阳离子交换型聚合物AQ薄膜修饰电极及其溶出行为 总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2
Eastman-AQ(AQ-55D,AQ-29D)是一种新的聚合物(磺酸酯)阳离子交换剂,涂于玻碳电极上,形成的膜具有强的附着力、高的选择性、良好的离子交换及防污性能。用于溶出伏安分析,可从稀的溶液中富集痕量或超痕量的疏水阳离子,显著地提高了分析的选择性和灵敏度。本项研究用AQ-29D修饰电极对苯甲基紫精、中性红、去甲肾上腺素、Cd~(2+)、Cu~(2+)、Bi~(3+)及Ru(NH_3)_6~(3+)等进行了溶出伏安分析,结果良好。在选定条件下,苯甲基紫精、Cd~(2+)的检测限可分别达到2×10~(-10)mol/L、2×10~(-9)mol/L。 相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to study the magnetomechanical characteristic of a microsensor which is composed of a cantilevered
beam-plate with ferromagnetic films in order to measure the magnetic field from the deformation of plate when the microsensor
is located in the magnetic field. To this end, a numerical approach made up of the finite element method for magnetic field
and the finite difference method for deflection of the microsensor is proposed to perform the numerical analysis of deflection
under magnetoelastic interaction. Some quantitative results of a case study for the magnetoelastic characteristic between
the magnetic field and deflection of the microsensor in the magnetic field are given. The results show that this microsensor
can be used not only to measure the magnitude of magnetic intensity, but also to possibly monitor the direction of the vector
of the magnetic field.

Acknowledging the benefits of hyperbranched polymers and their nanoparticles, herein we report the design and synthesis of sulfonic acid group functionalized hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyester (H30-SO3H) nanoparticles and their biomedical application. The H30-SO3H nanoparticles were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H NMR). The good hemocompatibility of H30-SO3H nanoparticles was also investigated by coagulation tests, complement activation and platelet activation. The novel glucose biosensor was fabricated by immobilizing the positively charged Au nanoparticles, H30-SO3H nanoparticles and glucose oxidase (GOx) onto the surface of glassy carbon electrode (GCE). It can be applied in whole blood directly, which was based on the good hemocompatibility and antibiofouling property of H30-SO3H nanoparticles. The biosensor had good electrocatalytic activity toward glucose with a wide linear range (0.2–20 mM), a low detection limit 1.2 × 10−5 M in whole blood and good anti-interference property. The development of materials science will offer a novel platform for application to substance detection in whole blood. 相似文献

当建立多个模型对工程结构进行数值仿真时,为了得到更可靠的预测结果,需要综合考虑模型选择不确定性和模型形式不确定性对预测结果的影响. 联合贝叶斯方法与实验数据计算不同模型的可信度,采用调节因子方法传播模型选择不确定性得到系统响应置信区间,并叠加模型形式不确定性的影响获得综合模型计算结果的置信区间,再通过插值得到关心量在预测点的置信区间. 最后通过某飞行器气动力系数的预测推断检验了该方法的可行性. 相似文献

通过电化学生长法在4-氨基硫酚自组装膜修饰金电极上制备了包含杂多酸(SiMo11VO^5-40和聚合物阳极离子PDDA的多层膜修饰电极。用循环伏安法研究了该多层膜的电化学行为,结果表明,Mo的第3个还原峰随多层膜层数的增加显著增长,而另两个还原峰增长缓慢。该修饰电极的峰电位随PH的增加而线性负移,表明有氢离子参与杂多酸的氧化还原反应。该修饰电极对BrO^-3和NHO2的还原反应有良好的催化作用,催化电流随着层数的增加而增长,并且Mo的第三个还原峰电流与CRrO^-3有良好的线性关系。 相似文献

目的 对比远端胃大部分切除术后行连续性空肠间置术与BillrothⅠ式及Roux-en-Y 式吻合术的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析2012 年1 月至2013 年6 月接受手术的远端胃癌患者95 例,按不同消化道重建方式分为3 组。A 组30 例患者行连续性空肠间置术,B 组32 例行BillrothⅠ式吻合术,C 组33 例行Roux-en-Y 式吻合术。比较3 组患者术前预后营养指数(PNI)、手术时间、术后6个月及1 年并发症发生率、进食量、血浆白蛋白水平、体重及Visick 分级指数。结果 3 组患者术前PNI均无统计学差异(均P>0.05)。A 组患者手术时间与B 组无明显差异,且均明显少于C 组的手术时间(均P<0.05)。术后6 个月及术后1 年3 组患者的进食量、体重及营养状况的恢复均无统计学差异(均P>0.05)。A 组患者术后腹胀情况明显少于C 组(P<0.05),胆汁反流性胃炎明显少于B 组(P<0.05)。结论 胃大部分切除术后连续性空肠间置,安全有效,与传统的BillrothⅠ式及Roux-en-Y 式吻合术比较,可缩短手术时间,更快的恢复患者的消化功能,维持消化道正常通路,防止胆汁反流,将有可能成为消化道重建的主要方式之一。 相似文献
