Some novel transition metal [Cu (II), Ni (II) and Co (II)] complexes of nalidixic acid hydrazone have been prepared and characterized by employing spectro-analytical techniques viz: elemental analysis, 1H-NMR, Mass, UV–Vis, IR, TGA-DTA, SEM-EDX, ESR and Spectrophotometry studies. The HyperChem 7.5 software was used for geometry optimization of title compound in its molecular and ionic forms. Quantum mechanical parameters, contour maps of highest occupied molecular orbitals (HOMO) and lowest unoccupied molecular orbitals (LUMO) and corresponding binding energy values were computed using semi empirical single point PM3 method. The stoichiometric equilibrium studies of metal complexes carried out spectrophotometrically using Job’s continuous variation and mole ratio methods inferred formation of 1:2 (ML2) metal complexes in respective systems. The title compound and its metal complexes screened for antibacterial and antifungal properties, exemplified improved activity in metal complexes. The studies of nuclease activity for the cleavage of CT- DNA and MTT assay for in vitro cytotoxic properties involving metal complexes exhibited high activity. In addition, the DNA binding properties of Cu (II), Ni (II) and Co (II) complexes investigated by electronic absorption and fluorescence measurements revealed their good binding ability and commended agreement of Kb values obtained from both the techniques. Molecular docking studies were also performed to find the binding affinity of synthesized compounds with DNA (PDB ID: 1N37) and “Thymidine phosphorylase from E.coli” (PDB ID: 4EAF) protein targets.  相似文献

2H-1,2,3-Triazoles (2) were synthesized by [3+2] cycloaddition of (Z)-2,3-diaryl substituted acrylonitriles (1) with sodium azide and ammonium chloride in DMF/water. This method represents a facile and efficient reaction procedure for the synthesis of 4,5-diaryl-2H-1,2,3-triazoles in modest to good yields.  相似文献

Use of a novel reagent has been established for the synthesis of a series of 4,5-diaryl-2H-1,2,3-triazoles (6ai and 9ae) from cyanostilbene analogs of benzo[b]thiophene, benzo[b]furan, and indole, catalyzed by l-proline via Lewis base-catalyzed one-step [3+2]cycloaddition of azide. This method provides an efficient, simple, and environmentally benign procedure that affords good yields and relatively short reaction times.  相似文献

A highly sensitive, rapid assay method has been developed and validated for the simultaneous estimation of tolmetin (TMT) and MED5 in human plasma with liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry with electrospray ionization in the positive‐ion mode. A simple solid‐phase extraction process was used to extract TMT and MED5 along with mycophenolic acid (internal standard, IS) from human plasma. Chromatographic separation was achieved with 0.2% formic acid–acetonitrile (25:75, v/v) at a flow rate of 0.50 mL/min on an X‐Terra RP18 column with a total run time of 2.5 min. The MS/MS ion transitions monitored were 258.1 → 119.0 for TMT, 315.1 → 119.0 for MED5 and 321.2 → 207.0 for IS. Method validation and clinical sample analysis were performed as per FDA guidelines and the results met the acceptance criteria. The lower limit of quantitation achieved was 20 ng/mL and the linearity was observed from 20 to 2000 ng/mL, for both the anlaytes. The intra‐day and inter‐day precisions were in the range 3.27–4.50 and 5.32–8.18%, respectively for TMT and 4.27–5.68 and 5.32–8.85%, respectively for MED5. The asymmetric synthesis of two naturally occurring 5‐hydroxy‐γ‐butyrolactones, (4R,5R)‐5‐hydroxy‐4‐decanolide ( 1a ) and (?)‐muricatacin ( 2 ), is described using a general alkyne‐mediated strategy. A simple and rapid gradient elution high-performance liquid chromatographic method using photodiode array and electrospray ionization mass spectrometric detectors was developed for separation and determination of the process-related substances and photodegradation products of stilbenesulfonic acids, viz. 4,4'-dinitrostilbene-2,2'-disulfonic acid (DNSDA), 4-amino-4'-nitrostilbene-2,2'-disulfonic acid (ANSDA), and 4,4'-diaminostilbene-2,2'-disulfonic acid (DASDA) in industrial waste waters. Gradient elution was carried out using ammonium acetate and acetonitrile as mobile phase and an Inertsil-ODS 3V column for separation. The negative-ion electrospray ionization mass spectra containing [M-H]- ions of sulfonic acids allowed molecular mass determination of unknowns and the structures were proposed on the basis of the fragment ions in the MS/MS spectra.  相似文献
