Six new O-alkyldithiophosphate nickel complexes with dcpf ligand, [(dcpf)Ni(S2P{O}OR)] (dcpf = 1,1′-bis (dicyclohexylphosphino)ferrocene, R = CH3 ( 1 ), CH3CH2 ( 2 ), Ph ( 3 ), 4-MeC6H4 ( 4 ), PhCH2 ( 5 ) and PhCH2CH2 ( 6 )), have been synthesized by the treatment of dcpf with ((RO)2PS2)2Ni in satisfactory yields. These complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, spectroscopy (FTIR, UV–vis, 1H, 13C, and 31P NMR), thermogravimetric analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The nickel atom in 1 , 2 ·CH2Cl2, 3 ·CH2Cl2, 4 ·2CH2Cl2·THF, and 2( 5 )·hexane adopts a slightly distorted square-planar coordination environment finished by two phosphorus atoms of dcpf ligand and two sulfur atoms of O-alkyldithiophosphate ligand. Furthermore, the electrochemical properties for complexes 1 – 6 were also investigated by cyclic voltammetry. With the addition of 120 mM trifluoroacetic acid (TFA), the turnover frequency (TOF) values for 1 – 6 are estimated to be 1243.83, 1046.54, 1331.71, 2545.29, 1899.03, and 1191.37 s−1, with the overpotential (η) values of 0.62, 0.58, 0.71, 0.67, 0.60, and 0.56 V, respectively. The result of electrochemical studies indicates that all complexes can be used as efficient molecular eletrocatalysts for the reduction of protons to hydrogen in the presence of TFA in MeCN.  相似文献

A series of new heteromultinuclear FeI/RuII clusters are described. The complexes (η6-arene)RuFe2S2(CO)6 (arene = p-cymene 1 , C6Me6 2 ) and Fe2[μ-S (Cp*Ru)(CO)2]2(CO)6 (Cp* = η5-C5Me5) ( 3 ) were prepared by the reduction reactions of (μ-S)2Fe2(CO)6 with 2 equiv of LiHBEt3, followed by treatment (μ-SLi)2Fe2(CO)6 with ruthenium-arene complexes Ru2(μ-Cl)2Cl2(η6-arene)2 or Cp*Ru (CO)2Cl in 22–33% yields. Further reactions of 1 and 2 with 1 equiv of triphenylphosphine in the presence of the decarbonylating agent Me3NO·2H2O, afforded the corresponding monophosphine-substituted FeI/RuII complexes (η6-arene)RuFe2S2(CO)5(Ph3P) (arene = p-cymene 4 , C6Me6 5 ) in 75% and 78% yields. While treatment of parent complex 1 or 2 with 1 equiv of diphosphine Ph2PCH2PPh2 (dppm) in xylene at reflux temperature resulted in the formation of the diphosphine-bridged RuFe2S2(CO)9 derivate RuFe2S2(CO)7(dppm) ( 6 ). The possible pathway for the formation was proposed. Two isomers of novel macrocyclic complexes involve the (η6-arene) Ru-bridged quadruple-butterfly Fe/S clusters [{μ-S (CH2)3S-μ}{(μ-CS2)Fe2(CO)6}2]2[(η6-arene)Ru]2 (arene = p-cymene 7a and 7b , C6Me6 8a and 8b ) were isolated by reactions of two μ-CS2-containing dianion [{μ-S (CH2)3S-μ}{(μ-S=CS)Fe2(CO)6}2]2− with [Ru2(μ-Cl)2Cl2(η6-arene)2], in which the propylene groups are attached to two S atoms by ee and ea types of bonds respectively. All the new complexes 1 – 8 have been characterized by elemental analysis, spectroscopy, and particularly for 1 – 6 , 7b and 8a by X-ray crystallography. In this paper,a complete set of elastic,piezoelectric,and dielectric constants of high-quality tetragonal poled0.92Pb(Zn_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_3-0.08PbTiO_3 single crystal grown by the modified flux method is determined using high-resolution Brillouin scattering.A comparison is made between the results obtained by a hybrid method combining ultrasonic and resonant techniques and the results obtained by the Brillouin scattering.The elastic,piezoelectric,and dielectric constants obtained by the two methods are similar.The Brillouin spectrum consists of one longitudinal and two transverse acoustic phonon modes,and the variations of the Brillouin shifts,the full widths at half maximum,and the scattering intensities of these modes with scattering angle 9 are investigated.In particular,the transverse acoustic phonon mode at the lowfrequency becomes markedly soft from 28.2 GHz to 18.4 GHz and broadens gradually with the increase of θ,while its intensity decreases gradually as compared with that of the original one.The possible origins of the results are discussed.  相似文献

Nickel silicide formation on Si(1 1 0) and Si(1 0 0) substrate was investigated in this paper. It is confirmed that nickel monosilicide (NiSi) starts to form after 450 °C annealing for Si(1 0 0) substrate, but a higher annealing temperature is required for NiSi formation on Si(1 1 0) substrate, which is demonstrated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman scattering spectroscopy. The higher formation temperature of NiSi is attributed to the larger Ni2Si grain size formed on Si(1 1 0) substrate. Ni silicided Schottky contacts on both Si(1 0 0) and Si(1 1 0) substrates were also fabricated for electrical characteristics evaluation. It clearly reveals that the rectifying characteristics of NiSi/n-Si(1 1 0) Schottky contacts is inferior to that of NiSi/n-Si(1 0 0) Schottky contacts, which is attributed to a lower Schottky barrier height and a rougher contact interface. The formation kinetics for nickel silicide on Si(1 1 0) substrate is also discussed in this paper.  相似文献

采用简单的化学偏聚法合成出Ag3PO4纳米颗粒、磷酸钴(Co3(PO4)2,CoP)纳米片以及它们两者的纳米复合结构(CoP/Ag3PO4),同时还比较了它们的可见光催化活性.采用场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外-可见(UV-Vis)吸收光谱以及光致发光谱等手段对其形貌、结构、光学以及可见光催化性能等进行表征.结果表明,CoP/Ag3PO4复合纳米结构的可见光降解甲基橙(MO)的速率和循环稳定性均明显优于其它两种物质.这表明CoP应该起着共催化剂的作用,它能够抑制光生电子与空穴之间的复合,并且提供大量高活性的光生空穴.此外,我们还发现CoP/Ag3PO4降解另一种阳离子型染料——罗丹明B(RhB)的能力则远不如纯Ag3PO4,这可能是与光催化剂的表面性质发生改变有关,造成更低的RhB吸附能力.本文提供了一种廉价制备高效可见光催化剂的新方法.  相似文献

A mercury coordination polymer [Hg3(TizT)2I6]n (Mr = 1921.72, TizT = 2,4,6- tri(imidazole-1-yl)-1,3,5-triazine) containing a 40-membered macrocycle which was constructed by four TizT ligands and four mercury(II) iodide molecules had been synthesized by the reaction of HgI2 with TizT. The complex was characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, 1H NMR spectra and X-ray crystallography. The crystal of the complex belongs to the monoclinic system and C2/c space group with a = 35.840(5), b = 8.169(5), c = 14.980(5) , β = 104.466(5)°, Z = 4, V = 4247(3) 3, Dc = 3.006 g·cm-3, μ = 15.223 mm-1, F(000) = 3384, Rint = 0.0504, wR = 0.0833 and constructs a chair-like conformation of cyclohexane one by one, which forms a 1-D polymer through the fashion of fused ring aromatic hydrocarbon. The hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions shape the 2-D network structure. The two compounds excited weak fluorescence.  相似文献

The mesoporous silicas (MCM-41 and MCM-48) are synthesized by hydrothermal method, which are characterized by XRD and BET techniques. The application of mesoporous silicas for the sorption of U(VI) from aqueous solution are studied by using batch technique under ambient condition. The effects of contact time, solid-to-liquid ratio (m/V), solution pH, ionic strength and temperature are determined, and the results indicate that the sorption of U(VI) to MCM-41 or MCM-48 are strongly dependent on pH values but independent of ionic strength. Compared with Langmuir model, the sorption isotherms can be simulated by Freundlich model well according to the high relative coefficients. The parameters for Langmuir and Freundlich sorption isotherms are calculated from the temperature at 298, 318 and 338 K, respectively, and the results suggest that the sorption of U(VI) on MCM-41 or MCM-48 is a spontaneous and exothermic process. In contrast to its sorption capacity for U(VI), MCM-48 is a suitable material for the preconcentration of U(VI) from large volumes of aqueous solutions.  相似文献

利用改进型的溶胶-凝胶法,制得了由锐钛矿相纳米颗粒组成的TiO2多孔微纳小球。通过调节前驱物浓度,合成出粒径可控的尺寸分别为100,175,225,475 nm的TiO2微纳小球,并通过电泳沉积法将合成出的小球作为光散射层引入到染料敏化太阳电池(DSSC)中。由于这种微纳小球在具备良好的光散射性能的同时也具备较高的染料吸附量,因此相较于基于纳米颗粒的单层结构的DSSC拥有更高的光电转换效率。通过比较分析,粒径尺寸为475 nm的微球作为光散射层的DSSC光电转换效率可以达到6.3%,较之于基于纳米颗粒的DSSC提高了30%。  相似文献
