This review is mainly focused on the optoelectronic properties of diamond-based one-dimensional-metal-oxide heterojunction. First, we briefly introduce the research progress on one-dimensional (1D)-metal-oxide heterojunctions and the features of the p-type boron-doped diamond (BDD) film; then, we discuss the use of three oxide types (ZnO, TiO2 and WO3) in diamond-based-1D-metal-oxide heterojunctions, including fabrication, epitaxial growth, photocatalytic properties, electrical transport behavior and negative differential resistance behavior, especially at higher temperatures. Finally, we discuss the challenges and future trends in this research area. The discussed results of about 10 years’ research on high-performance diamond-based heterojunctions will contribute to the further development of photoelectric nano-devices for high-temperature and high-power applications.  相似文献

Thermoelectric(TE)energy harvesting can effectively convert waste heat into electricity,which is a crucial technology to solve energy concerns.As a promising candidate for energy conversion,poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate)(PEDOT:PSS)has gained significant attention owing to its easy doping,high transparency,and solution processability.However,the TE performance of PEDOT:PSS still needs to be further enhanced.Herein,different approaches have been applied for tuning the TE properties:(i)direct dipping PEDOT:PSS thin films in ionic liquid;(ii)post-treatment of the films with concentrated sulfuric acid(H2SO4),and then dipping in ionic liquid.Besides,the same bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)amide(TFSI)anion and different cation salts,including 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium(EMIM+)and lithium(Li+),are selected to study the influence of varying cation types on the TE properties of PEDOT:PSS.The Seebeck coefficient and electrical conductivity of the PEDOT:PSS film treated with H2SO4EMIM:TFSI increase simultaneously,and the resulting maximum power factor is 46.7μW·m-1·K-2,which may be attributed to the ionic liquid facilitating the rearrangement of the molecular chain of PEDOT.The work provides a reference for the development of organic films with high TE properties.  相似文献

Sulfur‐fumigation is known to reduce volatile compounds that are the main active components in herbs used in herbal medicine. We investigated changes in chemical composition between sun‐dried and sulfur‐fumigated Radix Angelicae Dahuricae using a purge and trap technique to capture volatile compounds, and two‐dimensional gas chromatography/time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry for identification. Using sun‐dried Radix Angelicae Dahuricae samples as a reference, the results showed that 73 volatile compounds, including 12 sulfide compounds, were found to be present only in sulfur‐fumigated samples. Furthermore, 32 volatile compounds that were found in sun‐dried Radix Angelicae Dahuricae samples disappeared after sulfur‐fumigation. The proposed method can be applied to accurately discriminate sulfur‐fumigated Radix Angelicae Dahuricae from different commercial sources. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The growth, XRD patterns, spectral properties, and fluorescence decays of Yb:Ca0.28Ba0.72Nb2O6 (Yb:CBN) with doping concentration of 1 at.% and 5 at.% were studied. The peak absorption cross-section and the emission cross-section were calculated. Larger Stark splitting of Yb:CBN offers the prospect of the quasi-four level laser operation.  相似文献

How to transfer industrial exhaust gases of nitrogen oxides into high-values product is significantly important and challenging. Herein, we demonstrate an innovative method for artificial synthesis of essential α-amino acids from nitric oxide (NO) by reacting with α-keto acids through electrocatalytic process with atomically dispersed Fe supported on N-doped carbon matrix (AD-Fe/NC) as the catalyst. A yield of valine with 32.1 μmol mgcat−1 is delivered at −0.6 V vs. reversible hydrogen electrode, corresponding a selectivity of 11.3 %. In situ X-ray absorption fine structure and synchrotron radiation infrared spectroscopy analyses show that NO as nitrogen source converted to hydroxylamine that promptly nucleophilic attacked on the electrophilic carbon center of α-keto acid to form oxime and subsequent reductive hydrogenation occurred on the way to amino acid. Over 6 kinds of α-amino acids have been successfully synthesized and gaseous nitrogen source can be also replaced by liquid nitrogen source (NO3). Our findings not only provide a creative method for converting nitrogen oxides into high-valued products, which is of epoch-making significance towards artificial synthesis of amino acids, but also benefit in deploying near-zero-emission technologies for global environmental and economic development.  相似文献

Solar-to-chemical energy conversion under weak solar irradiation is generally difficult to meet the heat demand of CO2 reduction. Herein, a new concentrated solar-driven photothermal system coupling a dual-metal single-atom catalyst (DSAC) with adjacent Ni−N4 and Fe−N4 pair sites is designed for boosting gas-solid CO2 reduction with H2O under simulated solar irradiation, even under ambient sunlight. As expected, the (Ni, Fe)−N−C DSAC exhibits a superior photothermal catalytic performance for CO2 reduction to CO (86.16 μmol g−1 h−1), CH4 (135.35 μmol g−1 h−1) and CH3OH (59.81 μmol g−1 h−1), which are equivalent to 1.70-fold, 1.27-fold and 1.23-fold higher than those of the Fe−N−C catalyst, respectively. Based on theoretical simulations, the Fermi level and d-band center of Fe atom is efficiently regulated in non-interacting Ni and Fe dual-atom pair sites with electronic interaction through electron orbital hybridization on (Ni, Fe)−N−C DSAC. Crucially, the distance between adjacent Ni and Fe atoms of the Ni−N−N−Fe configuration means that the additional Ni atom as a new active site contributes to the main *COOH and *HCO3 dissociation to optimize the corresponding energy barriers in the reaction process, leading to specific dual reaction pathways (COOH and HCO3 pathways) for solar-driven photothermal CO2 reduction to initial CO production.  相似文献

首先以独立车轮为研究对象,以商用计算流体力学软件STAR—CD为工具,利用移动边界条件,并依据k-ε双方程高雷诺数湍流模型对三维定常不可压缩流N-S方程进行数值模拟计算.然后在合适尺寸的计算域下对3种不同宽度的静止和滚动车轮分别进行数值模拟计算,研究车轮宽度和来流速度对阻力系数的影响,将计算结果与实验结果进行了对比分析.计算结果表明,车轮宽度的减小以及来流速度的减小均明显降低汽车的气动阻力系数.  相似文献

为了解决塔架结构的损伤识别问题,提出了基于应变能和改进云推理算法的损伤识别方法。首先描述了云模型的基本理论和数字特征,并给出了模态应变能的基本公式;然后分析了X条件云发生器和Y条件云发生器的基本算法和运行步骤,借助灰云模型建立相应的前件云和后件云规则,考虑了测量噪声的影响,利用云发生器生成多组云滴,并利用多模式下云滴的确定度和生成值构建了基本云推理算法及其损伤识别指标。基本云推理算法中常会产生不均匀发散的云滴,从而使计算结果产生一定的偏差,为了降低云滴发散产生的偏差影响,提出了基于损伤模式数量加权的云推理改进策略。计算结果表明:云推理算法可以较好地应用于塔架结构的损伤识别,其识别结果明显优于传统的应变能耗散率指标方法;而改进云推理算法进一步提高了识别的精度,优于基本云推理算法。  相似文献
