目前,c面氮化镓(GaN)基发光二极管的制备技术已经十分成熟并取得了商业化成功,但仍面临极化电场导致的大电流密度下效率下降(Droop效应)和黄绿光波段效率低的问题.为消除极化电场的影响,人们开始关注半极性和非极性面GaN.其中,基于传统极性面衬底通过三维结构生长来获得半极性和非极性GaN的方法,由于其低成本和生长的灵活性,受到了广泛研究.本文首先总结了三种GaN三维结构的制备方法并分析其生长机理.接着,在此基础上介绍了不同晶面InGaN量子阱的外延生长和发光特性.最后,列举了GaN基三维结构在半极性面LED、颜色可调LED和无荧光粉白光发光二极管方面的应用. 相似文献

Designing highly efficient electrocatalysts for oxygen evolution reaction (OER) plays a key role in the development of various renewable energy storage and conversion devices. In this work, we developed metallic Co4N porous nanowire arrays directly grown on flexible substrates as highly active OER electrocatalysts for the first time. Benefiting from the collaborative advantages of metallic character, 1D porous nanowire arrays, and unique 3D electrode configuration, surface oxidation activated Co4N porous nanowire arrays/carbon cloth achieved an extremely small overpotential of 257 mV at a current density of 10 mA cm−2, and a low Tafel slope of 44 mV dec−1 in an alkaline medium, which is the best OER performance among reported Co‐based electrocatalysts to date. Moreover, in‐depth mechanistic investigations demonstrate the active phases are the metallic Co4N core inside with a thin cobalt oxides/hydroxides shell during the OER process. Ferromagnetic two-dimensional (2D) ultrathin nanosheets hold great promise for next generation electronics. Ferromagnetic metal-free materials that usually possess only an s/p electronic configuration with weak spin–orbit coupling and a large spin relaxation time, would play an important role in constructing future spintronic devices. However, the absence of an intrinsic spin ordering structure in most metal-free materials greatly hampers the widening scope of ferromagnetic 2D nanostructures as well as in-depth understanding of their ferromagnetic nature. Herein, the induction of intrinsic ferromagnetism in 2D metal-free g-C3N4 ultrathin nanosheets has been achieved through a new effective strategy whereby hydrogen dangling bonds are introduced. In our case, g-C3N4 ultrathin nanosheets with hydrogen dangling bonds showed obvious room temperature ferromagnetic behavior that could even be tuned by the concentration of hydrogen. 几乎奇异积分的计算困难阻碍了边界元法的工程应用。本文针对二维正交各向异性位势问题边界元法中近边界点的几乎奇异积分,采用分部积分法,导出一种直接的解析计算公式。该解析公式可以精确计算线性单元上的几乎奇异积分。对二次单元,可将其细分为几个线性元,采用该解析公式近似计算其边界积分。当内点离当前积分单元较远时,仍保持常规高斯数值积分模式;而当内点离其较近时,因常规高斯积分结果失效,则采用该解析积分取代高斯数值积分。数值算例证明了该算法的有效性和精确性。二次元计算结果比线性元计算结果更精确。 相似文献

To improve application of hydrophobic polymethyl methacrylate intraocular lens (PMMA IOL) in a convenient and continuous way,
2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) was immobilized by dielectric barrier discharge plasma at relatively high pressure. The
hydrophilicity and topography of the modified IOL surface were comprehensively evaluated by contact angle and atomic force
microscopy, while the surface biocompatibility of the modified IOL was investigated by platelets adhesion and cells proliferation
experiments. The results revealed that the hydrophilicity of the HEMA-g-PMMA IOL samples were significantly and permanently improved. Less platelets attachment was observed on the modified IOL,
especially in the HEMA2-g-PMMA IOL group (with 1.65 × 10−1 mol/L HEMA concentration), which also suppressed the proliferation of cells. 相似文献
