A novel 2-μm pulsed fiber laser based on a supercontinuum source and its application to mid-infrared supercontinuum generation 下载免费PDF全文
A new method to achieve 2-μm pulsed fiber lasers based on a supercontinuum(SC) is demonstrated. The incident pump light is a pulsed SC which contains a pump light and a signal light at the same time. The initial signal of the seed laser is provided by the incident pump light and amplified in the cavity. Based on this, we obtain a 2-μm pulsed laser with pulse repetition rate of 50 kHz and pulse width of 2 ns from the Tm-doped fiber laser. This 2-μm pulsed laser is amplified by two stages of fiber amplifiers, then the amplified laser is used for mid-infrared(mid-IR) SC generation in a 10-m length of ZrF4–BaF2–LaF3–AlF3–NaF(ZBLAN) fiber. An all-fiber-integrated mid-IR SC with spectrum ranging from 1.8 μm to4.3 μm is achieved. The maximal average output power of the mid-IR SC from the ZBLAN fiber is 1.24 W(average output power beyond 2.5 μm is 340 mW), corresponding to an output efficiency of 6.6% with respect to the 790-nm pump power. 相似文献

使用复互相干度的定义对超连续谱的相干性进行了数值计算,得到了不同功率抽运情况下的脉冲谱展宽以及超连续谱相干性的变化.结果表明孤子自频移以及色散波辐射是抽运波长位于光纤反常色散区情况下超连续谱展宽的主要物理机理,而超连续谱的相干性则主要受到调制不稳定性的影响.调制不稳定性放大抽运脉冲自身携带的随机噪声,使得非线性效应产生的光谱成分具有随机的相位与幅度,引起超连续谱相干性的下降. 抽运功率越高, 调制不稳定性增益越高,噪声对超连续谱产生的作用越强, 超连续谱的相干性越差.要获得高相干的超连续谱, 需采用峰值功率较小的脉冲进行抽运.要获得大谱宽高相干的超连续谱, 则需要合理选择抽运脉冲功率. 相似文献

从理论上分析了高功率光纤激光器直接抽运和二级抽运的斜率效率和热管理问题. 计算结果表明:波长为975 nm的激光直接抽运产生波长为1070 nm的激光时,理论斜率效率为80%,但当抽运光功率为10 kW时,在强制水冷条件下纤芯极值温度也难以降到150 ℃以下;在二级抽运技术中,波长为1018 nm的激光抽运产生波长为1070 nm的激光时,若采用传统的包层抽运技术,其斜率效率不足20%,如果抽运功率填充因子由0.0025提高到0.1,则理论上斜率效率可由18.5%提高到80.9%,从而总斜率效率由15.5

从平面电介质-金属薄膜-电介质对称结构中表面等离激元的色散方程出发,建立模型推导得到了同轴电介质-金属薄膜-电介质结构中表面等离激元的色散方程,在这种结构中各阶模式都发生了分裂,形成了高折射率高损耗和低折射率低损耗的两种模式,该模型为理解同轴电介质-金属薄膜-电介质结构表面等离激元模式的传播提供了直观的图像。用色散方程计算了0.5~1.5μm波长范围内各阶模式的等效折射率以及传输损耗,并将该结果与有限元方法数值模拟得到的结果进行对比分析,分析表明,两者吻合得很好。并分析了计算结果以及色散方程的适用范围。 相似文献

合成了手性物质N-十二酰基-l-脯氨酸(N-DDO-l-Pro)(脯氨酸,Pro),作为PVC膜电极的载体,在PVC膜表面与被测试液中Cu(II)与脯氨酸形成的配合物[Cu(II)(l-Pro)2]或[Cu(II)(d-Pro)2]进行配体交换,形成[(l-Pro)Cu(II)(N-DDO-l-Pro)]或[(d-Pro)Cu(II)(N-DDO-l-Pro)]配合物.由于生成的配合物热力学稳定性不同,电极能优先响应l-Pro,线性范围10-4~10―1mol·L-1,斜率57mV·dec-1,检测限3.89×10-5mol·L-1.电极能够对脯氨酸进行手性检测,其对映选择性系数lgKlp,odt为-3.19. 相似文献

用流动注射-氢化物发生-非色散原子荧光光谱法对海水中 As(Ⅲ)和As(Ⅴ)的直接测定进行了研究.氢化物发生的最佳条件为:KBH4 溶液浓度为 5 g·L-1(含KOH 5g·L-1),流速 10.0 mL·min-1;样品酸度为1.3mol·L-1 HCl,流速4.2 mL·min-1.对基体 NaCl,MgCl2,CaCl2,Na2SO4以及微量共存金属离子(Cd,Zn,Pb,Cu)的干扰实验结果表明,基体和微量共存金属离子对 As(Ⅲ)的测定没有干扰.样品中As(Ⅴ)的测定用硫脲进行预还原,通过总量和As(Ⅲ)含量的差减得到As(Ⅴ)含量.在优化实验条件下测得方法的检出限(3σ)为0.08 ng·mL-1;7次测定的相对标准偏差为0.48%~1.30%(8.0 ng·mL-1标准溶液).标准曲线和标准加入法对海水样品测定的对照结果表明,两种方法测定结果吻合较好.该方法已应用于近岸海水和大洋海水中As(Ⅲ)和As(Ⅴ)的直接测定. 相似文献

We report a fibre amplifier array that not only achieves coherent beam combination by compensation of phase noises of fibre amplifier, but also accomplishes correction of atmosphere aberration. It is of master-oscillatormultiple-amplifier (MOPA) configuration, which can be phase-locked by the multidither principle or heterodyne detection principle. First laboratory experiments of atmosphere aberration compensation of a three-element fibre amplifier array are reported. The atmosphere aberration is created by a phase screen in the experiment. The phase changes of the beam, which are introduced by the fibre amplifier and the phase screen, are both detected by the heterodyne detection method. Phase modulators are controlled to compensate for the phase in the three paths. No matter whether there is a phase screen producing atmosphere aberration or not, the dim dynamic interference fringes in the far field turn to a clear and stable pattern, and the peak intensity is maximized. It is indicated that the fibre amplifier array is phase-locked, and coherent combination of the three beams is achieved. It can be used not only to obtain high power fibre laser array but also in laser space communication. 相似文献
