We report on the implementation of a KTP optical parametric oscillator pumped by a pulsed tunable Ti:sapphire laser. Two major improvements were achieved, including the connection of the signal and idler tuning ranges and the high-output conversion efficiency through the signal and idler tuning ranges. Both in the signal and idler, the continuous output wavelength from 1.261 to 2.532μm was obtained by varying the pump wavelength from 0.7 to 0.98μm. The maximum output pulse energy was 27.2mJ and the maximum conversion efficiency was 35.7% at 1.311μm (signal).  相似文献

介绍了 70 0nm~ 980nm的脉冲可调谐钛宝石激光抽运的KTP单谐振光学参量振荡器。通过改变抽运光波长作为光学参量振荡器输出参量光的调谐方式 ,确定了KTP晶体最佳切割角度 (θ=6 2 .5°,φ =0°) ,实验上获得了 12 5 1nm~ 2 5 32nm的连续参量光输出 ,最大输出能量约为 2 7 2mJ,最大转换效率为 35 7% (1311nm处 )。  相似文献

采用电光调Q脉冲Nd:YAG激光的二次谐波(532nm)抽运温度调谐的MgO:LiNbO3晶体光学参量振荡器,调谐范围达800nm-1750nm.在单谐振运转条件下,抽运阈值为21.5mJ/pulse,最大抽运能量为58mJ时输出为6.45mJ,在大信号情况下的能量转换效率达11%,输出线宽1nm左右。  相似文献

We report a high-peak-power, high-repetition-rate diode-side-pumped Nd:YAG Q-switched intracavity optical parametric oscillator (IOPO) at 1.57μm with a type-Ⅱnon-critically phase-matched x-cut KTP crystal. The average power of 1.15 W at 1.57μm is obtained at 4.3-kHz repetition rate. The peak power of the pulses amounts to 33.4 kW with 8-ns duration. The average conversion efficiency from Q-switched 1.064-μm-wavelength input power to OPO signal output power is up to 10.5%.  相似文献

An all-solid-state quasi-continuous-wave dispersion cavity tunable Ti:sapphire laser pumped by a laser diode pumped frequency-doubled Nd:YAG laser is reported. Using a dense flint glass prism as the dispersion element, a tuning range from 730 to 880 nm with the linewidth of 3 nm and the pulse width of 17.2 ns was obtained. The maximum output, power of this laser system was 5.6 W at 786.3 nm corresponding to an optical-to-optical conversion efficiency of 25.5% under the pump power of 22 W.  相似文献

A continuous wave (CW) Nd:YAG infrared laser at 1319 nm is reported in this paper. The energy level of 1319-nm wave was analyzed. The repression of 1064-nm lasing and enhancement of 1319-nm output power were discussed. Mirror coating and cavity structure were studied and a maximum CW output power of 43 W at 1319 nm was achieved in experiments.  相似文献

A quasi-continuous-wave intracavity frequency-doubled Nd:YAG laser which operates at 660 nm is studied.By using a flat-flat laser cavity, 2 Kr-lamps, KTP crystal and an acousto-optically Q-switch, 2-W outputpower at 660 nm is obtained. 本文报道了对NaF:Mg~(2+)晶体中(F_2~+)~*心进行的实验研究,实验中观察到在F_2~+心和(F_2~+)~*心之间存在着一个转型的过程.其转型的速率与掺杂的二价金属种类有关,而当掺杂浓度不太低时同掺杂的浓度无关.实验还发现(F_2~+)~*心的热漂白产物同Z_4心有相同的性质.根据实验结果本文提出了(F_2~+)~*心是由一个F_2~+心同一个杂质-空穴对联接而成的可能模型.  相似文献
