以全血样品为原料,探讨湿法消解-原子荧光法测定全血中的硒含量。血样经硝酸-高氯酸消解后,用硼氢化钠将硒还原成硒化氢,由氩气载入原子化器,产生的原子荧光强度与试液中硒元素含量在一定范围内呈正比,外标法定量。以消解效率为指标,优化样品的消解条件,测定血中硒在0-10μg/L范围内线性情况良好,相关系数为0.9992,最低检出限为0.143μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.51%-1.58%,平均加标回收率为90.86%-104.62%。血中硒的原子荧光测定法灵敏度高,精密度和稳定性好,可应用于血中硒的生物监测。 相似文献

The identification of catalytically active sites (CASs) in heterogeneous catalysis is of vital importance to design and develop improved catalysts, but remains a great challenge. The CASs have been identified in the low‐temperature selective catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxides by ammonia (SCR) over a hollandite manganese oxide (HMO) catalyst with a rod‐shaped morphology and one‐dimensional tunnels. Electron microscopy and synchrotron X‐ray diffraction determine the surface and crystal structures of the one‐dimensional HMO rods closed by {100} side facets and {001} top facets. A combination of X‐ray absorption spectra, molecular probes with potassium and nitric oxide, and catalytic tests reveals that the CASs are located on the {100} side facets of the HMO rods rather than on the top facets or in the tunnels, and hence semi‐tunnel structural motifs on the {100} facets are evidenced to be the CASs of the SCR reaction. Atomically dispersed noble‐metal catalysts with highly dense active sites are promising materials with which to maximise metal efficiency and to enhance catalytic performance; however, their fabrication remains challenging because metal atoms are prone to sintering, especially at a high metal loading. A dynamic process of formation of isolated metal atom catalytic sites on the surface of the support, which was achieved starting from silver nanoparticles by using a thermal surface‐mediated diffusion method, was observed directly by using in situ electron microscopy and in situ synchrotron X‐ray diffraction. A combination of electron microscopy images with X‐ray absorption spectra demonstrated that the silver atoms were anchored on five‐fold oxygen‐terminated cavities on the surface of the support to form highly dense isolated metal active sites, leading to excellent reactivity in catalytic oxidation at low temperature. We consider a very general class of delayed reaction–diffusion equations in which the reaction term can be non-monotone as well as spatially non-local. By employing comparison technique and a dynamical system approach, we study the global asymptotic behavior of solutions to the equation subject to the homogeneous Dirichlet condition. Established are threshold results and global attractiveness of the trivial steady state, as well as the existence, uniqueness and global attractiveness of a positive steady state solution to the problem. As illustrations, we apply our main results to the local delayed diffusive Mackey–Glass equation and the nonlocal delayed diffusive Nicholson blowfly equation, leading to some very sharp results for these two particular models. 相似文献

Multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) have been successfully modified with CuO, Cu2O and Cu nanoparticles via a simple method, and the calcination temperature, the amount of NH3·H2O and soaking time play critical roles in controlling the final products. The modified MWNTs have been characterized by X-ray diffraction, infrared spectrum, scanning electron and transmission electron microscopies. Existence of traveling wave front solutions is established for diffusive and cooperative Lotka-Volterra system with delays. The result is an extension of an existing result for delayed logistic scaler equation to systems, and is somewhat parallel to the existing result for diffusive and competitive Lotka-Volterra systems without delay. The approach used in this paper is the upper-lower solution technique and the monotone iteration recently developed by Wu and Zou (J. Dynam.
