Polysiloxane xerogels with a functional group content of 1.1?C1.9 mmol/g have been obtained by the hydrolytic condensation of the alkoxysilanes Si(OC2H5)4 and [(C2H5O)3Si(CH2)3S2]2 in the 2 : 1, 4 : 1, and 8 : 1 ratios. It has been demonstrated by 13C and 29Si CPMAS NMR spectroscopy that the xerogels have a polysiloxane framework with dipropyl tetrasulfide bridges, silanol groups, unhydrolyzed ethoxyl groups, and hydrogen-bonded water molecules on the surface. The xerogels have a porous structure. As the molar ratio of the reacting alkoxysilanes is increased in the above-specified range, the specific surface area of the xerogel increases (from 89 to 312 m2/kg) and the same is valid for other structure-adsorption characteristics. The synthesized polysiloxane xerogels readily sorb Hg2+ from acidified solutions. Their static sorption capacity can be as high as 1.5 g Hg per gram of sorbent. However, in the course of time, the 1 : 1 complexes forming on the xerogel surface undergo transformations accompanied by the release of mercury sulfide and/or Hg2+ reduction to mercury metal.  相似文献

Two novel isopropylamine‐templated uranyl chromates, [(CH3)2CHNH3]3[(UO2)3(CrO4)2O(OH)3] ( 1 ) and [(CH3)2CHNH3]2[(UO2)2(CrO4)3(H2O)] ( 2 ) were prepared by hydrothermal method at 100 °C. The compounds were characterized by electron microprobe analysis and X‐ray diffraction crystal structure analysis [ 1 : trigonal, P31m, a = 9.646(4), c = 8.469(4) Å, V = 682.4(5) Å3; 2 : monoclinic, P21/c, a = 11.309(3), b = 11.465(3), c = 17.055(5) Å, β = 99.150(6)°, V = 2183.2(11) Å3]. The structure of 1 is based upon trimers of uranyl bipyramids interlinked by CrO4 tetrahedra to form [(UO2)3(CrO4)2O(OH)3]3– layers, whereas, in the structure of 2 , UO7 and UO6(H2O) pentagonal bipyramids are linked through CrO4 tetrahedra into the [(UO2)2(CrO4)3(H2O)]2– layers. The structures show many similarities to related uranyl selenate compounds, thus providing additional data on similarities and differences between uranyl sulfates, chromates, selenates, and molybdates.  相似文献

Dark-green platy crystals of the new compound Pb31O22Br10Cl8 (1) have been obtained by rapid quenching of a lead oxide halide melt. The structure of 1 (triclinic, P1, a = 12.1192(7) angstroms, b = 16.2489(10) angstroms, c = 18.3007(11) angstroms, alpha = 93.104(2) degrees, beta = 95.809(2) degrees, gamma = 111.252(1) degrees, V = 3325.4(3) angstroms3, Z = 2) can be viewed as incorporation of [PbX6]4- halide units (X = Br, Cl) into the defect PbO matrix. The latter represents a two-dimensional [O22Pb30]16+ cationic layer of OPb4 tetrahedra that can be derived from the [OPb] tetrahedral layer observed in tetragonal PbO. The layer consists of 22 symmetrically inequivalent OPb4 tetrahedra and represents the topologically most complicated arrangement of tetrahedra known to date.  相似文献

The structure of a novel mixed-valent chromium uranyl compound, (C(3)NH(10))(10)[(UO(2))(13)(Cr(12)(5+)O(42))(Cr(6+)O(4))(6)(H(2)O)(6)](H(2)O)(6) (1), obtained by the combination of a hydrothermal method and evaporation from aqueous solutions with isopropylammonium, contains uranyl chromate hemispheres with lateral dimensions of 18.9 × 18.5 ?(2) and a height of about 8 ?. The hemispheres are centered by a UO(8) hexagonal bipyramid surrounded by six dimers of Cr(5+)O(5) square pyramids, UO(7) pentagonal bipyramids, and Cr(6+)O(4) tetrahedra. The hemispheres are linked into two-dimensional layers so that two adjacent hemispheres are oriented in opposite directions relative to the plane of the layer. From a topological point of view, the hemispheres have the formula U(21)Cr(23) and can be considered as derivatives of nanospherical cluster U(26)Cr(36) composed of three-, four-, and five-membered rings.  相似文献

Recently, the solid solution Ce2Au1− x Co xSi3 has been shown to exhibit many magnetic anomalies associated with the competition between magnetic ordering and the Kondo effect. Here we report high pressure electrical resistivity of Ce2AuSi3, ac susceptibility (X) and magnetoresistance of various alloys of this solid solution in order to gain better knowledge of the magnetism of these alloys. High pressure resistivity behavior is consistent with the proposal that Ce2AuSi3 lies at the left-hand side of the maximum in Doniach’s magnetic phase diagram. The ac X data reveal that there are in fact two magnetic transitions, one at 2 K and the other at 3 K for this compound, both of which are spin-glass-like. However, as the Co concentration is increased, antiferromagnetism is stabilized for intermediate compositions before attaining non-magnetism for the Co end member.  相似文献
