Synthesis and bioactivity of novel coumarin derivatives containing(E)-methyl 2-(methoxyimino)-2-phenylacetates

Ten coumarin derivatives containing(E)-methyl 2-(methoxyimino)-2-phenylacetate were synthesized and bioassayed.The compounds were identified by IR,~1H NMR and elemental analyses.The test results indicated that compound 5j(R~1 is methyl and R~2 is n-C_6H_(13)) was the optimal structure in this paper with good fungicidal activity against CDM(85%) at 6.25 mg/L concentration.     

A new ent-labdane eiterpenoid lactone from Andrographis paniculata

A new ent-labdane diterpenoid lactone with a new natural product was isolated from Andrographis paniculata. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral evidences including 2D NMR.

Synthesis and fungicidal activity of novel strobilurin analogues containing substituted N-phenylpyrimidin-2-amines

A number of novel strobilurin analogues containing substituted N-phenylpyrimidin-2-amines were synthesized.The structures of these new compounds were confirmed by ~1H NMR,IR and elemental analysis.Biological evaluation in the greenhouse showed several compounds have good fungicidal activities at 25 mg/L.     

Two new secoiridoid glucosides from Syringa velutina Kom

Chemical investigation of Syringa velutina Kom. led to the isolation of two new secoiridoid glucosides. Their structures were identified as 6'-0-(6, 7-dihyrofoliamenthoyl)-8-epi-kingisidic acid (syrveoside A, 1) and 6'-O-menthiafoloyl-8-epi-kingisidic acid (syrveoside B, 2) on the basis of chemical and physicochemical evidence.     

金属Zn液态结构变化的研究

利用ＴＢ模型给出的原子间相互作用势详细计算了不同温度下Ｚｎ的双体分布函数ｇ（ｒ），结果发现随着温度的不断降低，液态金属Ｚｎ的ｇ（ｒ）第一峰变得高而尖，第二峰由弱变强，说明了液态金属Ｚｎ的有序度随温度降低而不断增强；利用键对分析技术统计了液态金属Ｚｎ在不同温度下的键取向序参数、键对数。键取向序参数及键对数随温度的变化，进一步证明了低温液态的有序度高于高温液态，从而充分说明液态金属在不同温度下有不同的结构形式，而不像人们想象得那样杂乱无章。     

空间群O_h~7O~4T~2母分系数的计算

在群链G G_1 G_2中,把两个子群的IR(不可约表示)基相乘,然后把乘积基耦合成IR基,耦合系数我们称之为母分系数。本文把陈金全创立的本征函数法用于计算空间群的群链O_h~7 O~4 T~2的母分系数,计算的结果显示母分系数是满足正交关系,同时也说明此方法是适用的。     

火焰原子吸收光谱法测定砂金中金,银

本文研究了用王水溶解砂金样品，在１％王水介质中，使银生成氯化银沉淀与金定量分离。滤液控制１％王水介质用以测定金。沉淀用５％热硫有脲溶解，控制为１％硫脲介质用以测定银。利用本方法测定了砂金样品中金和银得到了满意结果。金的回收率为９９．６％－１００．８％，银的回收率为９７．２－９９．２％。
