Air-stable ambipolar organic field effect transistors with heterojunction of pentacene and N,N'-bis(4-trifluoromethylben-zyl)perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic diimide 下载免费PDF全文
Fabrication of ambipolar organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) is
essential for the achievement of an organic complementary logic
circuit. Ambipolar transports in OFETs with heterojunction
structures are realized. We select pentacene as a P-type material and
N,N'-bis(4-trifluoromethylben-zyl)perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic
diimide (PTCDI-TFB) as a n-type material in the active layer of the
OFETs. The field-effect transistor shows highly air-stable ambipolar
characteristics with a field-effect hole mobility of
0.18~cm2/(V.s) and field-effect electron mobility of
0.031~cm2/(V.s). Furthermore the mobility only slightly
decreases after being exposed to air and remains stable even for
exposure to air for more than 60 days. The high electron affinity of
PTCDI-TFB and the octadecyltrichlorosilane (OTS) self-assembly
monolayer between the SiO2 gate dielectric and the organic
active layer result in the observed air-stable characteristics of
OFETs with high mobility. The results demonstrate that using the OTS
as a modified gate insulator layer and using high electron affinity
semiconductor materials are two effective methods to fabricate OFETs
with air-stable characteristics and high mobility. 相似文献

We investigate the influence of blurred ways on pattern recognition of a Barabasi-Albert scale-free Hopfield neural network (SFHN) with a small amount of errors. Pattern recognition is an important function of information processing in brain. Due to heterogeneous degree of scale-free network, different blurred ways have different influences on pattern recognition with same errors. Simulation shows that among partial recognition, the larger loading ratio (the number of patterns to average degree P/ (k) ) is, the smaller the overlap of SFHN is. The influence of directed (large) way is largest and the directed (small) way is smallest while random way is intermediate between them. Under the ratio of the numbers of stored patterns to the size of the network PIN is less than O. 1 conditions, there are three families curves of the overlap corresponding to directed (small), random and directed (large) blurred ways of patterns and these curves are not associated with the size of network and the number of patterns. This phenomenon only occurs in the SFHN. These conclusions are benefit for understanding the relation between neural network structure and brain function. 相似文献

We investigate responses of the Hodgkin-Huxley globally neuronal systems to periodic spike-train inputs. The firing activities of the neuronal networks show different rhythmic patterns for different parameters. These rhyth- mic patterns can be used to explain cycles of firing in real brain. These activity patterns, average activity and coherence measure are affected by two quantities such as the percentage of excitatory couplings and stimulus intensity, in which the percentage of excitatory couplings is more important than stimulus intensity since the transition phenomenon of average activity comes about. 相似文献
