The adsorption and photocatalytic degradation of Ethyl methylphosphonate (EMPA) on powdery TiO2 film has experimentally investigated using attenuated total reflection-infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR) in ambient condition. Characteristic IR frequency as P-O-C vibration mode as EtO was observed by EMPA adsorbed at the surface of TiO2. By TiO2 photocatalysis, the adsorbed EMPA was decomposed to methyl phosphonic acid and phosphoric acid. The increment of IR intensity of which is assigned to Ti–O-P-O-Ti of EMPA was accompanied with increasing the IR peak intensity assigned to MPA. About that, we suggest that the appearance of the Ti–O-P-O-Ti of EMPA by the TiO2 photocatalysis is regarded as acceleration of the hydrolysis of EMPA by the surface OH groups of TiO2. The plausible adsorption structure and the photocatalytic reaction mechanism of EMPA at the surface of TiO2 photocatalyst were elucidated.

[reaction: see text] Oligomerization of Pd(OAc)2(L)2 (L = pyridine derivatives), a catalyst for the air oxidation of alcohols, is studied with MALDI TOF mass, using dithranol as the matrix. The degree of the Pd oligomerization is influenced by the pyridine ligands, and this ligand effect is similar to one observed for Pd black formation in the catalysis.  相似文献

Summary A convenient procedure for the synthesis of (E)- and (Z)-beta-bromostyrene containing trifluoromethyldiazirine is described, which involves the stereoselective reduction of the corresponding trifluoromethyldiazirinyl beta,beta-dibromostyrene without damaging the photophor. The synthetic route easily introduced deuterium, which can be utilized for the detection of a photolabeled component by MS spectrometry, after construction of a trifluoromethyldiazirinyl skeleton.  相似文献

Total synthesis of ciguatoxin and 51-hydroxyCTX3C   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Ciguatoxins, the principal causative toxins of ciguatera seafood poisoning, are large ladder-like polycyclic ethers with the 13 ether rings ranging from five- to nine-membered. In this paper, we describe the total synthesis of the two most toxic members of the ciguatoxin family, ciguatoxin 1 and 51-hydroxyCTX3C 2, based on a unified synthetic strategy. The key features in our syntheses were (i) direct construction of the O,S-acetal from the corresponding left and right wing fragments (3, 4, 14); (ii) stereo- and chemoselective radical reaction of the alpha-oxyradical with pentafluorophenyl acrylate to achieve cyclization of the seven-membered G-ring; (iii) ring-closing metathesis reaction to build the nine-membered F-ring; and (iv) an efficient protective group strategy using the oxidatively removable 2-naphthylmethyl groups.  相似文献

A concise total synthesis of 12-methoxydihydrochelerythrine (6), isolated from Bocconia integrifolia, is described. The synthesis features an efficient route to a 12-alkoxybenzo[c]phenanthridine skeleton via naphthoquinone monooxime 11 as a key compound. Starting from 7-methoxy-2-methylbenzo[b]furan (9), 3-aryl-1-tetralone 10 was synthesised, followed by aromatisation to 3-aryl-1-naphthol 17. After oxidative cleavage of the furan ring, basic nitrosation of naphthol 22 gave the naphthoquinone 11. The benzo[c]phenanthridine skeleton was formed by reductive cyclisation of 11. Deoxygenation of the lactam moiety in 23 afforded nor-base 32 and methylation of 32 under reductive conditions gave the target dihydro base 6 (23 steps from benzofuran 9 in 10% overall yield). The corresponding quaternary base 7 showed moderate anti-tumour activity against cancer cell lines; on NCI-H460: IC50 4.5 microM and on MDA-MB-231: IC50 1.2 microM. Introduction of a methoxy group into the 12-position of the benzo[c]phenanthridine skeleton could cause enhanced activity against MDA-MB-231 by comparison of 7 with chelerythrine (35) (IC50 5.3 microM).  相似文献
