Disposable pipette tips extraction consists of a solid‐phase extraction in which the sorbent is poorly dispersed in a pipette tip, which allows a quick and dynamic contact between the aspirated analyte from the sample and the solid phase. It is a technique used particularly in food and forensic analysis, since it requires a small amount of sample and solvent. This article highlights the principles, advantages and disadvantages of the disposable pipette tips extraction method and reviews recent applications.  相似文献

The effects of the main operation variables on the electrochemical oxidation of simulated tributyl phosphate (TBP) waste by a boron-doped diamond anode are individually studied. The optimum operating conditions are obtained as follows: 4 g L?1 initial TBP concentration, 180 min degradation time, 40 mA cm?2 current density, 0.5 mol L?1 Na2SO4 as the supporting electrolyte, and unadjusted pH of the aqueous phase. Under such conditions, a chemical oxygen demand (COD) removal ratio of 82.3% is achieved, and the energy consumption is 26.16 kWh m?3. A degradation mechanism of TBP is tentatively proposed.  相似文献

The experiment consists of counting and measuring the size of the many fragments observed after the fall of a mercury drop on the floor. The size distribution follows a power-law for large enough fragments. We address the question of a possible crossover to a second, different power-law for small enough fragments. Two series of experiments were performed. The first uses a traditional film photographic camera, and the picture is later treated on a computer in order to count the fragments and classify them according to their sizes. The second uses a modern digital camera. The first approach has the advantage of a better resolution for small fragment sizes. The second, although with a poorer size resolution, is more reliable concerning the counting of all fragments up to its resolution limit. Both together clearly indicate the real existence of the quoted crossover.  相似文献

The SU(2) and SU(3) Lie algebras lend themselves naturally to studies of two- and three-well Bose–Einstein condensates, with the group operators being expressed in terms of bosonic annihilation and creation operators at each site. The success of these representations has led to the purities associated with these algebras to be promoted as a measure of entanglement in these systems. In this work, we show that these purities do not provide an unambiguous measure of entanglement between wells, but instead give results which depend on the quantum statistical states of the atomic ensembles in each well. Using the example of totally uncoupled wells where the atoms in one have never interacted with the atoms in the other, we quantify these purities for different states and show that completely separable states can give values which have been claimed to indicate the presence of entanglement. We also consider claims that the generalised purities measure particle rather than mode entanglement, with emphasis on the case of indistinguishable bosons, as found in these systems.  相似文献

This work studies the synthesis of copolymers (MACO‐St) of castor oil maleate (MACO) and styrene (St) initiated using benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as free radical initiator through suspension polymerization. The study investigates the effects of temperature (100–140 °C), the molar ratio between styrene and MACO (2:1–4:1), BPO concentration (0.10–0.20 wt%), and water concentration (50–100 wt%) on the molecular weight distribution, thermal stability, viscosity, and biodegradability of the copolymers. Suspension polymerization allows the production of a broad range of number average molecular weight (3465–18 995 g mol?1) and molecular weight distributions with dispersions (?) ranging from 1.8 to 4.4. The reaction presents high yields of castor oil into copolymers (>90%), which displays thermal stability up to 200 °C and are highly biodegradable according to the International Organization of Standardization reference.  相似文献
