胶束增敏阻抑动力学光度法测定痕量水杨酸

基于在H2SO4介质中,溴化十六烷基吡啶(CPB)对于KBrO3氧化曙红Y褪色反应的增敏作用和水杨酸对此反应的阻抑作用。建立了阻抑动力学光度法测定痕量水杨酸的新方法。研究了该反应的最适宜的条件和动力学参数。方法的表观摩尔吸光系数为3.79×105L.mol-1.cm-1,线性范围为:0.040~0.50mg/L,检出限为0.020 mg/L。方法用于复方苯甲酸搽剂中水杨酸的测定。对阻抑褪色反应的机理进行了探讨。     

等色点-形成度法高配位数的逐级配位平衡的研究

利用等色点的特点 ,通过测定配合物的形成度 ,建立了含有高配位比的逐级配合物稳定常数的测定方法。在 0 .75mol/LH2 SO4溶液和过量溴化十六烷基三甲铵存在的介质中 ,试用于Sn(Ⅳ )和邻硝基苯基萤光酮体系 ,测得 β1∶2 =1 931× 1 0 1 1 ,β1∶4=2 .1 35× 1 0 2 2     

N-(6-氯吡啶-3-基)羰基-2-取代芳基磺酰胺的合成、结构及除草活性研究

通过6-氯吡啶-3-甲酸与2-取代芳基磺酰胺的缩合反应合成了5个N-(6-氯吡啶-3-基)羰基-2-取代芳基磺酰胺化合物3a～3e, 产物结构经元素分析, ¹H NMR, IR确证. 由X射线衍射法测定了化合物3a的晶体结构, 该晶体属于三斜晶系, 空间群为 . 以测试除草活性常用的植物玉米、黄瓜和油菜为试材测定了目标化合物的除草活性, 初步试验表明3a～3d有较好的活性, 而且它们对双子叶植物的抑制作用优于对单子叶植物.
