of 5.6W at 800nm and the pulse width of 13.2 ns, giving an optical conversion efficiency of 25.5% from the 532 mn pump laser to the Ti:sapphire laser.  相似文献

报道了一台高功率内腔倍频全固态Nd:YAG绿光激光器,针对KTP晶体热效应和激光热稳定腔,采取了对KTP晶体进行低温冷却的优化措施,以便减少KTP晶体的热效应导致的相位失配,同时兼顾了Nd:YAG棒的热致双折射效应和KTP晶体热透镜效应,设计了热稳定谐振腔;实验中采用80个20 W激光二极管阵列侧面抽运Nd:YAG棒和Ⅱ类相位匹配KTP晶体(在27℃时相位匹配角为φ=23.6°;θ=90°,尺寸为7 mm×7 mm×10 mm)内腔倍频技术,谐振腔腔长为530 mm,KTP晶体的冷却温度为4.3 ℃,抽运电流为18.3 A时,实现平均功率达104 W、脉冲宽度为130 ns的532 nm激光输出;其重复频率为20.7 kHz.光-光转换效率为10.2%.  相似文献

针对利用周期极化晶体实现的抽运光角度调谐准相位匹配(QPM)光学参量振荡器(OPO)进行了系统的理论分析,给出了描述QPM OPO中抽运光旋转角与三波波长关系的精确公式和近轴公式.研究发现,对信号光单谐振的情况而言,抽运光与空闲光沿晶体x轴的同侧出射,而对空闲光单谐振而言,抽运光与信号光沿晶体x轴的同侧出射.另外,信号光单谐振下信号光与空闲光间的夹角要大于空闲光单谐振下两者间的夹角.更重要的是,信号光单谐振时的波长调谐速度也较空闲光单谐振时的大. 关键词: 准相位匹配 空闲光单谐振光学参量振荡器 抽运光角度调谐 调谐速度  相似文献

We report a tunable quasi-phase-matched optical parametric generator (OPG) with different wedge angles, pumped by a commercially available Q-switched diode-pumped Nd:YVO4 laser with a repetition of 50 kHz. The nonlinear crystal is a periodically poled MgO-doped LiNbO3 (PPMgOLN) with a period of 30 μm. A congruent bulk LiNbO3 (LN) with three different wedge angles of 0°, 4°, and 9° is placed in front of PPMgOLN. Rapid tuning has been achieved by simply moving the LN crystal along its lateral direction and over 60-mW average signal output power was obtained in the whole wavelength tuning range of 1539-1570 nm.  相似文献
