为研究分子量对聚-α-甲基苯乙烯(PAMS)空心微球的乳液微封装制备过程中乳液固化速率的影响,实验采用分子量为300~800kg·mol-1的3种PAMS作为油相,测量在聚乙烯醇(PVA)和聚丙烯酸(PAA)两种外水相环境下,PAMS/氟苯(FB)乳液直径、油相浓度和FB扩散通量随固化时间的变化。结果表明,随PAMS分子量减小,PAMS油相浓度上升趋势变慢,FB扩散通量的峰值在分子量为300kg·mol-1时达到最小。因此,可通过降低PAMS分子量的方式来延长乳液的固化时间,从而降低FB的扩散速率,使乳液有足够时间调整形变有利于获得良好的微球球形度。 相似文献

在准静态条件和旋转流体场中采用乳液微封装技术制备约2 mm的大直径W1/O/W2乳粒,研究了有机相浓度和水溶性聚合物浓度对W1/O/W2乳粒稳定性的影响。从乳粒受力和变形的角度,探索了旋转流体场对W1/O/W2乳粒动力学稳定性的增强作用机制。研究表明:无论是在准静态条件下还是旋转流场中,乳粒稳定性都随聚苯乙烯浓度单一上升,随聚乙烯醇浓度呈现先上升后下降的趋势;相对于准静态条件,旋转流体场在一定条件下对大直径W1/O/W2乳粒的动力学稳定具有明显增强作用。 相似文献

为了改善臭氧处理PS单层球与PVA溶液生成的双重乳粒在油相中的分散性,采用了低分子量阴离子型表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)及高分子量混合型表面活性剂十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚双季铵盐(PAVDA)来改性该种PS单层球,测试并分析了不同表面活性剂对相应薄膜亲水接触角及其对PVA吸附速率的影响,同时也考察并对比了静电排斥作用和空间位阻作用对双重乳粒分散性的影响。实验结果表明这三种表面活性剂均能不同程度的改善双重乳粒在油相中的分散性。其中,经SDS和SDBS处理后,双重乳粒在油相中固化时会发生絮凝作用而无法以较高成活率制得大尺寸双层球;经PAVDA处理PS单层球后,实现了以较高的成活率制得700~900μm的PS-PVA双层空心微球。同时,也表明在改善PS单层球的分散性方面,空间位阻稳定作用较静电排斥作用更为有效。 相似文献

研究了抗癌新药米托蒽醌(MXT)的电化学行为及与脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)的相互作用,推导了适用于研究不可逆电活性分子与DNA相互作用的电化学公式,运用该公式可以简便、快速地测定靶向分子与DNA的结合常数和结合位点数。实验发现,MXT与小牛胸腺DNA的结合以蒽醌母核的嵌插作用为主,同时,烃氨基侧链与骨架磷酸基团之间的静电吸引对母核起稳定作用,使化合物易于嵌入DNA的平面结构。MXT与DNA相互作用引起的峰电流的变化可以用于分析测定DNA。 相似文献

A pressure-filter-template approach was employed to prepare polyelectrolyte nanotubes through layer-by-layer deposition in the alumina template. With the thicker wall, the ordered polymer nanotubes possess a high flexibility. The results demonstrate that the electrostatic interactions of polyelectrolytes play a key role in fabricating water-soluble charged polymer nanotubes. The structure of the polyelectrolyte nanotube was confirmed by SEM, TEM, and UV, respectively. 相似文献

在pH=8.6的硼砂-磷酸二氢钾缓冲溶液中,锰(Ⅱ)-铬黑T-吐温80显色体系的最大吸收波长为550nm,利用此显色体系,用卢修正光度法测定食品中的微量锰,Mn(Ⅱ)含量在0.45~35μg/(25mL)内服从比耳定律,线性方程为A。=0.0281X-0.0026,相关系数r=0.9997,用该方法测定调味料八角和奶粉中的微量锰。测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.52%~2.86%,回收率为96.21%~102.2%。 相似文献

Iron-catalyzed propylene epoxidation by nitrous oxide: studies on the effects of alkali metal salts 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
SBA-15-supported iron catalysts with and without alkali metal salt modifications were studied for propylene oxidation by nitrous oxide. The reaction route could be dramatically changed from allylic oxidation to epoxidation by modification of the FeOx/SBA-15 catalyst with alkali metal salts. The KCl-1 wt % FeOx/SBA-15 (K/Fe = 5) catalyst exhibited the best catalytic performances for propylene epoxidation, over which ca. 50% propylene oxide selectivity could be gained at a 10% propylene conversion at 648 K. Characterizations with diffuse reflectance UV-Vis, XANES, and Raman spectroscopic techniques revealed that the modification with KCl increased the dispersion of the iron species and changed the local coordination of iron into a tetrahedral configuration on the inner surface of SBA-15. This tetrahedrally coordinated iron site, which was probably stabilized by potassium ions, was proposed to account for the epoxidation of propylene by nitrous oxide. At the same time, the reactivity of lattice oxygen was inhibited, and the acidity of the FeOx/SBA-15 was eliminated. These changes should also contribute to the increase in the selectivity to propylene oxide. The counteranions in the alkali metal salts exerted a significant influence on the catalytic behaviors probably via an electronic effect. 相似文献
